Dreadful, gone down hill badly & will not order again. Ordered 2 kebabs, the meat is fatty & gritty, really not nice. Has this placed changed hands, used to be so nice but not now. YUK

Ordered the buy one get one free pizza. For the third time the free pizza never arrived. Misleading customers. They try to make out you ordered wrong even when shown proof of order. Dodgy outfit.

Mediocre food but it does fill the spot if your hungry but the real pain about this place is the fact that you can’t use a card ?????? Come on it’s 2022 you can pay for things with a watch for gods sake !!!!!!! Obviously fiddling the tax man but come on why make life harder than it needs to be especially after the last couple of years ???? And also…….if you tell someone their order will be ready for collection in 15 minutes then have their order ready in 15 minutes, DONT START COOKING WHEN THEY ARRIVE !!!!!

Third time we have ordered and food is consistently lovely. Lovely fresh salad with my kebab and no grease. Prompt delivery and friendly drivers.

Shocking service shocking food absolutely disgusting behaviour from the person who served me. I complained about an order the messed up and ended up getting shouted out. They have ants all crawling around inside next to the food counter. I’ve never felt so disgusted by a takeaway in my life. I would give it no stars if i could.

I have used this kebab house many times, usually in my way home from hospital late Sat night. I can honestly say it is the best kebab house for many miles around. Their food is consistently good quality, their salad always fresh , lots of it, & so tasty... Good prices, great portions, Kinson Kebab- I salute you!!! This is a genuine review from fat Mike. Only accept card if you order online, if you go to the shop they make you walk to the cash point! Laughable! Poor customer service! This is 2019 not the 90’s

i ordered a xl mixed kebab which was i think old food recooked , the chips were old and cold i asked for chicken goujans and got cold hard nuggets , avoid this place at all costs , at best hit and miss food , but mostly disgusting

I’ve used this establishment for a takeaway via the ‘Just eat’ website a few times. Ordered the extra large marinated chicken kebab in the wholemeal pitta and it was absolutely delicious, fresh and really very nice. Delivered earlier than stated, would highly recommend.

Great size portions with many options, very tasty 😋 , quick service, have been a few times and will go again.

We use Kinson Kebabs at least twice a month for home delivery, ordered via Just Eat. A good selection available and at very reasonable cost. Nearly always deliver earlier than estimated time. There are a couple of tables in the shop but these are for people waiting rather for eating out, it is really 100% take out food

Can't speak for the others in my group order but my large lamb fillet shish was a load of carbonised rubbery flip flop which was so chewy my jaw locked from cramp and no amount of lame tired looking salad and mayo rich coleslaw would of disguised the fact it just wasn't edible...to be honest it didn't resemble lamb in anyway, taste, smell & texture and as for it being a "fillet" that's like calling a sardine Lobster !! Absolutely shocking on every level ! 🤢

Ordered food to be delivered, it's just 6.45pm on a Wednesday night, I live less than 2 miles away, told upto 30 minutes to get and food, it turns up a hour later.... Pay for it get it on the plate and What a waste of money.... Stone cold and Have to microwave it before even eating, Avoid and order from Caliman in Kinson as its so much better and it arrives on time and actually hot.

Got order wrong, came back three times and still not right. I ordered 3 kebabs not 30! Really should not be difficult. Poor customer service.

We regularly have the pizza Kinson meal 1 from this take away and it is always delivered in good time and hot!!! The food here is great and fab value!!

Yo uso este kebab shop regularmente ya que la comida es normalmente agradable y la entrega rapida.

I've only ever had collections here not delivery so can't comment on that but kebabs are lovely and pizzas are amazing! Best value especially using their buy 1 get one free offer and always served with a smile and if you ring to pre order the lady on the phone is always lovely and friendly. Definately recommend

Always order from here, never bad food only downfall is sometimes orders are slightly wrong. Other than that perfect food always tastes lovely

Ordered a chicken shish first of all the salad was all wrong but that's minor the chicken however was so over cooked I could have launched it at a robber to knock them out absolutely awful the vegi burgers bun was over toasted and once again rock hard, called up to make them aware of the chicken being over cooked they didn't want to know the man on the phone was so rude and hung be aware people not a good place to eat !!

Nothing quite like Kebab! What ever you require, they will deliver (within a certain mileage) or you can collect. Staff always friendly. You can read their menu on line and it includes Burgers, Pizzas, chips, cheesy chips....all sorts or just turn up and take it away with you.

Lovely kebab! Arrived 10 mins after ordering, lady on the phone really helpful and cheerful. Delivered less than 10 minutes from phoning. We ordered 3 kebabs with everything, arrived hot and loads of salad and sauce. Would definitely recommend, cooked perfectly and so cheap for the amount you get! £12 for 3 big dinners can't go wrong with that! Well done Kinson kebabs

Kinson kebab's were the best in the area ! So i thought !nice meat fantastic salad so delish could not fault them at :) .Till tonight i ordered the kebab meal deal salad lovely and crisp could not fault it perfect :)..Open my meal to find the meat was hard and dry could not swollow IT !I called them to say it was not nice and i get told it was because he had not put the meat in a pot that's why it's not the same and not how it normally is done ~ .made no sense but hey .No offer of a new kebab or refund really was a Waste of money !! Cat's even turned noses up and walked away from the meat !customer service is not very good at all disapointed with the way they brushed it off like it was nothing!well it is and they have lost us as a customer now ! All they needed to do was make another meal and i would have gone back to them in future . This place is hit or miss .and that miss put's one off for life !

We ordered on-line, delivery was 15 minutes later than they said, no real problem there, but the food was cold, and tasteless, my guess is the meat was really cheap. we had kebabs, chicken sandwiches, chips, all had to be reheated. The chicken wasn't cooked properly. I believe this shop has changed hands, it never used to be bad. I wont be ordering again.

Warm sloppy slard, cold kebab, shocking response when phoned to complain....DO NOT BUY FROM HERE 90 mins for a quoted 40 minute delivery!

Decent food properly cooked, delivered when expected. Order was correct and no issues at all overall, would reccomend the garlic bread with feta cheese!

Do not order from here!!!!!! Our food arrived stone cold. We rang them to tell them so they would bring us a replacement but they refused telling us it left straight from the grill! We asked to speak to the manager who refused to speak to us. On checking...out LARGE lamb shish kebabs had 5 pieces of meat and overcooked crispy pita bread! Rubbish food, awful customer service. Waste of money!

I ordered from Kinson Kebab through Just Eat website on Saturday evening. I never received any food or phone calls to explain why. I tried calling for an hour and could never get through, I'm lucky I was paying cash. It is now Tuesday and my food has still not arrived absolutely appalling service

I love the taste of the donner meat, the portions are great, the value is sublime and I go there at least six times a month and I still can't get over the fact that it tastes amazing. I recommend this meal to anyone.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered food, after an hour rang up, they said it will be 5 mins, half an hour later still nothing, rang up every 10 mins after that, waited 2 hours to be told they cancelled the order, their telephone manner was shocking and attitude the same. We were regular customers, and to be treated like that I am appalled!!
