Onion on the pizza and ask for chicken and pepporni Wotj no Onion Used to love the place, know it's gone downhill

Very good food. Very friendly. We kept adding stuff while they were making it and they’d add it on no problem. Gave us free garlic bread & Pepsi.

Food was great! The staff were really friendly and we felt like they looked after us. The card Maxine wasn’t working, which was a bit of a pain, but the food absolutely made up for that

driver did not follow instructions, rang the front door bell and knocked on the window causing my dog to bark and waking the whole house up!

Clearly they didn’t read the notes on my order I asked for no sauce on the burger just sauce on the chips. Food arrives with no red salt which I asked for. No sauce on the chips and sauce on the burger which I didn’t want

The food quality was horrific the chips were dry and cold and the chicken didn’t even taste like chicken it left a weird taste in the mouth that wasn’t very pleasant the only nice thing was the pizza the driver faz was nice the only positive is that other then that totally disappointed

Faz turned up 20 minutes earlier than just eat was estimating which was amazing and the food was piping hot and delicious. Would definitely repeat our experience when we can on treat days. Personally imo great pizzas and would highly recommend with the options of different sauce, tomato, bbq and garlic available. Crust was perfect as well as some make it too thick. Really enjoyed keep up the good work team!

Pizzas were fine & hot! But sorry to say - that although we finally got fries without the sauce (which is what we keep asking for but never got) - the fries were minus the sauce BUT - COLD

Food came early but the pizzas was all crushed. Was a shame as I’ve ordered from here a lot and it’s always been brilliant. Maybe have a word with drivers about keeping boxes level in transit.

Ordered a ham & mushroom pizza, extra mushrooms, this is not a ham & mushroom pizza, the ham I am told is turkey ham ? And to top it off thee was a hair in the pizza box, I rang & was offered a replacement but wouldn't have ate it so declined

I frequently order from this restaurant and I am never disappointed, after a small mishap with my previous order involving a broken blender for my milkshake the staff at kings grill more than made up with it this evening, providing my previous orders milkshake and including a free shake aswell. Not many restaurants go to this level for guests and I most definitely appreciate it guys.

They got order completely wrong and when called they sent the order again still completely wrong after being told the mistakes on the phone they still made the same mistake which made my child have to wait for me to cook something. Absolutely abysmal would never oder again and would highly not recommend to anyone.

Was REALLY disappointed with tonight’s order. It was overcooked. Burnt in places. Chips had sauce on when we didn’t want sauce on. We will still order again - because this is the first time this has happened.
