Paige was super attentive and helpful, our glasses never run dry! Fruit bomb was my drink of choice but the othe rock tails looked fantastic too!

Attended boom battle for their bottomless brunch, and it was absolutely incredible!! Drink were lush and the hostess was amazing and attentive to our drinking need.

Paige was a great host, always making sure the drinks were flowing and checking on our experience. Nice place for bottomless brunch and next onto the minigolf.

I boomed, I battled, I barred, also done some axe throwing and drank all the beer, lovely place, especially petra, she was marvelous.

Very noisy music was good just very loud, not too busy which was nice. Polite staff

Went there for axe throwing. The female staff member who helped us was very friendly and nice. Can't remember her name sorry. Food was nice. Axe throwing was a bit pricey, £40 for 30 minutes but was worth it to get out some anger. I recommend going as a group so the cost can be split. Will be visiting again once I can afford too :)

Went there with 2 grandchildren to play the mini (crazy) golf. Great concept of how the holes are designed but a couple of the ball runs were badly broken which spoiled our fun a bit. The rest of the facilities were good fun but the place could do with a revamp and repair in places.

Took 2x 11 year olds for all you can play over holidays and they absolutely loved it. Great value, snacky food was good and the staff were really helpful. They already want to go again. Thank you team! Kerry x

Bottomless brunch was great. Swift on the beers being replenished. Foods more of a snack but let's be honest the booze is what we go for.

Great atmosphere, little pricey but great selection of drinks.

Atmosphere wasn't great, staff were friendly but mainly talked amongst themselves. Terrible music, so loud we all got the giggles shouting at each other to be heard over our games, DJ was like a statue so we asked at the bar if it could be turned down or different types of music played and just got a shrug which was a bit odd. Sticky tables, ok prices. We had a fun night with a group of us trying the place for the first time, karaoke room was great, clean and loads of choice, great microphones. Axe ,darts and shuffleboard really good fun. Would probably come back and try once more, maybe it was just a quiet or an off night for a Friday.

1st visit, birthday treat. Absolute blast. Axe throwing..... sober btw Walked around site, plenty of unusual games. Staff are very helpful, decent bar.

Expensive. If you want to go axe throwing, just go to B+Q, buy some axes and throw them in someones garden, preferably someone you know. If you want to play darts, just go to a normal pub, it's usually free, plus pool is usually ~£1.

12 quid for pool, ques had no tips and table was falling apart

Just overall not a very good place, very overpriced, £12 for pool and the cues are bent at the tips on all of them, table was falling apart and there was no one at reception for 10 minutes when trying to leave 30 mins early

We had a great night playing darts, trying to hit balls in the battle cage and had a go at axe throwing. They were short staffed but those who were there were working hard! Reuben was an absolute star and was on it all night with our group of 15 people, he always smiling😃 Downsides, the tennis rackets were broken and so was the axe target, otherwise we had a fab night.

Ruben was a fab server, very attentive, kept us up topped up with drinks for bottomless brunch. Food was not the best, atmosphere and music was very good.

We did the brunch, food was great and service was super quick. Reuben was friendly and helpful, we get plenty of drinks in. Highly recommend!

We didn't have food, so I can't comment about it. If you want to spend a couple of hours just playing games, this place is great. Down side, every time we wanted to lig in and play a game, we had to get the man from the desk to log us in. Overall, it's not a bad trip out.

Popped into the Ipswich branch for the first time and had a great time playing augmented darts! We went for a package deal with food and drinks. The only letdown was the super salty fries – couldn't really eat them. Apart from that, we had a great time overall!

Came here for karaoke, pretty good. You get your own room and everything, but it can get a bit warm in the room as it didn't seem to have any air con when I was in there (this was in March so can't speak on if they have air con in summer). Plenty of seating around. They do offer food, although I didn't get any. They have a disabled toilet doubling as a gender neutral toilet here.

Haven't eaten there yet but me and my bestie has the occasional kareoke night! :)

Great place to go with friends , my favourite was definitely the bullseye darts I haven't laughed that much for age's.

Golf was fun but for 9 quid is way over priced for literally 20 minutes to complete

Pretty dull. Games are okay. The main attraction is the axe throwing. Drinks are somewhat reasonable, when the bar staff actually fill the glass and don't forget things. The food was a joke though. Extremely overpriced frozen foods and portion sizes are pitiful.

I spent 5 hours here today trying a bit of everything and watching the football. Lewis who I believe was in charge made me feel like one of the team immediately, Maddy the axe throwing supervisor was fun and entertaining and clearly cared, Mike the chef made us some banging bar food. 5 stars not quite enough to be honest! Will be back any time I’m in Ipswich

Been there for axe throwing a few times and it's always a laugh! The drink selection is pretty good and the staff are always lovely!

Went for bottomless brunch and karaoke for a birthday. Our booking was 30 minutes late, they did not give us the full 90 minutes, we were sworn at by a member of staff when we said we were doing bottomless brunch and it seemed we inconvenienced them, the bar staff were very unwelcoming. Our karaoke booking was also 25 minutes late. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and won’t be going back any time soon!

Chips so small for £4 I think all the money went on seasonings but I order yesterday and the chips were bigger the seasoning was lighter.

The best thing here is the food, I was so surprised at the quality it was really good definitely recommend the cheesy bacon fries. All the girls working on the bar were lovely and served us well mixed drinks, security were quite rude though, me and another from our group returned as we'd forgotten a bag so we went in and out quite quickly, as we left they both stopped us and questioned why we were leaving so quickly and told us not to go drinking anywhere else which we just found a bit strange?

Food excellent we even licked the box clean Vegan chips and options I am glad the this place can cater for all are dietary needs also delivery driver was the best thank you

the chicken tenders brilliant quality crisp outside yet still moist inside. chips were well cooked and well seasoned only downside of the meal was the burger it was not seasoned generously enough and was very dry however it was also over packed so kind of made a mess seems like the condiments are used in excess which doesn't give you the opportunity to taste the burger itself all in all I would definitely order from them again maybe for another burger that's the only reason I've given 4 stars

went on a Friday night ant it was way to loud to have a proper conversation with anyone I even had trouble hearing someone who was right next to me or order anything at the bar which was to expensive for me didn't try the food though so I can't comment on that

All of the food was undercooked and the chips were soggy.

Went to play crazy golf at 6:30pm on a Saturday and the toilets where a state only one working female toilet the other cubical had not seats on them. The access toilet was a mess and had no loo roll!

Boom battle bar is amazing, Andy at reception really helped us out, he's a great guy and would defo recommended coming here, it's so much fun for the mini golf and the suffleboard 10/10 will be coming back!!!!

Booked Boom Battle Bar for a Staff Gathering - Jess was super helpful over email prior to the day. She talked me through all the options and helping pick the right choice for the day. When we arrived the staff were warm and friendly and helped us get all set up on every activity we wanted to play. We all had a lot of fun, just the day we wanted.

Had a great time, loved the axe throwing. Eleanor was a fantastic host, gave us loads of tips and looked after us a treat :-)

England Womens World Cup QF turned off in the 85min by management. Shocking behaviour by management at Boom Battle bar who have the benefit of multi screens but still made the decision to switch off the England Womens world cup QF which was being enjoyed by families that included young girls. Saturday 12th August, Arsenal were playing on the big screen in the main area of the bar whilst the England Womens team were in a tense world cup QF leading 2-1 with 5min to play on the smaller screens in another area of the bar. The bar was not busy or overcrowded and there was plenty of space around the arsenal game in front of the main gigantic screen. A small group of men entered the bar at 85min into the Womens game and requested the whole bar should play the Arsenal game. The management agreed and switched off the Womens world cup QF. The male member of staff who made this decision was then confronted by disgruntled fathers and mothers who were enjoying the football with their families. The manager clearly made the wrong desicion but would not retract it and left all the screens on the Arsenal game. His defence was that he must go with the majority........ why pay for multi screen installation if you have to go with the majority? i thought this is the reason bars have multi screen? why not tell the small group of men that just arrived to use the space around the main screen to watch the Arsenal game? he was clearly in the wrong and everyone could see it... apart from him. he did'nt have the courage to change his decision and i informed him that i would not be returning to this chain of bars again. He was'nt to concerned. more customer relations training required in this company.

Excellent afternoon out, Andy was brilliant providing our drinks and food, nothing was too much trouble including a hot drink for my friend. Would highly recommend a visit and we will be returning again.
