Nice experience but just really busy at the time we visited and you couldn't really get past easily if you use mobility equipment (unless you shouted excuse me loudly to get by)

Worst Witherspoon. Cold chips then gave another chance and refused service with my wife of 3 years because of makeup.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Nice chilled atmosphere here and it’s clean throughout. Quick service and that warm midlands hospitality.

My local spoons and one of the best I’ve been to, with fantastic, friendly staff. A lovely wetherspoons with the usual good quality and prices expected of the pub chain.

Pretty standard Spoons. Cheap, decent quality food and drink. Nothing fancy, but not bad either. Service is usually incredibly quick, granted it's usually on weeknights. Order via the app, meals/drinks are brought over super fast. The pub itself has no parking, however parking is plentiful at the nearby Tesco Extra. The whole pub is on one floor, so no stairs - ideal for people who aren't good on their feet.

Was very cold ,because of smokers going in and out keeping the doors open had to sit with coats on to eat, they need an annex on the back to keep the heat in ,or make th smokers walk around the side to the back of property, but food good and good service

Called in for family breakfasts recently.Staff .food snd ambience all good

Avoid at all coats if you should ever want low or zero alcohol drinks. I was advised yesterday by two staff members that they don't ever stock these items. There loss , moved on to The Court of Requests , Oldbury . Much better in every respect : choice of drinks ; atmosphere ; service .

Great friendly staff and locals friendly enough which is great foods is ok only real issues are disabled facilities yes there's a disabled friendly toilet of sorts but hard to get to due to amount of tablets in the way they like to cramp them in but the plus side is the local customers will help you move chairs so wheelchair can get through staff however don't seem to listen to feedback despite going in every weekend with two wheelchair users!

This is a busy 'spoons at most times. Set in a traditional Black Country town most customers are hard graft folk who like a drink! The beers, lagers, ciders and wine are on pumps and the staff are good at serving them at a quality level. Worth a visit if you need a quick bite and drink.

Really nice friendly pub that I visit with my girlfriend who lives in cradley heath , it's a pity there isn't a pub like this in my home town of Kidderminster. The large mixed grill is absolutely awesome without doubt, we served by Bethany who was most helpful and very courteous. We most certainly will be visiting again and again and again 😀

Unusually, the food arrived cold and was not upto normal standards.

Popped in for brekkie before our drive back home to Surrey. Lovely little spoons. The booth seats are oddly very low to the ground. Had the breakfast fiesta, which was delish. 🥳. Interesting history surrounding this building and area regarding the titanic.

I like this spoons it's nice and chilled and the food is decent you can eat and have a 3 drinks for £20

One of my favourite local pubs. Really friendly staff, great food and lovely atmosphere. Visit most Saturday afternoons and never disappointed. Came again today 27.08.24 Absolutely amazing steak meal and the large mixed grill. Can't believe he ate it all!! Wonderful service as always and Bethany , who served us, was nice and friendly. Always a great place reform a drink, meal or both . A++++

Just your standard Wetherspoons! The Staff are friendly! and for once the toilets are DOWNSTAIRS!!! The moon under water also has a beer garden at the back of the pub which joins onto Tesco’s car park

Staff are always friendly. Pub is almost always bustling - for better or worse but never seen trouble and locals generally friendly. Food has gotten worse as of late but I think that was more down to wetherspoons not the staff.

Twice now we been into this weatherspoons and twice we have ordered and been totally forgotten about, having to inform a member of staff that we have ordered and have a train to catch having waited 40 minutes. When the meals finally arrived they were disgusting the size of the bacon and egg with half it it missing and very well over cooked plus all coffee machines empty. Won't be going back.

Food was undercooked got raw gammon then next time raw chicken food let's the place down service staff are great and bar staff 👌

First time in this pub, was very impressed with the food & service, nice to have toilets on ground floor. Definitely visit again.

I popped in after work for a quick bite to eat and a couple of pints of Guinness. I stood at the bar, no one else there but the barman was involved in a very important conversation with his female colleague about something that wasn't work related. I waited about 1 minute then I had his attention. I ordered cod and chips with mushy peas and a pint of Guinness. "That's very cheap" I thought as he took my payment. I watched him pull the customary two thirds of a pint of Guinness then put it down to settle. A couple of minutes later he was out collecting glasses. The female member of staff said "Is that your Guinness?" and finished off pulling it. About ten mins later the barman came to my table with a large portion of chips and a pot of mushy peas. I looked at him and said "Did you hear chips and mushy peas?" "Yes" he replied "is that wrong?" I explained that I had asked for cod, chips and mushy peas. In fairness he did apologise and offer to replace it but I declined. I pointed out that if he spent a little less time gassing to his colleague and a little more time listening to customers the problem would not have occurred. So to Callum, work is called work for a reason. Pay attention, listen, customer service.

Recent visits haven’t been great. Food has gone downhill, which is the only reason we visit. They didn’t seem to want to fix the issues we had with the food not being hot and not being as advertised (paid for a large pizza but got given a kids one!) Staff are friendly enough though!

The moon under water Cradley Heath is the best Witherspoons with the best atmosphere in the country, more like a local than a spoons. All the staff are so welcoming and always happy to help, whilst buzzing around always keeping the place clean and tidy.

Staff are brilliant but got no control over clientele. Have and said that I have allways felt comfortable there.

Our favourite Wetherspoons! (We visit in the mornings.) Bar staff: So friendly and helpful here that my wife & I always feel comfortable. The staff make this place what it is! Location: We often visit for breakfast on Mondays before our weekly shop at Tesco (it's just around the corner so it's convenient too). Food: Always good. Atmosphere: This seems to be a real local hub and is always full of chatting locals.

Gotta love a Spoons. Good beer, pretty chilled out and locals having a laugh...well apart from the couple having a disagreement. But that was funny as well. All good. Not eaten here but the crisps are ok :-)

Usual Wetherspoons experience - Excellent value, service and products !

Not sure what people have previously ordered etc however I will say staff are wonderful. Go for a pint and food on a regular basis never a problem and if there was they’d sort it out. No one is rude and do not swear at customers that’s a damn lie keep it up my Moto crew !!

I was in the area for a fortnight and this was my go to place. The food was value for money and the Bar Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall its a pleasant Pub.

Not anything special for a pub but food is nice and the staff are pretty nice, decent sized beer garden for the smokers and summer drinkers 😂 cocktails there are lush I'd recommend the strawberry daquari and the pitchers are a decent.

Really friendly helpful staff. I am disabled so the table service allows me to use the venue without needing to ask whomever took me to go to the bar for me.

Have no problems with Spoons. Always welcoming staff and good food! You know what to expect and very rarely disappointed.

This Wetherspoon could be a lot better if the food was served down the bottom end of the pub all together. I popped in recently and in the next bay food was being eaten. It's not pleasant to sit by that if you're just popping in for a drink to meet friends. The Real Ales were dire. Lifeless and sour. If they are looked after they shouldn't be like that. (I do know what I'm talking about). The selection of drinks for drivers is limited. I won't touch alcohol and there is very limited alternatives. 4* for the toilets Beautifully clean toilets that are a credit to them.

Been using this place for years but more recently since my serious illness. Staff are lovely and friendly I have known Nickie for a number of years they have helped me by being vibrant, entertaining and openly welcome to people. The “Moto crew girls” as I’ve now nick named them are cracking go and enjoy a meal and a drink. Yes it’s Wethers but value for money and for seriously good customer service I can’t fault them.

Had a strongbow wasn't the best

Had to complain about the grilled chicken burger being under cooked and cold. Only to be told they were precooked then shipped in and reheated. It was cold and virtually raw. The member of staff told me it was pipping hot and edible. It was not. Not by any stretch of the imagination. First and last ever time in this wetherspoons

It's ok. The garlic bread pizza and coffee is disappointing, and food is ok at average. But it has lovely COCKTAILS.

Went for food and drink. Great value. Only negative is tables weren't cleaned so had to clean myself. Can't reserve a table either.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch, well cooked and presented. Reasonably priced too.

Ok for the money. It's not going to win any awards but for the price, tasty enough.

Had Bangers and mash, served In a dish, not a plate, after eating sausages with the mash hidden underneath The mash underneath was overdone and cremated with a crust on the outside, I eat the soft parts of the mash Told Manager who was very sarcastic and rude I was told I shouldn't have eaten any of the meal at all, which would have been Impossible Would not recommend anyone to eat here again with the very bad attitude of the male manager

A Wetherspoons is a good option for someone dining alone. The food is of a consistent quality and my drink was delivered pretty much as soon as I'd placed the order on the app. Staff were friendly and helpful and I felt comfortable in the pub. It was worth a visit.
