I've ordered 3 nights on the run my new fave Chinese away beautiful red hot stunning food 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

First time using this takeaway. Was delicious!!

Arrived much faster than expected which was absolutely fine. Food was good. excellent portions.

Not good at all. Sweet and sour stunk of vinegar. Salt and pepper chips, tiny piece of red pepper and three tiny onion strip's. Rang them and they told me to ask for veg!! I paid nearly £5 for them. Do better.

After I'd ordered I was told it'd take 50 to 60 minutes to deliver. Saturday evenings are usually busy so expected & accepted this. 45 minutes after ordering, the original timeframe changed & a further 45 minutes was added to the expected delivery time. My order arrived around 9.35pm. I wouldn't normally eat this late. But on the plus side it was all steaming hot & good quality. so was worth the wait. Thanks. would use again but not on a Saturday night.

What has happened at King's Garden The sweet & sour sauce this evening was insipid, watery, and tasteless. And very few vegetables in the meal, too. The 'meat' spring rolls are seriously mis-named! They were stuffed with bean sprouts, but just a couple of very small pieces of meat in each roll. It's such a shame because this has been our favourite takeaway for a while now, but we won't be ordering again.

I ordered once and the food was amazing but last night the food was not the best. Tasted old meat taste no flavour. I literally paid £24 for rice, and I was thankful that tasted edible. Possibly different chefs 👨‍🍳

no flavour and the salt and chilli ribs had no chilli's and covered in fat. The BBQ ribs also covered in fat and very dry. Disappointed as ordered from them for the first time in Jan and the food was nice. Will shop about for a better Chinese.

Just the best food with the best people

Slightly late delivery was the beginning of a poor experience overall. Food tasted like it had been sat in the containers for quite some time, seemed stale and soggy, and lacking flavour overall. I’d be requesting a refund but don’t seem to be able to. Will not be ordering again.

Great food just frustrated that before ordering it stated 40 to 50 minutes but as soon as you place the order it changes to 80 to 100 minutes.

Unfortunately the food arrived late, with no apology. No updates about my order were given, other than a delivery time that kept changing. Food was warm, not hot. I’ve tasted worse, but certainly had, and expect, better. It was largely bland. The chips were soggy as if they’d been sat in condensation, as was the salt + pepper chicken. Won’t be ordering from here again.

So glad I ordered from here. i never used to like china garden - but that was the best tasting mushroom omelette i have EVER had. The chips ere nice and chunky. the whole meal was tasty, hot, generous portions for the price, delivered on time and packaged in recyclable packaging. perfect. I WILL be back. That was a lovely meal. Ordered in person quite a few times here and got the duck and pork chow mein, and chicken chow mein. Can’t complain about the food, it was really hot and tasty! The lady at the desk was also very polite. Will continue ordering from here!

We got the totally wrong order. Then the driver came back with right order after I called the shop. All the food was cold.

Start with the positives - it arrived early, the food was piping hot, the chicken satay was really tasty and enjoyable. Then the not so good, the hot and sour soup wasn’t to my taste, but might just be me. The veggie chow mein was really dry and the salt and pepper chips were really bad, very little “salt and pepper”, hardly any vegetables in them, mostly just refried chips. Disappointing tbh as I’ve had far better from them before.

I was expecting a large box of noodles as described on the menu option but only received a regular sized box. Food was good otherwise.

Keep trying to find a good chinese takeout. I enjoyed this for the first time in a long while. Will order again. Thanks!

Delivery time was between 7.55pm an 8.15pm, my food was delivered at 7.20pm, it was pipping hot and was really nice food, 1st time I've ordered from here, it's now my new favorite Chinese, will definitely order from here again,

Lady was polite as we went in but got home and the sauce was like honey sauce not bbq and rice was really bitty and fluffy

I'm not sure what's happened to this takeaway/restaurant, but the food was bland and colourless. A few onions with meat and sweet and sour sauce. No greens at all. Not even red and green peppers.. sorry not for me.. I use to enjoy the meals from here.. but that wasn't good really...

This has been my regular, for years, whenever I get Chinese. My usual Beef Chow Mein and Chicken Foo Yung were delicious as always.

The food wasn't great, the fried rice was awash in grease and our noodles the same. Particularly off putting is the delivery driver sat outside with his partner both smoking in the car. Certainly won't be getting a delivery and doubtful I would use it again while other places are open nearby.

The prawn toast was overcooked, hard and very greasy, I ordered the beef in pepper sauce and what came was full off green peppers with a sweet taste to it and no hint of pepper and finally the chicken and beef chop suey roll had a really strange taste and smell to it so that went straight in the bin. i normally always look for the positives so it was very disappointing and this take away is normally very tasty so perhaps just a one off. In fairness though as we were tired and hungry we just binned what we didn’t like and shared the rest without even calling the takeaway.

We had a little blip with delivery but honestly couldn’t fault the staff at all for the way things were handled. The food was hot and absolutely amazing! The salt and pepper chicken was easily the best I’ve had! Definitely our new favourite for a chinese!
