Unsuspecting on the outside, this cozy resturant is run by a lovely young Italian couple who are very friendly and seem to go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely meal. The food is wonderfully good and the atmosphere is perfect for an romantic date or a friendly catch up. Will definitely be coming here again, which in a culinary jungle such as Bethnal Green is saying something! :D

A hidden gem in East London. Authentic Italian food. Great service and variety of dishes.

If you are an Italian and want to feel at home, this is the right place. The pizzas were perfect, very good, they were not heavy, obviously based on subjective tastes whether one likes them or not. We spent £40 on what you see in the photo. The very kind owners, they also offered us coffee... if we are in these parts, we will definitely return! 😎

After countless London pizzas that pass themselves off as such but deserve prison, I can finally say that I have found a real gem in the British capital. A small piece of Italy, able to offer you excellent Neapolitan-style pizza, light and with quality ingredients, to be the envy of many pizzerias in our area. I renew my compliments to the pizza chef, but I also want to focus on the service: quick, precise and able to meet your every need, all accompanied by their kindness and friendliness (thanks Maria!). In the future I already know where to return to eat well and be treated like a member of the English crown!

Great little Italian. Went there for the first time with family and had delicious food. Menu is simple and straightforward, but super tasty. Ragu was generous and full of flavour. Extremely good value for money. Recommend a visit.

Surprised by the high reviews. Ordered the papardelle that had a “tomato” ragú, but there was no tomato taste. The pasta was okay, but the price felt a bit much for what it was Service was pretty bad. I felt like I was bothering the server by just being there (even though I was the ONLY person in the restaurant).

Really nice Italian food, dropped in after getting a few drinks at the bar next door. Place was open till ten and has a nice Italian family owned restaurant vibe to it

Terrific place. I had a fried pizza for the first time ever and I wasnt disappointed. The carbonara and strawberry tiramisu were also amazing. Recommend if you are looking for an authentic italian place ! 🤌🏼

Small authentic rustic Italian restaurant run by Italians. Food is good, portions are not overly generous. The beef and pork ragout was tasty but overly salted left me with a raging thirst. The desserts are great. Prices are on the slightly higher side than you would maybe expect. We had 2 mains, 2 desserts, a red wine and a small beer. With the 12 1/2 % service charge it came to £65. Would happily visit again just would avoid the ragout!

Not bad food, but nothing special. Waiting time ridiculous. 40 min for aranchini, another 30 min for pasta. Delivery orders go first...

Top service, really very good pizza and hearty Nutella pizza dessert (for 2/3 people)

Food was really delicious (pasta with clams and side salad), but we had to buy a sandwich on the gas station on our way home because it was just way, way too little. A pile of pasta maybe as big as an orange. I guess you don't have this problem if you order pizza.

The pizza was amazing, but the service was also super heart warming and nice. I have been missing Italy lately and haven’t been feeling super well, so I thought I’d order in. These guys went out of their way to make me feel the comfort and love I always feel when I’m at home. Can’t put into words how much I appreciate it, and again the pizza (and the Nutella dough bits) were lovely. Grazie davvero♥️

Service was slow (think they had an onslaught of deliveroo orders which meant we waited just over an hour to get our pizza) but the pizza was really lovely and it's a very cute place!

Absolutely incredible, authentic, home-cooked Italian dishes made with fresh delicious ingredients. It's our favourite Italian restaurant in the whole of London, so good we went 3 times in a week.

Great and tasty traditional Italian restaurant! Service was great and fast, kind staff, and very flavorful pizzas. Tiramisu as dessert is very recommended, creamy and traditional. Overall very recommended, plus the location seem very traditional, it felt as being in a small restaurant in Italy!

We had high hopes for this restaurant as it came recommended from a friend. Sadly we were a little disappointed; the food was ok but not brilliant. Maybe we came on an off day. It is very reasonably priced for London though! The service was faultless.

A small place. Good food. The pizza is not bad. A modest menu, a selection of pizzas and several salads. The salad was dressed, unfortunately, with too much vinegar. very mediocre place. Price/quality, for me, is not a ratio. It is your choice to visit this place 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great little place, well cooked fare, we could've picked everything off the menu, all looked great. Melanzane and vongole were standouts, and a lovely white wine (can't recall name, think it may have been Sicilian) Definitely be back if I'm in the area again.

Very high quality cuisine, in both modes (Pizza and Restaurant). The pizza is superb, light and with a Mediterranean flavour; last night we ate bucatini cacio e pepe, and it was like feeling at home in Italy. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy flavors in the best way.🔝

Home cooking. Italian style. This week, I am back in my old neighbourhood in East London for the first time in over 2 years. Dropped into @italina385 for dinner whilst walking about aimlessly looking for somewhere to eat. Small but perfectly formed restaurant with 26-covers, Italian and family run independent restaurant and pizzeria and affordable in the current climate. For £28 plus £3.50 service charge I enjoyed… Bruschetta [image 1 and 2] Frittatina Classica [image 3 and 4] Carbonara [image 5 and 6] The only slight criticism I have would add, considering the bacon on the carbonara didn’t look burnt, there was a slight hint of carbon flavour and it was a touch too salty for the dish. Really nice, decent price, local Italian restaurant, like you don't find in London any more. Mostly pizzas, with a number of 'proper' main courses too. Food is very good, service is really friendly. Very glad to have been - my second visit - and will be back.

Good wine, good food, good prices. There is nothing not to like about Italina385. I had an aperitivo (spritz). Very good! Followed by red wine by the glass (sangiovese & merlot blend). Even better! For dinner, I had the rucola salad and al ragu. Both were excellent! I also followed up with dessert. Lovely! And I didn’t even try the pizza, which seems the most popular dinner option. If this restaurant were in my neighbourhood, I’d be a regular and wouldn’t look any further for authentic Italian.

Italina 385 in London is a pizza lover's dream come true! We tried each kind of margharita pizza on their menu, and the flavors were absolutely amazing. The thin and crispy crust was perfection, and the toppings were fresh and generously portioned. Each pizza had its own unique combination of ingredients that created a delicious explosion of flavors. The attention to detail was impressive, and the service was friendly and attentive. Italina 385 exceeded my expectations and left me craving more. If you're a pizza fan, I highly recommend Italina 385 for an unforgettable dining experience. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Don’t even get me started on the eggplant parm.

Italina has the best pizza in London. Been a frequent costumer since it opened ( under new management over 2 years ago) and it is delicious authentic pizza. Service is lovely and i couldnt fault anything. Perhaps just the fact we no longer live accross the road so cannot visit weekly!

*You. Have. To. Try. The. Pizza. Fritta* More generally, I cannot recommend this local Italian highly enough. Everything, is just beautifully simple and utterly outstanding. The staff are charming, everything on the short wine list is great, and do try the specials when they are on, because they are consistently excellent. It looks a bit more modern, but this is a traditional kind of local Italian at its very best. Oh, and the pizza fritta (fried tomato pizza starter) truly is phenomenal.

We spent a few days in London, and as an Italian I can definitely assure you that this restaurant is the pioneer of Italian cuisine in London! The food was great and service excellent as well as cordiality of staff. There is no way we will miss the opportunity to come over again next time in London!

It was a great afternoon lunch. Not very busy so we had a choice where to sit. Great food, good wine options.
