I ordered a delivery they called and said they couldn’t do it so they would refund me, that was a week ago and still no refund!

I ordered on Just Eat last night at 21:30. The order was accepted. We waited until 22:30 and suddenly the app said the food had been delivered. The food certainly was never delivered. Now Just Eat are struggling with refunding me as the order wasn’t just cancelled like it should’ve been. I tried ringing at 22:45 but the phone was ignored. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Rubbish resturant , placed order on Justeat app, all paid and approved to then get cancellation message over 40min later with no explaination or compensation and by this point was too late to order elsewhere , do not use.

Waited two hours for food this evening. When it arrived, my rice was missing and my lamb tikka masala was genuinely bizarre. It tasted very unpleasant. What a shame.

Horrible service. Delivery took wayyy longer than the ETA. I ordered at 6pm. They call me at 8pm to tell me they STARTED preparing the damn order. NO EXCUSE

Two times we have ordered and both been absolutely amazing!

Ordered food at 6.29pm called at 7.30pm to ask what time delivery would be and i was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Called back again at 8pm and was told it was out for delivery waited until 8.25pm and had to go to the restaurant and get a refund. There was no remorse or apology from the owner and the food even turned up at the restaurant as i was leaving. Absolute joke of a place stay well away

We ordered for the first time this evening and have been pleasantly surprised. The delivery and service were brilliant, better yet, the food had so much flavour. Can’t wait to order again!

Delicious chicken korma, Naan bread was soft and full of flavour. Delivery driver was very friendly and food arrived on time thank you! Highly recommend 😊

Second time I've ordered from you guys, the first time the food blew me away, the wraps are a game changer! Would have given five stars but the wraps were a little soggy this time around! Also have to note Kieran, your delivery driver is excellent! Give that boy a raise! Excellent work guys, will definitely order again soon!

Not only did I wait 2 hours for my food to arrive but when it eventually turned up, it was disgusting, greasy and cold. It's bad enough waiting 2 hours for food...Let alone cold food. Steer clear 🤢

Excellent food. Order took a little more time but worth the delay as my order was over £60. Chicken madras you gotta try from them one day. This is my every weekend order from now onwards..Excellent. keep up the good work!!

Waste of time Re Kismet's response: we came to collect the order after 30 minutes from ordering (as confirmed after ordering), not 13. And in spite of the food not being ready we didn't cancel and allowed extra time. We finally cancelled since it was still not being prepared several minutes later. Get your story straight, mate

It is my local Indian take away. The sauce based dishes lack flavour but the tandoori is excellent. I only tend to get those dishes from there and they really are very nice but I do feel my choices are limited due to the lack of flavour in the sauces. Still at least I am not dieing of thirst the next day due to excess salt!

As the kids and I eagerly awaited the arrival of our home delivery I decided to check online as it had taken longer than expected and we were ravenous... only to discover our delivery had been cancelled, apple pay refunded - with absolutely no notification, no call, no message. Gutted. I tried to call the restaurant, which claims to be open 7 days a week, and no answer.

Unfortunately the food was 2.5 hours late!!! To be fair manager knocked £5 off!! But when it turned up we had prawns about 6 instead of king prawns!! It was Luke warm too!!! Sadly not impressed, they must have had a bad night!

Absolutely awful, would help if they used fresh chicken and not something that resembled Marshmello, all the poppadoms were either crushed not one whole one ! Over priced rubbish, which the manager refused to refund, don't waste your time here.

King prawns and chicken Madras very good , fresh spices, lovely meal . Recommend!

Usually the food is terrific, but tonight the chicken had a strange taste and the sauce was grainy.
