Kiosco in Manchester

To give my experience a 1 star is generous. Sadly the team working this evening were extremely rude, quote “leave this area now we’re closed”. This was declared minutes after my husband had just purchased drinks to the value of £20 with no prior warning that they would be closing. Considering our flight had just been delayed by 2 hours it is a shame they didn’t know how to read the room. There must have been at least 20 people who had also just purchased drinks too.

In Manchester Airport to catch our flight to Benidorm for a ten days holiday my twin brother and I had hours to spare so we dropped into Kiosco ,been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A nice airport bar ,a cool looking serving bar ,great decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar. We got pints of beer from San Miguel Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in. My beer was really good, a golden, light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. Kiosko is easy to locate in Terminals 3 ,departures side of the airport.

With hours to kill before catching our flight to Prague for a ten day holiday in that most fascinating city we dropped into Kiosco ,been to this bar before on previous occasions, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A nice bar ,eye catching, a cool looking serving bar, lovely eclectic decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its a good airport bar. We got a beer each, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in and looked forward to our holiday in Prague. Beers were spot on, iced cold and sparkling, very easy to drink, just a lovely beer ,only downside is the airport prices ,just no need for the inflated prices. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and as on every previous visit we had a positive experience, its a bar easy to locate departures side of the airport.

Waiting for our flight to Budapest my twin brother Stephen and I had hours to kill so we dropped into Kiosco,been here before, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A good looking bar, neat and tidy, great decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its a great bar to chill out in. We ordered beers, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in. My beer was really good, light, hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on to catch our flight and as on every other visit to here we had a great time.

You would expect that when you order a porridge that before they take your money from you, they would explain that there were no spoons to eat it with. I also asked for milk on the side (for the Americano’s) to be told that they don’t do that. Finally when I asked for some napkins they were out of those too. Not the best experience.

None of the plugs work. No large coffees, every table dirty. Card only, no cash (which I appreciate is more common). Mainly the tables being dirty though.
