Order notes not followed (chicken burger with tomato, cucumber and mayo, salt & pepper chicken eith no veg.) Also salt & pepper chicken was so spicy it was inedible.

Food came freezing couldn’t even eat it waste of money

Waited over 1 hour for the food when I called to find out where it was ,as my screen went blank the girl said it had left. 30 mins later still waiting ,Rang back up they couldn't find my order then after a back and forth they found it . When I finally received it it was freezing and missing a item. Rang up to tell them to hear the girl say its her again and then said am telling you now you have received it. Bloody cheek ! As someone who always orders without any hassle this is my last time ordering your staff rude and need a reality check and get if their high horse.

Staff are all super friendly, food is always hot, fresh and you never wait too long! Prices are more than fair

This chippy used to be lovely and been getting it for years. The last few months if we order a banquet the is always something missing. Sometimes it’s drinks, prawn crackers or a sauce or soups i always ring up and the redeliver it. Tonight it was 1hr late, it was freezing the rice was stuck together with black bits in. They brought the missing items back but we had eaten the soups as was another 25 mins. Don’t know what’s going wrong here but something is.

Food was sat in shop for 45 mins before being sent out for delivery and then sat in car for 20 mins it was ice cold and they was really rude

Pizza and garlic bread were not very warm and edges of both burnt, really disappointing as they are usually 100%

You get a lot of food and the prices are good! I love the Singapore vermicelli here! I even call ahead and then pick up, and the ladies at the till are friendly. Would've loved if they opened earlier for lunch too but they do close late so I get it.

Food was late my kids was asleep I asked for curry and they sent gravy I asked for the fries to be separated but ignored all my notes and i said all salad on burgers and they ignored that and sent them plain and boring! Waste of money cold

My wonton soup was roar and the Sui mai was roar and kebab meat was over cooked still havent heard off just eat

Worst food av ever ordered nothing about it was fresh or tastey everything dry unseasoned and so unfresh would never order from there

The manager of Kirkby fast food is very nice, always gives a warm welcome and always has a smile on his face. He has a brilliant sense of humour and is always willing to help. Great service and great food, will go back and would recommend :)

Very very small portions , especially on shish kebab large size. I don't recommend to anyone.

Delivery was ok, but my 3 large shish it was very very small. I never see so small shish. I will never recommend.i am very disappointed 😞

Prawn toast and Sui mai was quite soggy had didn’t taste right this time, the curry was really good although I forgot it came with peppers in so forgot to ask for non as it was really spicy, but what I managed of it was good

chop suey roll ...mostly grated carrot no taste at all, scallops did,nt think you could ruin them batter was brick hard must have been on hot shelf for hours put everything straight in bin after first mouthful even the dogs would,nt eat it ..never shop there again

Never had a bad meal from this place. This place is very popular so delivery can be a bit slow if your starving, so order and collect is useful. It's probably because the place is stretched when it's really busy. Staff always friendly when I collect.

The absolute worst chips in Liverpool. I waited till after 9 pm thinking they'd have got rid of their old stale refried but that's what I got. 15 minutes later I was vomiting. Avoid it.

Ordered at 20.02 by phone called again at 21.06 to ask how long the order will be staff told me he had left 10 mins ago called again at 21.28 to cancel the order different member of staff ask am I sure hes just leaving the shop now can be with me in 5 mins Used to be a brill chippy dont know whats happened

Absolutely shocked this evening. Salad looks like it's been sitting there a while and clearly not edible and don't get me started on the bread " MOULDY". Tried to speak to the manager with no success as the staff was trying to get me off the phone as quick as possible.

I don't know about anyone else but I always get service with a smile. (OK nearly always) Seldom had anything to untoward mention. Today fish chips and peas freshly cooked and delicious. See photos. Thank you KFF

I like this place the kebabs are massive the only down side is the kebab I had mixed kabab (very nice) always come with a flour tortilla wrap never a donor wrap which would be so much better and you have to put it in yourself when your home which isn't a issue but so would prefer a proper wrap for the kebab. Always busy and they have a massive range from kebabs, pizzas, Chinese meals ect.. ok prices

Fantastic service and amazing place! Most of the food is amazing, the only issue I have is only the chicken dinners... the chicken seems to be really overly cooked, other than that it's Fantastic.

Ordered from here a couple of nights ago and when the food did arrive it was missing the garlic bread. Rang back and the girl on the phone wasn’t even apologetic about it. Just said they’d get it out with the next driver. So took another hour to get to us, and when it did the garlic bread wasn’t right! We wanted plain garlic bread and got sent cheesy. Food is only average any way, nothing to shout home about.

Si hubiera invertido el dinero que tanto me costó ganar en abrir un negocio, esperaría que mi personal reciba la capacitación adecuada para realizar tareas simples para asegurarme de tener una base de clientes feliz que volverá semana tras semana. No estoy seguro de por qué el personal tiene un desempeño tan malo sin que se implementen medidas correctivas. La calificación de estrellas en este lugar es el buceo de nariz semanalmente debido al hecho de que el personal NO PUEDE obtener una sola orden correcta. Si ordena algo de esto, siempre faltan elementos. No hay galletas de gambas con sopas y salsas, papas fritas y bebidas que faltan son probablemente los peores delincuentes. Esto ha estado sucediendo durante años y el propietario o gerente no ha hecho absolutamente nada al respecto, y su negocio está sufriendo mucho debido a las horrendas críticas de un público muy frustrado. No puedo resolverlo? Este lugar solía ser la mejor casa de Kebab en la que he estado cuando abrió por primera vez hace unos 10 años y ahora está en un estado lamentable y todo se debe al personal imbécil que no puede llenar una bolsa de una lista correctamente. Lo siento por los conductores pobres que tienen que regresar constantemente a las direcciones de las personas con elementos faltantes, eso es si aparecen en absoluto. ¿Cuál es el punto de recibir galletitas de gambas y hora y media después de su entrega y ha comido sus sopas, verdad? ¿O bebidas y papas fritas después de que su comida haya terminado por horas? Dejé de volver a llamar para informarles de artículos faltantes y simplemente dejé que se quedaran con el dinero. Entonces dejé de ordenar todos juntos. Probablemente se cerrará pronto y es una pena. ¿Dónde está la gerencia? ? ¿Qué está haciendo el propietario al respecto?

Quite possibly the worst chippy in Kirkby, this is not a joke, the meat is not fresh, the prawns stink, the chips have a bad taste and the gravy is vinegary. I dont know how nobody has got food poisoning from here yet, only a matter of time, unbiased and honest opinion. Ate from here 100+ times over the years each time thinking it may improve, but it doesnt. No other chippys local and im a greedy fat tw*t so thats it.

Its a small corner Fast food. The staffs are all very pleasant and always happy to help. Food is very nice and affordable. Been patronising for more than 3yrs, the food still keeps tasting tasting even better.

Called at 9pm, arrived at 10.50. No reason, no apology, no discount. Was waiting at the door when it finally turned up, and the delivery driver just stood at the fence, so I had to walk over the grass to get it in my socks. Mine wasn't even that nice after all that. My other halfs was ok. Won't use again.

Due to being one of the only late night takeouts available I had to order. My previous experience with food from here wasn’t the best and I honestly can’t say it has got any better. Avoid if you have another option available x

They're so inconsistent with their food and portions. Solid bread and cold food, not to mention the times they forgot the food. I remember phoning up because they forgot a sausage I ordered for the kids, and I heard someone laughing in the background. I mean I did pay for it and if you did your job properly I wouldn't have to piss about with it all. Had enough of the place, never order from there again...

Ordered fish cake and chips and special burger from here fish cake was soggy and inedible burger tasted off so most went in the bin. Shame as sometimes its very good. But it is hit and miss. Not been back since

Asked for a cheese pizza and I got a pepperoni which also I don’t like pepperoni and slow service

As stated before on reviews this is very much hit and miss as there is no other proper chippy in the area there is no choice but to go to this one, unfortunately last night was a miss night , with the quality of fish very cheap and under cooked even though the prices have gone up , not good value.

Anyone in Kirkby or even people visiting for the day if your looking for top class swanky nosh then Kirkby Fast Food is the place to go. Pizzas can only be described as a Food Orgasm, Kebabs and Salt and Pepper Chips are the best in the Costa Del Kirkby as well i might add

King Prawn Fu Yung with Fried Rice was very good. The Spring Rolls were average only; I have tasted better. Telephone Delivery very quick. No complaints there at all. Overall, I would recommend this chippy.

This is by far the nicest chippy in Kirkby, I only live round the corner. Fast delivery and the food is excellent.

Absolute joke of a chip shop. Almost every order is wrong or missing something!

After just ordering food from here I felt compelled to write this review. This is one of those places where you don’t know what your going to get - it can range from delicious to destroyed and tonight’s unfortunately is one of those destroyed nights. The chips were sloppy and soggy, the salt and pepper chicken was just chicken pieces with onions and the bbq sauce was just a lump of jelly like substance. Unfortunately to say that the majority of this meal went in the bin. The past few times I have ordered the food has got progressively worse to the point now where I have decided I will not be ordering from here again as i feel the quality of food is seriously lacking and would rather spend my money elsewhere.
