Kiss Me Hardy in Merton

We held my daughter’s 6th birthday party at the Wacky Warehouse above Kiss Me Hardy. Our experience was exemplary, they managed everything so well, it all ran smoothly and the kids had a great time in the soft play. Simple and splendidly done!

This is a great place for the kids to play and the puddings are amazing ! Nice little place for families on a budget. Ariane is one of the ladies that runs kiss me hardy kids play area and i have to say she is so lovely, shes amazing with the kids and so polite and kind and thoughtful , she rally makes the whole experience more special and truly needs a raise ❤️

Great place to visit with family ,good value for Money and Great deals. Very cheap drinks as well definetly recommend! We will return soon

Was not at all impressed The seating was all ripped or dirty could not find a decent seat. The tables were disgusting could do with a varnish or even replacement . The area where we sat had food on the floor of which the staff had not picked up even though I highlighted this. My Husband had chicken which was undercooked. Never again would we eat there

Been here a few time with the kids. Good place for children but could be a bit cleaner. They are a bit disorganized if you need a coffee or anything else if there more than 5 people this is what I saw the few times I was there, it is maybe better now.

Yuli was very nice, great prices and deals They have a nice softplay area to enjoy with the kids as well, very cheap prices for very fun time!

I had a great time at kiss me hardys the food and vibes was great, the lady serving me I think her name was Monnay was exceptional. She was very pleasant to us and made sure we had everything we needed.

The food is really good and filling and the service is 10/10 and they got great deals almost everyday!

My overall experience at wacky ware house was brilliant. The food was affordable and to great standard. The customer service was amazing, we had a young waitress take care of our orders and she made our experience smooth and uncomplicated. Would definitely recommend others to come here.

I came here at the Colliers Wood branch to bring my children to play and we were served by a lovely young girl by the name of monay if I recall, she was absolutely great and the service she provided us with was great too as well as the food, my kids loved it too!!!

Lovely soft play, the children loved it. Arif provided a really warm welcome and great service. We will definitely come back again.

Went Wacky warehouse with the kids on a miserable wet summers day and had a great time. Kids expelled all that energy they had and I got time to relax with a lovely mocha cappuccino made by Arif who is always smiling even when manning the madhouse with all us parents.

Arid was very helpful and attentive and lots of fun for the kids great place to visit food was lovely great atmosphere

Food and drinks was good, the waitress Monet was attentive when serving us which was appreciated and overall a nice place for all the family.

Great food . Poor service. They used to keep stock of menu items so that mains like chicken parmigiana and Mac and cheese were in stock . For my past 3 visits they’ve not even bothered to check their inventory . Their menu states that’s Wednesday is Curry Day where you can supposedly get a curry and drink for 7 pounds . The staff member said ‘ sorry no curry today.’ I asked what they could offer as an alternative . Turns out they couldn’t offer any . The staff clearly don’t care. Surely they knew curry day is every Wednesday and that they should prepare ingredients beforehand? Their frozen yogurt breakfast didn’t have all the necessary ingredients for my past two visits . They’re always out of bananas . Sometimes one member of staff will tell you they’re out of coffee because the machine is broken . But then another member will be helpful enough to get you one from the coffee machine upstairs .

Sabrina was the supervisor and was extremely accommodating to our needs with a cheery attitude, patience and respect. She is a great asset to the establishment and even had one of our youngest sons want to offer a tip. Great morning welcome! Thank you
