Kings park special and margarita pizza ordered, both were absolutely amazing can't recommend this place enough

£7.55 for this... It's suppose to be a chicken kebab with no salad.... 4 tiny bits of chicken. Totally not worth the money. We won't be going back

I ordered a delivery for tonight . The portion sizes were HUGE and the quality of food was amazing . Delivery was promptly . I will definitely buy from here again . Highly recommended for yourself or the whole family

I ordered a mix kebab and the donner was very dry and moldy and even the chicken tikka was horrible and the salad was not fresh at all and it’s a waste of money

Have placed 2 orders over the festive period, first one 16" pizza was burnt and had a scrapping of topping on it.. then ordered set meal yesterday waited over an hour to be called as had wrong address, so when order recieved food was freezing and sent wrong juice ordered large bottle of coke receieved diet and still waiting on correct bottle to be sent. My honest opinion is that they are to greedy take to many orders that they cant cope with which reflects on their food and customer service.

Top class takeaway joint. Used to go to the cafe when I was growing up and now it's evolved into a takeaway with the ice cream section still attached. Staff and delivery team are friendly and food is always good quality. Perfect for that Saturday night in!

Never been here before despite living so close! Went tonight with my friends for a cheap quick take away, never write reviews but had to. The staff were so much fun so lovely and caring, all our orders were so tasteful and large! I got simple chips and curry sauce (expecting cheap chip shop curry sauce) and got an amazing masala sauce, got home all in silence enjoying the food and funny staff. Will be going here forever now. So glad to have found this place, will try the ice cream next

Not amused at all. First of all it took 1 and a half hours to arrive on a Thursday night. Ordered pizza and quite honestly it wasn't even worth the wait, it was average at best and the crust wasn't great. Don't think I'll be ordering from hear again. Its clearly a common issue as well as there's plenty similar reviews and it would seem they don't really care since nothing is improving.

Ordered food from this establishment in an error and I am so glad I did. Ordered 16'' pizza deal and honestly had one of the most tastiest and fresh pizza ever. Everything was spot on from Chips, Chicken wings to the pizza. Whole family loved it. Will definitely be back !!

Been using the take away for years excellent food at great prices.

Food is good quality, and most of the time it's quick to prepare. Won't lie, sometimes orders placed have an item missing but a quick walk round and I can get a replacement for anything missing. It is a bit pricey, but can't blame them since prices for stuff are constantly going up. I usually go here for when I just want a quick munch.

I remember this as being a great little place when I stayed local. Visited recently to get my son an ice cream and was disappointed to see how much it has changed..dark and not very pleasant interior and don't remember it being a fast food place previously either..waited a good few minutes before anyone appeared to serve us, the guys working at the fast food bit didn't look up so wasn't sure if they were connected to the bit selling the ice cream! Eventually was served but felt we were a hindrance as there was a bit of a mix up with what I ordered, granted partly my fault, my son has autism so it can be a challenge ordering food for him! He did enjoy his ice cream so not all bad but just sad seeing how much it has changed..

Well this is absolutely my last I will be using Kingspark Cafe😡 called tonight 18:01 for a delivery which was to cost £30.76. I asked what the problem with the app and website was as I had spent 20 mins trying to order and was told who I know was the red haired lady that it’s busy she has no time to explain and hung up the phone 🤬 not a happy chappy!!At 19.20 I called to ask were my delivery was since I live 5 mins down the road and it’s been an hour and a half. It was the lady with the red hair again she put the phone down for 4+ mins so I was listening to the hussle and bustle of the shop then she came back and said it’s left the shop already! I asked why it took so long to tell me my order was away and she told me it’s busy and she has to go through books and books which we all know is rubbish because we all know the orders get put across the glass and binned when the order is complete. I was delighted my order was finally on its way and I live 5 mins away but it never arrived till19:58. 2 hours we waited what an actual joke!! She obviously lied to me on the phone and she was rude! There has been quite a few nightmares with kingspark cafe they are too busy and can’t cope and the order taking staff are dippy and slow it’s torture so I’m done!! With the pandemic all everyone has to look forward to is a takeaway each week now I’m sitting raging!!😡

Waiting for food 50 mins extra than informed and not even informed that driver will be late. Food is cold and not even heard sorry for that.

Ordered using their own app that is advertised in their shop & on their leaflets. After waiting an hour & half for delivery I phoned to see if my order had left the shop yet, if not can I collect. They said it hasn’t left yet so no problem for me to collect, when I get there they said the order hasn’t even been put through (why not tell me this on the phone?!) he asked to see my confirmation email, so I showed him my phone which he then walked away with and said he needs to put the order through the till & I said if it hasn’t been started just leave it as by this point I had already waited more than an hour and a half .. I had to ask for my phone back 3 times before he slammed it down on the table in front of him and started to raise his voice, I told him update his app as that’s obviously the problem and he proceeded to shout and swear at me as I did back. Never experienced “customer service” as bad as this in my life, I’m actually embarrassed for them!! Such a rude man with a disgusting attitude. Defo won’t be back & wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I also doubt he would have acted like this if I wasn’t a young girl and the only customer in the shop at the time.

Absolute joke of a place. Rude ignorant wee man on the phone who basically admitted two and half hours down the line it was never actually in a car the three times I was told it was. £20 down and a nice bit of verbal abuse into the bargain. Order food paid cash online no popadomoms on menu, requested in extra part and would pay cash for that and charge £5 for 2 poppadoms, horrible excuse for robbery. Paid less for elsewhere. Total robbing cheap skates. Fuming beyond belief won't even answer for complaints.

The food is good with a decent selection. There is a bit of a wait but likely because they are busy with online orders as well. Overall recommended.

After 10+ years of ordering from here the experience I had today is the worst yet. Not only has this takeaway gotten my order wrong on atleast 1/3 orders , either forgetting extras or missing items completely, the owner's behaviour was appauling Not only did he take his time to take our order in person, in writing, double checking it with us to ensure it's correct, he got the order wrong. How hard is it to make two burger meals and get the correct extras? Clearly for the owner of this business it's an exceptional challenge. The owner was very cheeky to us, tried to say we lied to him and he took our order correctly. "You said tomato sauce not tomato." Exactly, I ordered tomato sauce and he put a TOMATO on it. He can't even get his own lies straight. Don't order unless you're prepared to deal with an incorrect order and an abusive owner.

Normally really good !! But tonight different story !! Cheese nan was cold !! Cheese not even melted !! Asked for a burger with lettuce and mayo !! Got also lots of onions which I don’t like !! Ruined the already cold burger will defo think twice about using again now

For delivery was told by young girl it would be with you in one hour that was at 4.55 still not arrived at 7pm phoned again to be told it was on its way 7.30 phoned again spoke to manager told him he got a bit funny I said I will cancel he told me just to cancel it then he said he is very busy started to go on about covid 19 and he was under staffed I said that is not my fault he put the phone down we used the kings park on a regular basis no loyalty any more will not be using this place anymore with a wrong attitude like his my answer to him is get more staff and a better attitude and you. Will stay in business my advise avoid Answer tell customers two hour wait

Fantastic chicken kebabs best ever

Food very good and staff very pleasant ,and i had been going to the allishan mount florida for 41 years then they suddenly closed , so after trying allsorts of other places i was pleasantly surprised when i found the kings park diner , so hope it continue's with there excellent food .

Placed an order by phone tonight at 5.30pm arrived 2 hours later at 7.30pm with some items missing. Phoned up straight away and was told the missing food would be delivered out to us. It is now 11.00pm and its obvious we were told a load of crap. We love the curries but the way they treat customers really puts me off ordering from them again. I’m really annoyed that we’ve paid for food that we never received.

Place was quiet but waited nearly 25 min for a small order, 2 small kebabs and a small pakora and chips £17 and all the portions are smaller than usual, salad was a disgrace. I used to love this place but its seems what commonplace that yet again greed has set in. I won't return after years of being a regular customer..

Nothing worse when you ask for something specific and ask several times only for it to be wrong AGAIN. Always same crap with this lot, pick it up in twenty go round and stand for another 30 mins wondering what the 10 plus staff are actually doing. Call them up only to get told one load of S###. I know the naan bread saga might seem trivial in comparison to current world problems, but for me tonight this was devastating. Shame really as their food is lovely but will never go back. They do my head in with the sheer stupidity and lack of self awareness.

massive portion even for a large size as is the donner kebab. great value for money and tasty. the icecream recipe has been handed down over the years since i was a kid 40 years ago and isnt cheap but its amazing.

SHOCKING SERVICE. I ordered specifically chicken korma with boiled rice, a royal special korma with king prawns not chicken (the staff member confirmed prawns for this curry instead of chicken which I confirmed) and a variety of sides. Specifically 2 curries. First issue was the king prawns were not king prawns, they were too small to be king prawns. The chicken korma did not arrive, I phoned to let them know and they couldnt have been more unhelpful. The staff member who answered the phone put the phone down to speak to the girl who took my order who felt it appropriate to say 'her words were prawns instead of a chicken curry, she specifically said that ' whilst I'm sitting on the phone hearing everything. I explained what I actually said and I was told 'i mean we could send another one out but you'll need to pay as you havent been charged'. NO APOLOGY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up hanging up as I felt they had apt time to apologise which I would have accepted for the misunderstanding but instead I was made to feel stupid. And as this is the second time this has happened I think they really ought to be looking into their current system of order taking or staff members who deal with phonecalls! Will not order from here again!

Shocking service waited 1hour 30 mins for 1 meal before cancelling will never use them again

Order from here all the time and usually good but tonight we ordered on just eat app and waited 2and a half hours for our food . Really like theyre food but service is shocking and when we phoned and spoke to the boss his attitude was shocking and we were made to feel like we were in the wrong when it was them who lost the order . A good take away shop going downhill rapid i was also lied to on the phone and fobbed off by them telling me my order was on its way when the truth was they had lost it .

We stay 10 minutes from this shop, my mum and dad went in to get an order and we they got home they order was short of what it should have been. We called up and the girl on the phone was rectifying the mistake made and was sending a driver with the missing food. Mid conversation a very aggressive man took the phone and said we were lying and would need to pay the difference if we wanted what we were short of, even thought the girl who was on the phone was the one who took the order and admitted the mistake!! Long story short, we could not prove that they had done wrong and they were nothing but aggresive on the phone and couldn’t get a word in to clarify or reason with the man. Stay clear of this place.

Quite possibly the worst food ive ever had. Ordered a 8 inch spicy chicken pizza for mrs and i got chips cheese and donner. Mrs pizza wasnt fully cooked as the crust well, wasnt even crust. My chips were horrific, solid and over cooked, on the verge of being burnt. Wasnt edible at all. Threw it in the bin. 3 am this morning and the mrs was spewing in the toilet. Last thing she ate? Spicy chicken pizza from here.

Firstly,the food is great,if they would get the order correct.been getting food from here for a few year but gave up last year because the delivery was taking up to 2 hours or/and the order always had something missing when it arrived.decided this week to have another go to see if any improvement.this time i ordered over the phone to pick meal up at shop.chicken kebab,lamb kebab and 2 mince samosas i said to the guy on the phone twice.didnt wait long for the food so headed home lookin forward to my kebabs and MINCE SAMOSAS.guess what?no mince samosa but 2 vegetable samosa after being charged for 2 mince.yet again the wrong order snd i was so looking forward to the mince ones.the place ought to get a grip and sort out their food orders and delivery as it is a joke and has been for a long time.i for one have had enough.dont leave shop or pay for deliveries until you have checked your food is actually all there😤

Nearly 3 hours for a delivery and no food arrived. Called 3 times for update and fobbed off with lies, despite explaining the food was for my kids also. Ill never use again. Avoid.

Big Alan took me up the 'Kings Park Cafe" is a phrase on my shift. So I was more than happy to take one of the lads along who had never been or had any thing from there. 4 different large kebabs for the team and we have a few more converts. Mixed kebab couldn't be finished, BBQ chicken was excellent, the Donner was overflowing but sadly my large chicken tikka appeared to be a small when I opened it back at work. None the less it was very succulent and spiced perfectly. Everyone enjoyed their meal and will keep it in mind for another visit on backshift Friday.

The best chips and cheese in Glasgow

This is at least the third time I have requested a delivery service and waited over an hour before phoning back to be told firstly the delivery driver had just left, then received a call to say they had taken down the wrong Street number, waited 15 minutes and called back to be continually interrupted when trying to talk to then be told they had run out of ingredients and yet again the driver had just left. Extremely POOR service, terrible telephone manner. Soorly disappointed in a local business that offered not even an apology for the inconsistency of the answers given when trying to complain.
