Brilliant service from the bar staff. Brilliant management. Ran a lot better compared to last few owners. Food is served really fast and is always fresh. Keep going guys 👌

Booked the function room for a small family event. Kev and his staff were amazing. Craig the chef put on a first class buffet of hot and cold food, including gluten free. Would recommend for any event.

Had an amazing 50th birthday party in the lounge, staff were all welcoming and nothing was to much trouble, guests all had a fab time and commented that it was a great venue. Would recommend to anyone lovely family run pub, with friendly atmosphere.

Management is very welcoming , Staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble , prices are very reasonable , good selection on menus drinks and food and good daily specials it’s caters for every individual

Hired the lounge for a First birthday Party. Kevin was great and very approachable - answering any questions I had. Room was fantastic for the amount of guests (40), Just the right amount of table n chairs. Very accommodating was able to have soft play and a castle outside. Bar staff were so lovely and delivered quick and efficient service. Would recommend if you’re looking for a function room. Thank you again!

Hired the lounge for my dad's 60th birthday party! Very reasonable rate and the owner and staff were all fantastic and very accommodating and helpful. Drinks were reasonably priced and the room itself is a lovely room. A fantastic night was had by everyone! Thank you

I was there for a wake, really slow bar service, the bartender saw me then proceeded to serve everyone else before me, even when the people she was serving notified her of my wait joke if you ask me, the food coming out the kitchen looked good unfortunately I didn't try it. Drinks are expensive I brought 6 drinks all doubles and a coke included with it and spent over £50 for what the pub offers the prices are poor

I have recently moved to the area, And the kings arms is an amazing place the staff are amazing and kind, The landlord and landlady are great people, Now for the food it's on another level it's amazing and it's all made fresh the cook also brings the food out to you and he takes time out to speak with you and takes the time to adjust any food you order to suit your needs if there was more stars to be given the kings arms would receive all the stars available, The prices are great and if they doubled the price it would still be great value for money and worth every penny

After reading the good reviews we thought we'd come to the Kings Arms. Minding our own business playing pool and darts, Sadly it will be our last after two "older" men started to racial abuse us and tried to pick a fight with our scottish guests. Unsure where management was, bar staff were super friendly but they werent going to be able to do anything of this took a nasty turn. Left early and ruined a night out. :(

Craig the chef is amazing, cooks.food to perfection and is fresh, we had a burger with loaded fries it was that good we came back for Sunday lunch, a chef that brings out the food.and asks how it is, speaks for itself, he is a lovely guy

Hired the lounge for a family party. Lovely space with nice decor at affordable price. Staff are great, approachable, very accommodating, really made us feel welcome. Toilets clean and fresh. Nice garden area with plenty of benches. Large Free carpark. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. 😃

I visited the kings Arms last weekend with my family for a meal, and had a great time. Great Atmosphere, the food was really nice, the team behind the bar were very friendly and made us all feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

This place has really turned around I came in for the first time in a about a year and the place looks cleaner the two girls behind the bar are lovely and welcoming was a great atmosphere and food was amazing, you can really tell the new owners and staff are working hard for this place would highly recommend this pub

Well what can I say, been coming to this pub for years but only yesterday tried the food for the first time. Omg massive compliments to the chef the food I had was amazing!!! The chef also took time to chat and make sure our food was good. Would definitely recommend and try again. The Sunday dinners are meant to be very good too. I had the Teriyaki chicken and noodles

Don't go in here unless u want the cocky barmaid with glasses on try to sell u mdma in the ladies toilet was a witness to this on a few occasions and heard her be quite nasty to a couple of kids

Great pub, new owners are making it a good family pub again. Food is simple tasty pub grub which is what customers want with a good choice of beers. Sunday roasts are very nice and well presented, good sized car park with disabled spaces near entrance. Entertainment on weekends, follow them on Facebook for notifications. Give the place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Had my baby shower here on Sunday, they were so lovely, let us have the lounge side so we weren’t disturbed by people in the bar side. Even put the football on for my dad who was helping🤣 will definitely use the room again when we have an event. Thanks so much 💗

Had a 21st birthday here last night, Kevin and beck and all the bar staff wereso polite and helpful, really made the night a perfect one, cannot fault this place at all. Definitely 10/10.

Booked the function room for a funeral wake today and was really happy with everything. It was a lovely clean and quiet room with plenty of space. First experience new to tipton and read reviews was a lovely entertaining pub hence why i went i was very disappointed staff where rude and not welcoming overheard customers talking about mice and rats put me off wont go again

We used the room for a wake, the room was clean, tidy staff where helpful and nothing too much trouble, communication great before and during the wake to make sure everything was ok, good location, good parking, tea & coffee provided, would recommend the Kings Arms for functions. 10/10

This pub used to be a no go for most locals, since the new owners there really making an effort to turn it into a friendly safe place to go staff are brilliant hope they get support they need from locals

Just want to say a massive thank you to Jen and the team at the Kings Arms yesterday. Despite having been shut for 3 days due to maintenance work, the team worked entirely hard to have the function room available for us on Thursday 8th June for my dad's wake. From communication, service, friendliness and more - nothing was too much trouble. Jen made the whole experience less stressful for us as a family and we cannot thank her enough for what she did for us. We will be forever truly grateful. Michelle & family

Twenty three of us turned up on Monday afternoon about 3.00. Place was almost deserted ,asked if lounge was open for food. Member of staff said we not done meals since Christmas, what a joke. He looked at me waiting for a reply. Nothing on this site saying no food available.

There is plastic straws I think that's all I need to say.The staff are really nice and the drinks gets served quick, the ice is also very fresh.

Nice pub, Jen (landlady) has turned this place around, very clean, staff all friendly and welcoming, Dj on weekends, good music great atmosphere, defo worth a visit!!

My and I came to have a drink and whilst here noticed the food menu. So why not give it a go. I have to say it was so tasty and we have been several times since.

Staff were friendly but inexperienced. There were only the three of us eating. Regretfully my experience was very poor. I ordered a rump steak (medium) and was given a very rare steak which was inedible. I was very disappointed. Wish they’d said they weren’t open for food.

Pub is filthy, management is rude and unprofessional. Accused my partner of being racist toward her despite not actually having ever had more than a 10 second conversation with each other. Drugs are rife despite the fact that they are rebranding as a family friendly establishment- I’m not sure I would like to take my children to a pub/restaurant where there are groups of people taking cocaine in the toilet day and night, however some people are more than happy to. I will not be returning and advise others not to bother.

Absolutely disgusted with the food and the staff have no clue what they doing I asked for a refund but refused the sausage and mash it’s like a kids Portion

New owners, same problems. Went in there yesterday; took them about 20 mins to take my order of food, the food came out 45 mins later to the wrong table and the order was wrong; they did sort it out though. The beer is horrendous; had a pint of Stella, the lines haven't been cleaned and tasted like sewage water, sent it back got a replacement Carling; same taste. Left it. Never again. Staff are friendly, but seem clueless.

We went here for lunch yesterday and was really pleasantly surprised at how much nicer it was compared to pre pandemic. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the chef made us a lovely lunch 😋 Will definitely come here again 😁👍
