I rang my order through and they said they would ring me when it was ready, how about that for service !! I must say that this was the best Cod and Chips that we have ever had. Large portions and not the slightest bit greasy unlike the one local to me.

The best fish & chips I have had in a long time. Good size portions very nice staff & very helpful. Food fantastic chips were real potato not frozen, great staff I will certainly be going back.

In the whole of Poole area this is the worst value for money chip shop, and to top it off they ask for cash and demand minimum of £4 to use card machine. No one charges or has a minimum for using card anymore ! You are getting mugged off !

Absolutely disgusted with their portion size, I asked for a large chips and curry sauce it was £6, got home and chip was not even enough to feed to under 10 children, so 2 people didn't get any and the curry sauce went to waste and one child still needed a sandwich after. I would of gone back buy we live 15mins away, I can go to other places and a large chips will do all of us.

This fish n chip and Pizza shop is one of the best takeaways I've eaten. Ordered by phone and was well happy with the time it was delivered. Well inside the time I was given. Well impressed 👏 deffo be back.

Ones of the few take away places that the batter is crispy, thin and not oily at all! I rarely do reviews for take away, and I hope this is the standard of this place, so I will order again soon ☺️

The quality of food is excellent. Hot and large portions. Prices are ok and comparable with similar. The service leaves a lot to be desired.whilst the staff were very friendly one bearded member of staff had no face mask or covering and 2 others wore the mak below there nose rendering them completely ineffective. The wait from ordering was 40 minutes and this was not advised when ordering.On enquiring we were advised that telephone orders leapfrog any walk in trade thus you can be continualy pushed to the back of the queue.We will go again but rather than wait in a queue we will phone from our warm car and then walk past the cold and hungry to collect our order.

No complaints at all about the food or service but I think not having a card machine / cash only is very annoying to say the least. There has been no machine during the whole pandemic. We are told to use cards and this is the only place I know which is cash only. I’ve been queuing outside and see people have to turn around as they have no cash! Sort it out thanks

Visited here at the end of May for the first takeaway since lockdown. Great service and good food. Large menu with lots of choice. Easy to order then wait outside to collect to allow social distancing without any stress. Would visit again.

I can say this is the best fish and chips iv had i dont know of any chips that is this good and tasty. .

I’m lucky enough to have moved around the corner from this fab find. The staff are great and the food is always fresh and tasty. I visited today and my daughter ordered cheesy chips and she got special treatment with lots of cheese and chips. Definitely a treat for her. Big thank you and see you soon x

We found this great place having come back from France late in the evening and needed some food before a long drive home. The staff were friendly and understanding. They prepared the food so my family and I could eat it while driving. We have 2 youngsters so didn’t want 4 meals but two meals divided by us all. They were happy to split the meals. Nice friendly staff with great food. Thanks

I was visiting friends in Canfield Heath and found this place tucked between Asda and the pub. Great menu; prompt, friendly service; Pukka pies; piles of chips/great value - but the best thing about this place was the chips themselves - there we tremendous! I’ll be back!

I ordered a 1/2lb beefburger in a bun. Instead I received two pieces of rubber betweena dry bun. I really don't think there was any meat in the burger, it was so awful, it wasinedible. It was not cheap over £4 for this. I didn't take it back, what was the point?

First time going here and we are all very impressed! Great food, well cooked, the chicken curry and chips was especially good. The service by the two people in there was exceptional. Would defiantly recommend!
