The food arrived late. They recently changed the estimated delivery time—what started as 26 minutes turned into a 90-minute wait.

Ordered from here quite a few times but sadly this delivery did not hit the mark. Chips and scampi only just warm and near to the end they were cold. Mushy peas also just warm, all this spoilt the evening meal!!!

We enjoy our meal from kingfish. To be honest they will be our first choice fish shop from now on.

Dinner was delicious Well definitely over again Veggie burger was out of this world. Chips were nicely done.

Had two large cod and medium chips from here last night. All made to order, really friendly and happy lady served me. Had to pay cash as card not accepted but no problem. Good food portions and very tasty.

Fish cakes over cooked . Ordered medium chips and large .hardly any difference . Now decided not to use again . No pride in what they send out ?

Food was fantastic and the service was prompt. Unfortunately one medium chips missing but the portion sizes more than made up for that. First time ordering food from here and i was impressed, thank you!

Had fish and chips here a few days ago and was very impressed. Excellent service, happy staff who were welcoming. Food was delicious and freshly cooked while I waited. Will definitely be back, even although I have to travel 30 minutes to get here.

Didn’t really like the battered sausage. The curry sauce was way too thick and cold. I went to poor some on my chips and it all just fell out in a thick chunk. Very off putting. Chips were mid at best.

Kingfish fish shop at Queensway Ipswich is probably the best I have tasted in many years and I have had fish and chips worldwide.

The rock eel is sour and tangy. This was the rock eel was out of date. I couldn't eat it.

Collected my order from Kingfish and was greeted with a warm, friendly service. Food was of great quality and large portion sizes for the price paid!

Fish was superb. Chips and sauce was only warm a shame. WHY is there a service charge? for looking at a printed order and accepting the order by pressing a button.

Always get fish and chips from here and never had a bad experience!

I love having Dinner delivered. I also got stamps on my few last orders and as they were automatically redeemed on this order I only paid just over £7 for fish and chip dinner for two people. Love it.

It's just not like them to deliver so late. DH is diabetic so late food can play havoc with blood sugar. Hopefully it was a one off and everyone has an occasional off day.

Beautiful top class fish and chips but this time let down by Just Eat as it took the assigned driver over an hour to get to the shop. Very hungry by the time it arrived but well worth the wait as the fish was wonderful.

Fresh and tasty, this is our ‘go to’ chippy! Always friendly when we visit, quick when we get an delivery and excellent quality food.

Really nice cod all flaky smashing meal

Only used this shop because our usual was closed, but it took an hour and a half to be delivered, food was luke warm, the burgers we had were soggy and the chips had all stuck together. It wasn't the worst, but it definitely isn't somewhere I'll be coming back to anytime soon.

The chips let the meal down, I’m not a fan of soggy chips.

So disappointed this week, my cod was like leather, hardly any white flakey fish, and a thick chewy batter. Hoping this is a one off or we will be going to Nacton Rd

Worst meal we’ve ever had here fish was so over cooked the white meat was dry and the batter was inedible. Never greasy from here but it was literally dripping off . And the chips didn’t taste as great as they normally are .Hopefully it’s just a one off as we have used them dozens of times over the years.

Everything was hot and delicious.

Delicious and high quality as usual. Always have the plaice.
