Costa Coffee in Swindon

Didn't getmy order. Driver gave me the wrong thing!

I thought guide dogs for the blind was only aloud in.now there's two dogs in here ,and they are even sitting on the chair. And no they are not guide dogs. Not happy.

I've only been in the Costa Coffee to meet a family member, and just enjoyed having a cuppachino and a coke for my granddauter. Beautiful atmosphere and nice place to just chill.

Shocking, paid £5 for a glass of ice! What is happening to Costa coffee? It used to be such a lovely experience and now I cannot even afford to go without feeling like I have been ripped off.....increased prices and decreased quality......just awful

There seemed to be a delay in delivery, because every single ice cube had melted and the cream had melted too-very disappointing

I ordered 3 latte's from Costa Coffee Swindon Orbital through Just Eat........I received an Uber Eats order of 2 cold drinks and a toasted sandwich....of which I immediately knew was incorrect, so mentioned it straight away to the courier who delivered it.....for her to fling her arms in the air and say 'I just delivered what I was given'.......yes, but this was delivered from Next Costa Coffee.......so she didn't even pick up the order from the correct shop!!!!! Service is a disgrace!

Forget to give me of a kit kat bar that they owed me and where miserable today. Drink was nice. No smiles from the staff

I ordered a 1 shot vanilla latte but it came to strong and it seems notes are never taken note of

Apparently a filthy teapot is totally acceptable because 'Its been through the dishwasher and they all look like that'. I'll make sure to ask for it in a takeaway cup next time....

Can't fault the staff. Brilliant and helpful, especially when my daughter managed to spill her hot chocolate all over the table and floor

Always a warm and welcoming place with friendly staff who greet customers with a smile no matter how busy they are. The best Costa branch I have been in

We order by app hot chocolate in but we have paper caps given. New has been offered whichbis good but white chocolate itself very tasteless. Just watery milk flavour. Expected something better. Plus was more staff and no mess this time.

4 items ordered and only 1 gets delivered! Absolutely ridiculous

The drinks were cold, but that was to be expected, when I tracked the mileage that the driver did from leaving Costa in Orbital to getting to my house-talk about going round the houses!!!!! It took 20-25 minutes from leaving the store, which is only a mile down the road, but actually he drove at least 3.5 miles, through Taw Hill, Woodhall Park and Haydon Wick!

I have a note on the receipt that one of the items is out of stock, not substituted with anything else, and full payment taken!

Nice and cosy place. The atmosphere and view from the window, especially in the evening, is nice. We love to go there with my daughter and have a hot chocolate.

Paninis arrived weren’t hot at all and the order was delivered later than originally confirmed

Didn't eat here as was waiting for a bus but was really pleased to see they had vegan hot food on offer

When you ask for a pot of tea and it comes half full of water, you don’t expect a sarcastic remark from the barista when you ask for it to be topped up. If I ordered a coffee it would come as a full cup so why do I have to complain when the tea only comes as half a pot.

Yet again I have an item (cake) missing

Cup folded in on the cortado and lost half of it when removing the film under lid. Ended up with just 2 mouthfuls

I come here often. The staff are very friendly and the tables are almost always cleared after people have left

I expect a refund I ordered a bacon bap but got a sausage bap it doesn’t take rocket science to read an order and I expect to get what I’ve ordered not something else . So I expect my refund asap

The toastie for my child was cold, and my coffee was colder than my TV that's been on for the past 2 hours. Not Costa's fault. Just eats fault for lack of delivery drivers, the amount of time it took for the driver to collect once at the restaurant. Especially after waiting over an hour for a driver to be assigned

Very impressed. Despite a queue, the staff quickly served us all with minimum waiting time. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. The americano, served hot milk, was very good. Rich and dark. Tables were cleared and cleaned very quickly. Overall, very impressed and will definitely revisit.

Drinks missing! Both iced drinks not included. Driver not interested.

This seems to be the only establishment that lets you order something that is out of stock, happily takes your money and doesn’t even have the decency to let you know your chosen order is out of stock. It’s almost laughable how popular Costa is but yet the service is probably the worst I’ve ever come across. I guarantee if people start to boycott the place then they would improve but until that time they’re happy to provide a very poor service.

Loads missing. Payed a fortune. Not happy..

Went in at a busy time on a saturday but queue went down pretty quickly. I think everyone knows you will have to wait in Costa! Enjoyed a blueberry & a mango bubble frappe with my son. Very nice! We had takeaway but not over busy in seating area. On a hot day, I personally couldnt sit in, but it's nice they also have seating outside 😁

Driver marked as delivered but never delivered! Sack him

Missing 2 bacon and egg brioche’s nor the cookie and cream bites so I expect a refund for them with Immediate effect as I haven’t received them. The only things I have received are just the drinks and no receipt of the order. Maybe the drivers should check the orders before they leave the place they are collecting orders from moving forward

Staff are unaware of what good service looks like. Incredibly rude. Unconsciously incompetent….. One was the manager.! Will not be going in that one again.

Wouldn’t set foot in there again. Manager has anger issues. Shouted at me because after waiting for over 4 minutes to be served I asked “is anyone serving. So rude…. Needs to go on a customer service course or needs to change her job that does not involve engaging with the public.

Am I currently pregnant and fancied a panini and a fruit cooler .. when it arrived the driver handed me a hot drink and nothing else .. when I explained this wasn’t my order and it must be someone else’s and could he please return this order to the shop so it can be sent to the correct customer he rudely stated that he will not be doing that as he doesn’t get paid to do that and it’s not his problem.. my order was never delivered after he left and therefore will be using somewhere else in future .. never met such a rude delivery driver

This time they didn’t even send my sausage bap, usually its a case of them sending the wrong cake but this I got nothing! It’s not rocket science

I sent the order back because it was wrong yet you charged me. Even cancelling the order you still charged me for delivery and ‘service’ charge.

Hot chocolate was cold and spilt! I’d like a refund for this too i have never had issues with just eat

All was good with the food, drink and delivery, just was a bit disappointed when I was given a normal rocky road instead of what I ordered; lotus biscoffi rocky road.

Exactly at the time it said it would be delivered and very polite driver.

Maybe don’t leave the drink on the side until they melt and taste like water….

Cream added to the frappe yet again, despite it not being selected, and me adding it to the notes for the restaurant. It was in big capital letters at the top of the receipt stapled to the bag containing the frappe, which was then smothered in cream...

Turns out that putting chocolate based cakes next to hot drinks isn't a good idea.. Two melted cakes to drink without coffees...

Driver did not follow the instructions on the order of calling to let me know he was outside. So didn't know it had arrived!

Restaurant messed up with sending the wrong toastie and missing elements of the hot chocolates aswell

I received the wrong food and it was very late. Absolutely shocking, I won’t be ordering again.

Baps bounce. Bacon harder than titanium. Caramel Coffee tastes like it’s was fresh out out of last nights dish water. Plus it took 1hr to deliver LESS THAN 1 mile away. £21 WASTED. ***ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD NO CHOICE*** ***Took meal back to Costa. They explained it WAS given to the driver as soon as he arrived. It was down to him/her. HOW can a 5 minute drive take almost 35 minutes at 8.00am***

The little tartlet was shoved in with the coffee so was a melted mess when the delivery arrived

What is going on with these drivers, he literally knocked and disappeared, the order was completely wrong

My frappe was not a frappe anymore it was melted and the whip cream melted into it making it impossible to drink and it wasn’t delivered ok the estimate time🤦🏼‍♀️

Did not receive my order avoiding this branch from now on as can't get orders to the customers

I can't really comment on Costa as yet again they have been let down by the quality of the just eat delivery partner. Working in the UK they should be able to speak and read English to a reasonable level. Customer service can only be rated as less than abysmal. This does not happen everytime because I can always talk to a driver in trouble. Today this was impossible.

Missing choc flake and marshmallows

Didn't even arrive, even though it said delivered 2 hours after I ordered it.

I ordered and paid over £5 for two large individual bakewell tarts, but was sent one packet of two mini bakewell tarts. Not a happy customer and no phone number to complain hence this review.

Usually very good but on this occasion the bakewell tart was dry and stale. Rest was ok though

coffee was very strong .I had just white coffee .I wouldnt say the service was good .just average

Drink had split over the whole bag - badly made drink and undrinkable

The toaster was cold and the frostings were melted and watery

Millionaires shortbread was tucked in next to the coffee so had melted and gone into a mess in the bag by the time it got here

My food had not been heated, I only have a microwave so I could not do it myself. Really annoying

Super team! The staff are great at this branch. I order delivery due to mobility issues and they are always providing lovely hot food and hot drinks and always follow the instructions I request, which I really appreciate (I cannot have caffeine due to medication). Thanks for being wonderful, I really appreciate it.

Put coffee in my chocolate brownie frappe, coffee freezing cold as well!

No chocolate twist - no substitute or refund. Lid not on drink properly and spilled.

The cold coffee was in with the hot food so the food was cold and the drink was tepid.

Late delivery and the driver didn't even deliver to my door, I found it at the main door of my apartment block once just eat app updated to say it had been delivered. Terrible service

don't agree with food being left on the doorstep in the rain. Doorbell rang by the time I was at my door it had been left out open in rain with no driver in sight...
