Ordered on Wigan eats, accepted order, took payment. Cancelled order, with no reason. Had to phone to find out why. They said out of there delivery radius, no mention of this on the website, else I wouldn’t of wasted my time. No apology, weren’t bothered. I literally live in the next town. Happy to spend my money somewhere else. Terrible customer service. Use a take away that appreciates your custom not this place. First time using them, great impression they’ve made. Would not recommend.

Parsonage Retail Park Parsonage Way
Was refused at 11.55pm. Was told that they had stopped taking orders. I was on my way back from the hospital to pick some food up for the family after a very stressful day. Very disappointed.

148 Manchester Road, Ince-in-Makerfield, Wigan WN2 2EA EnglandAbsolutely disgusting, felt nauseated all through,after waiting over a hour, had to call them severally to know when they will deliver, my kids hated the food, none of us could eat it as received. They need to shut this foodplace down. Food very blank, no iota of taste, wasted money. I will never ever buy from here again.

10 Gerard StreetAbsolutely fantastic service! Fast arrival time, large portions, free garlic bread after spending a set amount pluss a very friendly delivery driver who even offerd help me with the door as was a lot to carry. 100% will recommend and be back
