Didn’t notice before ordering that the Hygiene Rating is 2/5!! “Requires improvement” Shan’t be ordering again until the rating goes up.

Two young girls behind counter very friendly and smiley despite it being extremely busy! Food was spot on was hot even by the time we got home wasn’t greasy like others and tubs were full to the brim couldn’t fault and credit to the blonde and brown hair girl behind the counter

Ordered from this Chinese Takeaway last night, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that reminded me of the dishes I had while traveling in China.The Vegetable Chow Mein was loaded with fresh veggies and seasoned to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food received.

We had a menu through our door some time ago and then we spoke to our son last week who was saying how King’s Cuisine was not their “go to” chinese in place of their previous favourite in Guildford …. so King’s was our dinner choice tonight!! …….. Delicious, fresh quality ingredients and clear clean authentic flavours …. just the way I enjoyed Cantonese food when we lived and worked in Hong Kong restaurants and hotels and where our son and eldest daughter were born We shall definitely be back … crispy shredded beef with chilli, beef with green peppers and black bean sauce, sweet and sour Hong Kong style …. many favourites to enjoy!!

This Chinese Take-Away put a leaflet through our letter box so we thought we would try it out, as we had never been. I ordered over the phone and our order was repeated correctly. On collecting the food (delayed) I offered my card to pay but was told it was cash only. At no time was I told or was it on their menu that this was the case. Luckily I just had enough on me. The lady behind the counter was apologetic. The food itself was awful, and not correct including a chicken dish with NO chicken and Egg fried Rice with NO egg. It was just a mass of gloopy liquid with bits in. We left most of it. I won't be going back.

This place has gone down the pan in my opinion. Really globby sauces that cogeal and almost solidity when cooling down. Some of it was inedible. Not going back I'm afraid. On the plus side plain cow mein was decent but that was it..

Ordered "crispy shredded beef" for £7.20, and some egg fried rice, hoping for some nice easy comfort food, but got some cheap deep fried meat substitute in a sickly sweet sauce and some sad rice with barely any evidence of egg. Both went straight to the bin. They clearly don't care about serving good food for the community, and are just cutting every corner to take your money. Avoid at all costs.

We placed an order by phone a couple of weeks ago. The cost was a lot more expensive than normal. On questioning when we went to collect there was a sign up saying prices had been put up by 30% due to transport costs etc. etc. There were no new menu's at the counter and no new menu online so you basically didn't know what you were charged for each thing. I then hear that the next day the sign had been taken down again. Very disappointing. The quality isn't as it was either.

I think this place opened three or four years ago and I remember the really tasty food prepared with care and pride. Sadly all that’s changed and there is evidently a client base happy to put up with the mediocre and ordinary. Such a shame.

My daughter phoned through our order to Kings Cuisine yesterday evening, and it was all ready by the time we drove past to collect it . It was delicious as always. We use this Take-Out quite often and we have never been disappointed.

Visited for the first time last weekend and was very impressed. Everything we ordered was delicious and non greasy unlike many others we have tried. The crispy shredded beef in particular was divine. Friendly and efficient service also. Looking forward to trying more of their menu!

Sadly not good any more. Quality of food has gone downhill drastically of late. Perhaps a new owner or chef that does not follow the recipes? Pity as I’ve given them a 5 star rating twice before, but standard had dropped significantly.

I’m not sure why but in the last three months the quality of the food has gone downhill. The chicken being used is definitely sub standard compared to previous take always. Maybe they are using a cheaper butchers/wholesalers but the quality just isn’t there now. The special fried rice doesn’t contain much meat/prawns in and the rice is clumpy and tasteless. If they are trying to claw back money by cutting costs in other areas it won’t work because people just won’t return. I’ve already seen the reviews picking up on the service going down-they can’t alienate the locals who normally sing their praises.

Had many good reports but we found our meal to be very disappointing, food seemed over cooked ,friendly staff but we won’t be returning.

We are so lucky to have this Chineese Takaway, since its been running pre covid, we have always had a correct order, quality food which was at the right temperature, tasty and not greasy or sloppy. Friendly service from the point of phonong the order through to collecting usually within 20 mins.Im please to say that during covid, nothing has changed except the obvious measures in place as per government guidlines.I really hope they stay open in the comming months so we can continue to use one of the best takaways in our area. By the way it's Cash only, so by the time you have left home and gone to the cash point, foods ready to collect!

We ordered a takeaway on Friday night just after 7:30pm, we were told it would be an hour. My husband went to collect and had to wait over half an hour, and then for the second time they attempted to overcharge us. We got the food home to realise after ordering some starters for two people they had taken some of it out...not impressed Kings Cuisine!!Despite the food being good....we won’t be returning as really resent being overcharged and kept waiting excessively!

Such fresh, clean food, cooked to order whilst you wait, and watch through the big viewing window - Always delicious.

I have been a patron of Kings Cuisine for many years and should have left a review earlier. The food is really excellent and low in Oil, Sugar and Salt - Good mix of Chinese flavours and though I have not tried them a range of Thai dishes. This business is very clean and operates to a high food hygiene standard, so I would definitely recommend the Chefs Special fried rice, Beef cooked in a green peppers and black bean sauce and their Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken without the pineapple chunks as I find those to be too sweet for my palate. Only down point is that they are closed on Sundays and Saturdays there is a long wait to get your order processed. Still 5*'s all the way from a happy customer.

I just write a review as I am eating it. My partner and I have tried all chinese in Guildford and around but this one is the best and by far. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, everything we picked is delicious.

The food is really nice but the restaurant is too tidy! We are been arranged to sit next to the stairs. That’s too small and feel be interrupted by the guest all the time.<br />And I do wrote down this is my husband’s birthday I would like to order a dessert with write down “ happy birthday “ when I booked the table and normally the writer will keep it until the dessert comes out. But our writer asked my husband when we literally just sitting down! It’s really hurts my plan......

A little hidden gem. We drive out of our way to this takeaway. The dishes are sooooo tasty with generous portions. Excellent quality of ingredients and freshly cooked, practically before your eyes!

I have found it really hard to find a decent chinese take away over the years. Normally either tasteless, too salty or too greasy but this place WOW!! The food is so good and always freshly cook. Customer service is also superb and even though I have only been there 3 times she always remembers my name! Keep up the great work guys. I will never use another one again.

The waiter was very nice, kind and quick. The place is rather small but it’s cosy. The food was very tasty and the sticky toffee pudding fantastic. Also it’s kids friendly!

Knowing it would be busy I booked a take away just before 6pm for 7pm collection! I drove up to see 10+ people waiting and just hoped I wasn't at the back of the queue.I had guests at home and had to wait an additional 30 minutes! Poor customer service.

We booked the deal through open table where you have 2 mains, at 1/2 price as long you order a stater or desert with each main. The restaurant had no note that this is what we intended to do. Apparently open table were meant to email through a voucher. Without the voucher they wouldn’t honour the deal which was extremely disappointing. The email that was sent from open table re: reservation would not suffice.

We have been buying our Friday night takeaway from Kings Cuisine for around 4 months now and can highly recommend it. Our favourite dishes are duck in orange sauce (comes with a lot of pineapple), Kung Po King Prawns and garlic fried rice. The portions are not huge but big enough for one (rice is always plenty though). The price is half of what we used to pay at another well knows Chinese restaurant in Guildford so this is a bonus for us and also means we don't have to drive so far away to collect our order.I usually phone through the order and collect it within 15 minutes. They open early and only accept cash. Parking is a bit awkward at busy times but there are bays right at the front of the store. The food is always ready quickly and the place is spotless.There is an online menu and I have requested items that are not on the menu and they have been helpful in making it up (tofu).I would 100% recommend this takeaway restaurant.

They must have mistaken the sugar for the salt because everything was caked in sugar - the fried chicken (smoked chicken and sweet and sour chicken) had a doughnut-like consistency due to the sugar.It was burnt and disgusting.We have had their food before on many occasions, but we won’t be going back.

The order was correct, something many takeaways struggle with these days and the food tasty.Our favourite Chinese food restaurant/takeaway is still Man's in Raynes Park, SW20 London, but Kings Cuisine was a very good alternative in Surrey.

A very off hand welcome where they said they didn’t have our reservation despite it being on Open Table and I showed them on my phone. We were seated at a table directly under the air con . I asked to be moved and the lady next to us put on a cardigan. I asked for a Malbec and showed Tighe waiter on the list . He then brought an ice bucket which I looked questioningly at before he produced a Chardonnay. I showed him the wine again which was on the page clearly labels Reds. While pouring he sloshed the wine over the glass onto the table. Our chicken liver parfait was hardly set.. OK abut not good. I had Beef Wellington ... very over cooked with blackened pastry despite the fact I had asked for rare.we had checked if the boeuf bourguignon was pieces of meat . The waiter confirmed it was ... yet one whole piece turned up . Our cat had a good dinner as we just took the food away . Dessert of the day was good .

The room was very hot and uncomfortable . The service was slow and several things ordered had to be ordered twice from the waiter. The food was mediocre at best and needless to say I would not return nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was struggling to find a good Chinese takeaway until I found Kings. The food was prepared fresh to order and NOT salty to taste. We had chicken with pineapple, sea salt king prawns, amongst other nibbles. The food was fab! The food was ready within 15 minutes. Parking is available for a few cars. BUT CASH ONLY.

Cosy restaurant. Staff were Considerate and reseated us on an outer window table. Quality of food was good but not exceptional. We had to ask to order wine, no one asked if we wanted any. We waited a long time for a bottle of wine that didn’t come, eventually we were told that the one we selected wasn’t available and the replacement arrived about 3 seconds before our appetisers. Nothing at all is served to accompany steaks, additions are all chargable and not particularly good value (onion rings £4.50). What was presented looked stunning and taste was fine. We’d bought the three course deal and despite staff confirming this upon arrival we were still charged for deserts and embarrassingly had to request this was refunded. We expected more, would rather spend £100 for two elsewhere. Not bad, just not great.

We celebrated our son’s 21st birthday - he and his girlfriend picked it. The restaurant was a little cramped but staff were lovely, food was great and Nick’s birthday was loudly acknowledged! We had help getting taxis afterwards too. A lovely evening.

We had been busy all day and could not be bothered to cook so went along to order a meal from kings Cuisine,and enjoyed the meal very much, Staff were pleasant and we were able to park outside. will be going back formore soon.

I’ve been coming to King’s Cuisine for 18 months since moving to the area, and it’s definitely the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. They are happy to cater for special requests for off menu items (in our experience) and the quality is always great.Only down side for me is that it’s cash-only. I legitimately only ever have cash to pay for this Chinese restaurant.

My husband and I visited this restaurant looking for a good steak! We chose to have the set menu and paid extra for steak. I have to say that we have been to many steakhouses around the world and this has to have been the worst. We ordered the chateaubriand to share and it was so dry with blood all over the plate that hadn’t been cleaned. I ordered the creme brûlée for desert and it was tiny and so bitter. The sugar has been burnt way too much. I also found some really disturbing things floating in the bottom of my wine glass. I can honestly say the best thing about this place was the waiter who’s name I believe is Tony. He was so friendly, polite and entertaining. Excellent service from him. When leaving I explained all of this to the manager who didn’t seem like he was very interested in my constructive criticism. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the waiter we wouldn’t of had the three courses. Tony is the type of person you should have on the door greeting people. A good restaurant needs good food and staff to match. He would serve you all well! Unfortunately, we won’t be going back which is a shame. Thank you.

Booked this as a last minute Christmas lunch for work team. The whole experience was very good - from making the reservation, changing numbers of attendees and menu choices to the actual meal - it was perfect. Food was delicious and very nicely presented. Waiting staff were attentive without being overly annoying as you sometimes find. <br /><br />Just great and would definitely recommend for any corporate event.

Have only been using Kings for a few months and on three occasions they've gotten my order wrong (items are missing)- still charge me for the full order though. On the first two occasions we called and were met with a terrible attitude. Haven't bothered calling this third time but won't be back.

Wait staff very young and inexperienced.<br /><br />I ordered cocktail , then they sent another very young waitress to clarify my wine request. I said it was not wine it was a Manhattan with Bourbon.<br /><br />Finally barman came and got it sorted.<br /><br />Then we ordered large starter and small starter came.<br /><br />However having said all that we put it down to an off night because we have been here several times before and always excellent.<br /><br />Food is great and their steaks are definitely their specialty.

Upon arrival informed there was no record of our booking. Treated as second class citizens aka walk-ins. Seated and served drinks then told we could have the table for a limited time.<br /><br />We asked for another table, only to be told it was reserved. This place is relatively new and has been kept really clean and has a window to view the chefs at work.It is certainly the best Chinese takeaway in the area, far superior in fact.The food is really good and consistent, you will always get a good well made dish every time.Parking can be difficult as it is in a residential area. When busy, food can take a very long time but it isn't McDonalds so you will get over that quickly.Definitely recommend.

Enjoying a good chinese meal we are always trying the local offerings. This qualifies as the best I have eaten, including China Town, London. The food is freshly cooked to order, which can involve a wait at busy times, but it's worth the wait. We have sampled most of the menu and it all was great. It's worth watching them cook while you wait - not often you get a floor show with a takeaway. The only down sides are cashonly and the parking, which is difficult. I drive and someone collects the mael while I drive round the block.

We decided at the last minute to have a Chinese on Sunday,but couldn't find a menu online for our nearest takeaways.I remembered being told there was a very good Chinese where the fish and chip shop was,so I checked online and ordered what turned out to be the best Chinese takeaway we have had in a long time.The collection time was spot on,hopefully our next visit will be as good.

Can't complain about the quality and quantity of the food. Service is always quick no matter how busy they are. The only problem I have is when one particular woman is on the till, she has always short-changes me by £1. Call me a sceptic, but I don't think she needs a calculator.

We dined on the special price summer promotion which was great value. The wine list was not extensive but it was excellent. A great range of wines at very reasonable prices. To my mind, far superior to a massive list of ridiculously priced wines which is a hallmark of Chelsea restaurants (unfortunately). When ordering the steak, sides are a must. That may turn some off. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and am glad to say we paid for what we got - great meal for a reasonable price (with very good wine to boot).

A regular to London steakhouse, again didn&#039;t disappoint. Meat quality is good, services is not intrusive. I marked the value category down due to the side order portion. <br />There&#039;re only 5 pieces of potato croquette and 3 spoonful of creamed spinach, the size were more generous on my previous visits.

Booked at the Steakhouse for a celebratory meal as my daughter was graduating. The restaurant was very welcoming, there was a good buzz about the place as the staff were all happy in their work. The food was excellent - I even ate the tuna! Would I recommend - absolutely. A fantastic nioght was had by my whole party.

After our usual Chinese closed, I went looking for a replacement and thanks to the great reviews on TripAdvisor, decided to try this place. The food was amazing and I'm looking for an excuse to have another 'takeaway night'. In particular the crispy dick was fresh and juicy, not the usual old dry offering. The other thing I liked was that the shop was clean, modern and looked new (not sure how long they've been open). Don't bother looking any further - this is the place to go!

Great food and very clean.. Always a nice meal, fish is just how I like it and chip bags are never deep enough as you always want more!

Best Chinese take away I have had in ages!!! Salt and pepper squid to die for and very reasonably priced. Only down side is I managed to drive past it twice as it is tiny and very modestly decorated, more signs required! Will be back soon!

Food was outstanding lovely restaurant my only quibble was where we were sitting we were a bit squashed in and next to stairs too on the top level we were first to arrive and asked to me moved to the table for two opposite and they declined and said they were fully booked :-( would have been perfect if it wasn&#039;t for this

I had a lovely time at dinner this saturday with my girlfriend the waiter was very knowledgable about the wine and recommend a lovely rose to pair with our dinner. the cheesecake for dessert was beautiful also

quick pre theatre dinner, the meal was adequate but the food felt a bit mass produced, eg the bread rolls were served warm, but frozen inside.

We regularly get a takeaway and it is by far the best in the area. Very tasty food freshly prepared in a really clean environment!

This is our local Chinese takeaway and we are very pleased with the quality of the food served here, the orders are cooked in full view of the waiting customers, the prices are fair, although this is a cash only establishment.
