Really quick delivery. The delivery driver was really nice and the food is always fresh and so tasty.

Been waiting over 2 hours for the food. No one has called to check to see if we have the food or any attempt to give a refund for how late it is. Called up twice and they have said that the order is coming but haven't seen any evidence. Used to be a good Chinese, ordered from here a few times but today is not on! Leaving a 1 star review for waiting ages for food.

Great local takeaway and delivery Chinese restaurant. One of main takeaways I will use locally. Always nice and hot food, with a nice menu selection with a few dishes harder to find in most takeaways. Definitely worth a try

Overcharged and got order wrong aswell

Really poor communication and timing. Ordered and were told 1hr 15 minutes. Phoned up after 1hr 45 to be told it was on the way. Phoned up after 2hrs 20 mins and was told theyd cook it for us now and itd be 20 minutes. Its now 40 minutes after that call and no sign of it. For reference we ordered 2 portions of chips, chow mein, egg fried rice and satay sauce so not exactly a difficult order.

Delicious food but over an hour and a half wait for delivery. When ordered stated 45-60 mins but in the end took over an hour and a half on a Tuesday evening. Defiantly collect, should have up to date delivery times when ordering rather than giving estimate after ordered.

Very expensive compared tonother quality takeaways won't be bothering again bit OK but can get better for price

Really gone downhill. It’s usually been pretty good over the years but the last couple haven’t been so great and last nights was horrible. The pancake rolls tasted of cinnamon, the chips were awful (seriously, who can ruin chips?) and the crispy chicken nearly broke your teeth. Nasty quite honestly and we won’t be back again.

Can't fault them. Regularly order from Kings. Delivery prompt, food piping hot, and quality and taste superb. Really enjoyed ours tonight. Thank you from Elsing Drive.

I got it through yo foodie app had a couple of times from here have to wait a little while but always worth the wait it was very nice

Meh? Duck suspiciously came pre-shredded in a foil container and they were stingy with the pancakes. The food was otherwise forgettable; the main plus point was that they were open late.

Ordered an order on yofoodie app for a Chinese, The app stated that king Chinese could deliver to my address in watlington aslong as the order was over the stated amount of I think £15. When I ordered the food the money had been taken out of my bank and accepted by the restaurant shortly to receive a message from yo foodie saying that they had cancelled my order. When ringing up I was greeted with an apologetic lady over the phone who said it was not her but her manager who had said it was too far to deliver and £26 Order was not enough. This should be stated when ordered and not be falsely advertised saying they can do something when they simply cannot. Needs addressing as it’s a pain in the bum having to wait a couple days for the funds to be refunded. Some people may not have other means to place an order elsewhere whilst waiting for the refund.

The person who took the order was rude very abrupt I gave her some money for the order it wasn’t enough as I could not hear what she said she looked at me and said well I said sorry I couldn’t hear what you said so I gave her the rest off the money I will not be visiting that take away again

Phoned through an order for delivery, order arrived wrong, order for 6 people, no rice, chips missing, other parts of the order missing. When I phoned they were rude and ended up hanging the phone up on me, I called back they said I got what I paid for, although that’s not the point I still paid more than I should have. I said ok I’ll put bad reviews on line and they laughed and said that’s fine 🤷‍♂️ Never using them again

Really poor, most of the food was burnt/over cooked & old pre heated food, no where is this freshly cooked or cared for before serving or delivering. Avoid.

The absolute worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had. I ordered the king prawn balls. The batter was way too thick and stodgy on the inside with under cooked prawns as a result.. Absolutely disgusting and frankly dangerous food...

Great food, has been our goto Chinese for the past 10 years. Unfortunately let down the last 4 months or so with orders turning up to 2 hours after ordering ( 45 mins quoted ) on 3 separate occasions at different addresses. Same excuse every time that "its mental on Friday and Saturdays" Thats understandable but if its that bad don't tell people it will be with you within 45 mins if its going to be 2 hours. Wont be ordering again im afraid.

I note that this is not rated. Well it is now. The girl behind the counter was helpful, friendy and efficient. The food was one of the best we have had for a long time. It was well above takeaway standards. The final touch that we thought was nice was a free portion of springrolls. They deserve to do well.
