WORST KEBAB EXPERIENCE. Delivery took over an hour despite living 5 minute car journey away, arrived stone cold and part of the order missing. When enquiring over the phone the customer service was terrible, very rude and blaming us for the dinner being cold as we should have paid an extra £1 each to have salad separate.. ridiculous.

Decided to order a delivery as would normally collect from their establishment the whole process was great food was delivered on time as requested meal was hot and all carefully packaged no errors made driver was also very polite would most definitely be ordering again .

The person serving was helpful and polite, but the chicken shish wrap was pretty bland and cold; it even fell apart half way through eating, looks like they did not properly assembly the wrap. I guess I shall return to eating Mr Kebab in Park South or Delicious Kebab

Nice chicken donner and chips good size portion

Updating this review as the last one I did was a year ago. Well, recently noticed their prices have gone wayee up. However, lamb donner kebab is still great and mixed donner. Better than many other soggy ones from a couple of other Swindon town centre takeaways. I am a regular when I am in the area (although probably a bit less now because of price rise). Friendly staff. Relatively fast service. Not too sure about the grilled chicken wings though, they seemed to be a bit on the thin side. Interior could do with modernisation/cleaning.

When I ate at this restaurant two hours later, I went to the emergency room due to my severe stomach pain

Smelly kebab like it was a leftover from last night. Taste of kebab was very bad. When I called back to complain, he was talking so rudely. Not gonna order again!! Definitely not recommend anyone.

Spitting in people food distrusting behaviour and all cause didn’t receive my chips rang them still didn’t deliver it after 2 hours 30 mins so rang again got stress over it decide to do that

Kabab is not good at all, taste like a old donur kabab, very hard to eat chuck it in to the bin. But the service is good.

A good experience the first time but not the second time. After placing an order for 3 kebabs, a half pounder burger and a portion of chips, a call was made an hour and half later enquiring when our order was being delivered. The staff member was quite abrupt and said it was on its way. 2 hours later our order arrived!!! Yes...2 hours!! Kebabs were warm not hot, meat was ok but the burger bun was soggy with oil, and the burgers were pink throughout, one kebab was completely saturated in oil and could not be eaten. Will definitely NOT be making another order again and would not recommend this place as it is NOT THE BEST!!

This place is an absolute disgrace. Ordered 3 kebabs with a burger and arrived 2 HOURS later, burger was soaked in oil with soggy buns and same for the kebabs. I threw mine out the door as it was dripping with oil. I find there's less oil in my bike's gearbox than what was on a single kebab. Called to make a complaint and was cut off rudely. I give this place 0 stars due to vey bad customer service and disrespectful staff. Absolute joke and will never use again.

Ordered a extra large chicken shish, was cooked perfect and tasted great. Probably the best chicken shish kebab I have had. Was delivered on time and hot.

New owners and food is not up to the standard of previous guys. Chicken was marinated in an unknown flavour and was tough. And do they really need to put everything in a polystyrene container? Not eco friendly at all.

Love this place could do with more salad however great hot food. Not been disappointed yet.

Ordered on their website, always go here as food great. But today I felt let down, despite asking for extra chilli sauce my kofte came with no sauce. Called them to be told nothing can be done. There goes my dinner. You cannot enjoy a kofte without sauce, not possible. Sad as a loyal regular customer of nearly 20 years, I have had to put down this review.

Received a delivery through just eat, this evening. Chicken was pink. This really did put me off. Called the shop who offered a discount on our next order. Politely declined as I would rather not orde from here again. Advised to go through just eat for a refund. Still awaiting the delivery status to change to "delivered" so I can request the refund.

Overpriced and small portions. Ok food but not the best. I'm not a greedy person at all, but £18 for 2 kebabs was expensive. Very small portions and what looked like half a portion size of salad between the 2. Sadly I won't be back.

Good wraps, but maybe write on the outer packaging which is which. Had to unravel it, kinda defeats the purpose of a wrap

I wouldn't bother using this kebab shop. First and last time ordering from here. 80mins for delivery is disgusting and it's bloody cold. Took 5 attempt to call them and all he said was he's already left that was at the 55 minute mark. Back to canners I go

My favourite kebab shop in Swindon. The shish were very juicy and tender. Very quick service and very tasty. I can highly recommend this place for a good kebab.

Being a fat boy I've had plenty of kebabs this is in my bottom 2 not sure what the hype is about. Wasn't just my meal the other 2 was of poor quality. Had a donor and chips and the meat was untouched after a few bites.

I order £35 of food for my guests and I only recieved half of the food. I was so embarrassed, absolutely horrendous. You guys should be ashamed of the service your provided. I will never order from your place ever again.

This takeaway does not look good but the food is brilliant.

Overall the food tasted okay. However food turned up late and cold. The vegetable doner was burnt (mushrooms, peppers and onions) Would have been better off ordering a salad with pitta. Also asked for items omitted from wrap but were given them anyway. A shame because, otherwise, it would have been better overall.

The lamb donner was a bit crispy round the edges shave more often

First time ordering, food was great , tasty , but just stone cold . Fairly priced , but took an age to deliver. That's why it was so cold 🥶

When we placed our order the expected delivery time was 45minutes to 1hr. After an hour and 15 minutes we rang and we were told it was 10 minutes away. Another 15 minutes later and we rang again to be told another 10 minutes. Very bad customer service. Will not use them again. Food arrived cold.

Order food for the first time and it took nearly hour and a half to deliver and when it arrived it was not even wot we ordered ordered a 2 mixed doners and it was just doner didn't even have the Wright sauce on it had 3 month fulls and thought it in the bin

Fantastic food and fair prices, never open. Their opening hours say 1am-3am, keep showing up just gone 11 and 12 and are closed. Their delivery time says 11.30, just tried to get a delivery at 11 and they saying they're closed. Update your times and stop messing people around, people work nighttime and need food.

These guys are great they even call a taxi for you. Up until recently the food has been brilliant. Here is the but.... Had a chicken kebab and had a bad stomach for 4+ days I tried to think of other things it could be but there is not. It pains me and I was disappointed because standard has always been high. Mistakes happen but I can't return here.

Please do not eat here, ordered a mixed doner kebab, thought their was something wrong by the size of the portions, too much! I think I might have been the last customer of the night. The salad was rancid, the meat was sweaty and the chips were rock hard threw most of it in the bin. Ended up with bad food poisoning in the morning. Please Stay AWAY

Extreamly clean take away, kofte kebab was great, chilli was 5/5 also.

Not being there for ages but decided to try again after the shop has been taken over by new owner and to be honest I was very impressed with the taste and quality of the food, also staff was nice and quick service. Definitely will order again 👍😁

I read the reviews for this place so went for it, as not from Swindon. All I can say is the meat is rubbery and salty and the colour and texture shows it is the cheapest donner meat you can buy. No taste to Donner apart from salt. Absolutely gross. If people around here think that is a good kebab well obviously they haven't left the area. And I'll hate to think how bad the other kebab shops are in Swindon then. Yuk

Big portions and delicious food.

I’m not much of a kebab person but this place is a whole over ball game! Best kebab in Swindon, often give out free drinks with bigger orders and just overall super friendly. Theres 2 of us and we go for 1 large chicken kebab and cheesy chips and we very rarely finish it. There are Defiantly kebab places much closer to where we live but this by far is worth the extra journey as we usually go in rather than order over the phone but my parents order and only heard good things 🌟
