always recommended this place. not anymore. Food arrived cold straight in the bin. Delivery driver unbelievably poor, I would put more details but you wouldn't believe it. Absolutely shocking customer service when I called to complain, will never use again.

Got food poisoning of them. because just yesterday we ordered and now today we are ill. Including my mum

everything was tasty apart from the chips. they were awful. very hard. could tell they were frozen rubbish. why businesses use frozen chips is beyond me. no of course they do it for profit.

Delicious food, plenty of it. Arrived early, piping hot. Nice driver. No complaints. Looking forward to our next meal.

The Kings Garden is by far the best Chinese takeaway in Warrington. The quality of their meals with generous portions and service is Outstanding!

absolutely my favourite Chinese takeaway, normally order online vis their website to support local businesses but kept getting an error message didn't realise they were on just eat we usually order twice a week and I was missing it found and ordered on just eat , as usual the food is sublime when you order crispy beef you get it not done soggy stuff I've had from others I love. this takeaway all the food is piping hot and delicious 110% worth it 💕💕

I had a chicken chowmaine from here a few days ago I’d never been to this takeaway before so I thought I’d give it a go. I can safely say this is THE worst chowmaine I’d ever eaten it was dry and flavourless, even if I’m full I will always go back to any takeaway and finish it later on or the next day this got binned after a few mouthfuls, luckily my 18 months old refused to eat it as I woke up at 2am and was repeatedly sick from food poisoning I was I’ll for 48 hours unable to take my child to nursery the next day.

The ribs in the starter box were over done

order refused twice with no explanation

order to delivery times way to lo g. the main worry i had was the u gency to drink 3 litres of water the hours following this meal, is not good. the sweet and sour was super bland. prawn toast the same, didn't taste of much other than oil. curry sauce side was half a small pot. ordered pork fried rice, it was drenched in sauce, very odd. not one we will try again and I'm not fussy at all.

Ok so food is always nice, portion sizes average, but I’m shocked at how much the prices have shot up, £3.99 for a small portion of chips? And they’re not chip shop chips, or a chip shop portion, they’re like oven chips you’d have at home, I’m really disappointed in the pricing, it’s been creeping slowly but now at a point where what you’re getting is not worth what they’re asking. We won’t be ordering any more

Not good at all. Sweet and sour stunk of vinegar. Salt and pepper chips, tiny piece of red pepper and three tiny onion strip's. Rang them and they told me to ask for veg!! I paid nearly £5 for them. Do better.

After I'd ordered I was told it'd take 50 to 60 minutes to deliver. Saturday evenings are usually busy so expected & accepted this. 45 minutes after ordering, the original timeframe changed & a further 45 minutes was added to the expected delivery time. My order arrived around 9.35pm. I wouldn't normally eat this late. But on the plus side it was all steaming hot & good quality. so was worth the wait. Thanks. would use again but not on a Saturday night.

We won't be ordering from here again - not sure what's happened but the quality of the meals is not what it was. The sweet and sour sauce was insipid, watery, and tasteless. What has happened at King's Garden The sweet & sour sauce this evening was insipid, watery, and tasteless. And very few vegetables in the meal, too. The 'meat' spring rolls are seriously mis-named! They were stuffed with bean sprouts, but just a couple of very small pieces of meat in each roll. It's such a shame because this has been our favourite takeaway for a while now, but we won't be ordering again.

I ordered once and the food was amazing but last night the food was not the best. Tasted old meat taste no flavour. I literally paid £24 for rice, and I was thankful that tasted edible. Possibly different chefs 👨‍🍳

Just the best food with the best people

no flavour and the salt and chilli ribs had no chilli's and covered in fat. The BBQ ribs also covered in fat and very dry. Disappointed as ordered from them for the first time in Jan and the food was nice. Will shop about for a better Chinese.

Slightly late delivery was the beginning of a poor experience overall. Food tasted like it had been sat in the containers for quite some time, seemed stale and soggy, and lacking flavour overall. I’d be requesting a refund but don’t seem to be able to. Will not be ordering again.

Great food just frustrated that before ordering it stated 40 to 50 minutes but as soon as you place the order it changes to 80 to 100 minutes.

Unfortunately the food arrived late, with no apology. No updates about my order were given, other than a delivery time that kept changing. Food was warm, not hot. I’ve tasted worse, but certainly had, and expect, better. It was largely bland. The chips were soggy as if they’d been sat in condensation, as was the salt + pepper chicken. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The chips ere nice and chunky. the whole meal was tasty, hot, generous portions for the price, delivered on time and packaged in recyclable packaging. perfect. I WILL be back. That was a lovely meal. Ordered in person quite a few times here and got the duck and pork chow mein, and chicken chow mein. Can’t complain about the food, it was really hot and tasty! The lady at the desk was also very polite. Will continue ordering from here!

We got the totally wrong order. Then the driver came back with right order after I called the shop. All the food was cold.

Start with the positives - it arrived early, the food was piping hot, the chicken satay was really tasty and enjoyable. Then the not so good, the hot and sour soup wasn’t to my taste, but might just be me. The veggie chow mein was really dry and the salt and pepper chips were really bad, very little “salt and pepper”, hardly any vegetables in them, mostly just refried chips. Disappointing tbh as I’ve had far better from them before.

Delivery time was between 7.55pm an 8.15pm, my food was delivered at 7.20pm, it was pipping hot and was really nice food, 1st time I've ordered from here, it's now my new favorite Chinese, will definitely order from here again,

Lady was polite as we went in but got home and the sauce was like honey sauce not bbq and rice was really bitty and fluffy
