King's Cafe in Darlington

I have both eaten here and just popped in for a latte . The staff and service are faultless and it is one of my favourite places to visit. Don’t be afraid of going on your own as the staff and the customers are very welcoming and friendly. The food is of the highest standard and the home baking is particularly tasty ,great value for money and a must to visit

I hade soup and my husband had quiche for lunch, and they were both very good, nice atmosphere and friendly staff, would definitely recommend here.

I have soup twice a week here and it is always excellent and, of course, home made. Lovely friendly atmosphere and always someone interesting to talk to. The big screen picture with the News on is a useful way of learning about News as it happens - Note, the sound is low so it doesn't disturb your conversations.

My Dad and I had Jacket Potatoes which were served quickly and were piping hot. We were too full to enjoy scones on this occasion but I'm sure we'll be back. The service was really friendly too. My lattè was well made and tasted great. Thanks King's.

Excellent lattè and fresh home made scones. A great atmosphere with friendly service. Definitely worth a visit.
