Shish kebab was undercooked and salt was a bit too much for my taste.

Faz turned up 20 minutes earlier than just eat was estimating which was amazing and the food was piping hot and delicious. Would definitely repeat our experience when we can on treat days. Personally imo great pizzas and would highly recommend with the options of different sauce, tomato, bbq and garlic available. Crust was perfect as well as some make it too thick. Really enjoyed keep up the good work team!

Food is all cold cheese on the pizza was hard and just peeled off.

Pizzas were fine & hot! But sorry to say - that although we finally got fries without the sauce (which is what we keep asking for but never got) - the fries were minus the sauce BUT - COLD

Food came early but the pizzas was all crushed. Was a shame as I’ve ordered from here a lot and it’s always been brilliant. Maybe have a word with drivers about keeping boxes level in transit.

Ordered a ham & mushroom pizza, extra mushrooms, this is not a ham & mushroom pizza, the ham I am told is turkey ham ? And to top it off thee was a hair in the pizza box, I rang & was offered a replacement but wouldn't have ate it so declined

the driver rang said he was outside my house no pal you your up the road round the corner 10 minutes later I have to ring you. a 10 min drive took 35 mins food stone cold arrogant delivery driver stating food isn't cold well yes it is .

I frequently order from this restaurant and I am never disappointed, after a small mishap with my previous order involving a broken blender for my milkshake the staff at kings grill more than made up with it this evening, providing my previous orders milkshake and including a free shake aswell. Not many restaurants go to this level for guests and I most definitely appreciate it guys.

They got order completely wrong and when called they sent the order again still completely wrong after being told the mistakes on the phone they still made the same mistake which made my child have to wait for me to cook something. Absolutely abysmal would never oder again and would highly not recommend to anyone.

Was REALLY disappointed with tonight’s order. It was overcooked. Burnt in places. Chips had sauce on when we didn’t want sauce on. We will still order again - because this is the first time this has happened.

Ordered at 6:45 for delivery at 7:45-8:05. Wasn’t going to starve to death. No updates on just eat at 8pm so I called the restaurant and they said the food was cooked and ready to be delivered, the driver was on his way. Called again at 8:20 as it’s only a 6 minute drive away to be told that it’s just been collected but the driver has another delivery on route. It’s now 8:45, my food will be cold if it ever arrives as it was ready to be eaten when I called at 8?

I had to ring the store twice whilst waiting for my food that was at least 30mins past the deleivery time …. the store had said the order had been delivered when it hadn’t when the food finally arrived it was clear it had been sat in the car for 30/40 minutes as the food was stone cold and soggy chips …. i also received almost no salad in my kebab that i had asked for salad to be in a tiny amount of lettuce and one slice of cucumber with a. few chillies is NOT A SALAD!!!

The legend Faz strikes again! As always, great tasting food (the best special mixed grill in any town, and I've been to a lot of towns!) Although this time the kebabs were luke warm (but no real complaints as the excess gets popped in the microwave the next day due to the sheer amount!) The chips and garlic mayo were bob on too.

Even though the food arrived before delivery time it arrived cold the warmest part was the wrapping it came in, the chips were cold and soggy and the burger was bland and didn’t taste of anything

I order from here regularly and only ever had one minor issue which was on a really busy bank holiday weekend and it was resolved straight away. I think this is the best takeaway around my area, we've tried pretty much everything from here ( kebabs, pizza, garlic breads, burgers, chips, wings, onion rings, dips) and everything is really good. Most takeaways have something that's lets them down but not here so far. The kebabs are good quality, especially the doner. It does not have bits of gristle in that you commanly find these days from many places. Fair prices too.
