King and Miller in Ashfield

We visited as a group of four adults with a toddler (two households) and sat outside. We ordered via the app, and the drinks and meals we ordered arrived swiftly and were nicely presented and tasty. I had hunter’s chicken. It was the first time I had used the app, and initially I struggled with logging in as it kept not recognising my log in. I think I completed the order as a guest without logging in, and paid conveniently via PayPal. Everyone seemed pleased with the meals.

Staff were friendly and explained the ordering process which was easy to follow and very efficient. Having recently had to cut various things out of my diet, I have been nervous about going out since but Adam and Ben were both really helpful and allowed me to check the ingredients; one of them is no legumes which isn't listed on allergen sheets so I was delighted I was still able to enjoy a meal out stress free. Carvery was delicious and came out quickly. Very impressed with the service under the current climate. We will be back and we highly recommend.

Booked two tables together and were placed next to eachother, service was brilliant, food was great and drinks were on the table within minutes, im an assistant manager at holly tree farm and i cant say how brilliant the staff were, everyone who worked today (sunday 18th april) deserve a pat on the back, i only know ben i think his name is, really nice lad and all the rest of the staff. Will deffo be back keep it up (come to holly tree when we open lol) Thanks alot guys x

An unplanned lunch (although would recommend booking ) post lockdown. We have missed this place so much and taken their lovely Carvery for granted in the past so thought it deserved a review! Special thanks to Nick for his service, nothing was too much trouble, compliments to the chef and well done to the manager for the safety measures taken to enable a safe reopening. This is definitely the best Carvery in Nottinghamshire!

Visited the day before 2nd lockdown.For starter I had garlic bread and my wife had garlic mushrooms both were nice.For main course I had a texmex chicken burger which was very nice and I would recommend it. My wife had a large carvery and it was massive and also very nice.We opted to take our puddings away as we were both stuffed. We had chocolate fudge cake, we haven't had it yet but you just know it'll be delicious.It's a safe place to visit and the staff all seemed nice.This was at least our 3rd visit and we'd visit again

Our first local meal since the end of the lock down. We got a very friendly welcome. Staff very pleasant & friendly. As it is now waitress service, this was done very efficently, My wife & I had the carvery, no problems with that, as you still could have as much or little as you like. The food was good & hot.

Visited with my grandad after seeing my grandma in Kings Mill Hospital. Food was lovely very tasty came very quickly and the server Jade couldn't have done more for us! She was very helpful and polite and provided us with a fantastic service.

Called in yesterday we didn’t book but was welcomed at the door and seated straight away , we decided to have a carvary , the young lady waiting on us was lovely very helpful , the food was really nice we really wanted desert but were a bit full so we asked for it to be takeaway made us laugh when it came out the portions were Enough to feed 3 , it was so nice We will defiantly go again .

w,ent for my birthday 2nd of october ,booked for 6 people we were seated quite quickly and drinks brought then it all went downhill waited 15mins and no one came to take our order so went to find a waitress , then had to ask again for cutlery when we got our food also no gravy with sausage and mash but a mountain of onion on sausages so yet again had to ask for some , asked for bill and waited again for someone to get it , all in all a ruined birthday wont be going again as staff dont seem interested having been a silver service waitress myself they need someone over them in my opinion

Excellent service by all staff, especially Kieron, all very friendly and polite. Food was amazing, the best chicken and bacon salad my wife has had!! I am speechless at the size of the cheesecake, it was lovely. Thank you. Would recommend and will be returning.

When we arrived we was took to our table very quickly, then on the table you have to fill in what you would like for breakfast, then you have to pay, before you get anything I was having a tea no tea pot just a mug with tea in it no tea bag so you couldn’t get the strength of tea you like and not very hot . Next comes the breakfast lukewarm burnt toast fried egg not cooked and bacon all stuck together think it had been stood you would of thought it would be red hot as they serving you not the case then no salt pepper cutlery will not be going back and definitely will not recommend to anyone .

Worse dinner ive had from there order a takeaway. Got home was no meat on it and the dinner looked like dogs had put it togher very unhappy

Will never go again. On arrival we were seated quickly. Waitress came and took our drinks order almost immediately and came back with drinks promptly. From there on in the service was shocking. After waiting almost 25 minutes after we received our drinks we were still waiting for someone to take our food order. Eventually managed to see a member of staff close enough to beckon to ask for our order to be taken, then for a waitress to go and ask the wrong table for their order. She disappeared and after another 5 minutes a member of our group had no choice but to leave the table to find someone. Eventually managed to put our order in. 15 minutes later our food arrived but we had been given no cutlery or condiments so had to ask. Had to ask twice for salt an pepper. Food was overcooked/burnt. A few items from the meals were missing altogether. Then a waitress came to clear plates and 2 of us were still eating. My plate was taken from under my chin while I was still eating my burger. Only to have my dirty cutlery dropped on my lap and sauce wiped onto my clothing. Overall absolutely disgusting service. I appreciate that covid is putting a lot of strain on places and people but that was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I will never ever waste my time and money in there again.

Me and my friend had a lovely carvery and drink after work, where we had a wonderful, happy, smiley waitress Phoebe who was so happy and upbeat and couldn’t do enough for us considering the extra work load with the new Covid rules! Staff and food was amazing! Will be coming again very soon!

We had a lovely time. The meal was good but the service was exceptional. I have to mention Phoebe and Ben. They were so friendly. The best table service I have ever had. Both these two went out of their way to be helpful. Top marks

We regularly come to kings mill farm for tea and it is always excellent. In particular our waiter Ben was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was an issue. Will definitely recommend!

Very well organised from entry to exit. All staff adapted well to new regulations that came in today. Table service only but our carvery was served to us within a few minutes of ordering, was piping hot, and piled high with our choice from the list we had to tick! Very well done to all the staff for adapting in such a tight time scale,and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Really enjoyed our visit. The staff and safety procedures where all amazing. I have bad anxiety and felt at ease, a member of staff who really stuck out was steff. She really made the experience alot better.

Visited monday 21st September at 12.45.We were greeted by a member of staff with the required ppe. We were told to track and trace using qr scanner. The girl was very helpful regarding this.We both had the farmhouse chip shop supper and it was good. It was table service only, they're really trying to keep everyone safe.I had a really pleasant visit and will definitely visit again.All the staff were pleasant.I'm struggling to find any negatives.Would have had pudding but we were too stuffed that's a shame the big cakes look really nice.

Visited yesterday on way to see friends. Came in for a light snack and a drink. Made even better by steff who was very lovely and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I went with my friend and her partner and my partner too and oh my god the way they have handled it since Covid19 its absolutely amazing and no cross contamination of germs. Always being cleaned and cleared. We was at table 23 at 5.00 on 19th of September. The way the system is for the carvery is nicely organised and no risk of infecting each other. Fantastic time and definitely go back. All staff were lovely and polite.

Recently called at The Kingsmill Farm and we were really impressed with the service and food. The staff always work so hard and are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Their social distancing system works well. Well done to the Kingsmill Farm team.

It was a lovely meal and people was taking the covid 19 seriously and the atomosphere was really pleasant and i was really happy with my visit will visit it again

We enjoyed a lovely family lunch consisting of chicken, gammon, prawns, burgers and a carvery all cooked beautifully and served piping hot. The food was excellent, the waiter could not have been more helpful and most importantly this day and age the Covid-19 regulations were all scrupulously adhered to. We will certainly be returning.

A family meal outside in the sunshine made better with the service provided (thanks Steff) Felt comfortable considering the worry about Covid. Shown test and trace and had no worries at all. Great Sunday meal too.

WOW! What can I say. booked a birthday meal for my cousin's 45th and it was perfect. We had a table in a secluded area which we loved. we ordered the chicken sharer starter and halloumi fries. They were cooked to perfection. After we had a mixture of main menu and carvery and couldn't fault a single things. Easily the best steak I've had in Mansfield for a while. Mine was medium and melted in my mouth while my cousin had medium rare and was equally delicious. The host week greeted us was welcoming and reassuring in these times and the place you could see was spotless. Natalie the waitress even sang happy birthday with us when presented with his complimentary birthday cake. 10/10 everything from atmosphere, food, staff and drinks were perfect. Will definitely be returning!!!

We took the family out for dinner at 19.00 last night, we had the carvery. The food was delicious, and plenty of it. Nice friendly atmosphere, cheerful staff and cheap. Brilliant!

Me and my friend came with our kids and the service was amazing we had the carvery breakfast and even tho you couldn’t get what you wanted your self the service was brilliant and they put exactly what you asked for on your plate even to the point of looking for the crispy bacon for me!

Today I put my big girl pants on and visited this pub for the first time in a long time! As anxious as I was to go, I'm glad I did. I had a bit to ask about the changes and how things were now with covid and the member of staff at the bar named Steff was more than happy to take the time out to listen and answer said questions making me feel more at ease. So thank you!

All the COVID-19 things that they are enforcing are brilliant made me feel safe.The food was very nice the staff was very friendly.only one complaint is we had to chase the staff for our pudding as we had waited 45 minits for it and just for the record it wasn’t busy

Excellent service, amazing food. The only place local that does a delicious ploughman’s lunch. Brilliant social distancing in place. Only negative is that it is really hard to get in unless you book well in advance, which is really a positive being so busy.

I have visited here many times and the food is lovely the staff are always very friendly and accommodating there is nothing I could fault about any of my visits. Lovely for both families and couples.

I visited with my friend for lunch and had the dirty Hunter's burger which was lush. We then had the galaxy caramel cheesecake between us, and that's where it all went wrong...During the course of our dessert, we were ATTACKED several times to the point where we had to leave the table and cower. The attacker? Wallace the Wasp. Fearing the worst, we trembled in a corner worrying that we wouldn't be able to finish our cheesecake. Luckily, in rode our hero - pub safe monitor, Lewis. In no time at all, Wallace was defeated with his weapon of choice - strength and a clipboard. We were able to return to our cheesecake, but we couldn't finish it because we were so full.Side note: later, Wallace's accomplice, Wanda, arrived to avenge her fallen compadre. Lewis was prepared to fight for our honour once more, however we had a new hero in the form of Steff who saved us by pinning Wanda to the window with disinfectant spray (which proves they take sanitation seriously!)Thank you, King's Mill Farm for an exciting meal.

Shocking hunters chicken was a microwave meal rustic coleslaw was chunks of onion and cabbage because they were to lazy to make proper coleslaw flies everywhere

Me my husband and our son Andrew who is in a wheelchair been few times for lunch i had scampi my husband had hunters chicken and our son had 5 fish fingers with chips and bean each meal was very nice the staff couldnt do enough for us and one stood out laura she was so nice she made us feel like family we ordered pudding giant éclair and its massive we had to take the rest home other time we had chocolate fudge cake wow amazing againLots of room inside social distanceing is very good and the food pricing is value for money we will be back again very soon

Visited with wife her brother and sister in law. All the staff was very friendly and tthe carvery was suberb as always

My fiancee and I came for breakfast on 27/07 at 9.21am. The bacon and beans were cold and the scrambled egg tasted of sour milk and sausages were burnt. My coffee was also cold before I even put the milk in. My fiance is pregnant and if the scrambled egg was made of old or sour milk it is extremely dangerous for the baby. I understand these are difficult times, and your health and safety, social distancing is excellent. However, this shouldn't affect your quality of food. Therefore we will not revisit kingsmill farm again.

Visited Wednesday evening for a meal with three female family members. We all enjoyed the excellent food and couple bottles of wine The staff was great from the young lady at the door The host a pleasant smiling young man the waitresses and bar staff all adhering to the new rules and especially Beth a lovely happy soul who we found charming, helpful a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend the food and service Thank you chef and kitchen staff too

Celebrating the daughters birthday and 1st meal out in many months. Service was excellent and meal was lovely. The place was quite quiet and the carpark wasn’t very busy - was a midweek visit. Place appeared very clean. Chocolate Eclair my son had could have fed a family of 5. Well Done x

I have always enjoyed coming here. My friends and I come here regular for a works night out, but our last night out before lockdown we had a horrible experience with the waiter. I felt so humiliated and disappointed that I put a complaint in about this. Once the staff were getting ready to return to work a lady called Lucy (I presume she is the manager) contacted me to apologise for our bad experience, she was very polite and offered us a discount for our next visit. We went on the 6th July, which was their first day open after lockdown, as soon as we were seated, the waitress came to us and informed us that Lucy had said anything we wanted that night would be completely free. Throughout the night various members of staff would come to us to see if we were OK and Lucy came to us also, she was very friendly and we chatted for quite a while. I wasn't happy to be treated the way we were by Jorge but I fully praise Lucy for the way she dealt with the situation. I am also a manager in the food industry and customer satisfaction skills are a top priority, I give Lucy 100% for the way she made us feel after such a bad experience. I won't let it put me off. Kings mill farm is still my favourite place to get together with my friends and family

My family and I (8 of us) visited last month for a Sunday roast. At first, I was apprehensive as to whether we would be waiting for a table as we arrived midday however we were greeted with a smile and was found accommodated with a perfect table in no time. Despite the establishment being busy, we were overwhelmed with the quality of both the food and service. The staff couldn't have done more to ensure we were happy with our food and one of the best carverys I've visited in a while. Highly recommend and will be visiting again soon!

Served by a man called Jorge and he was rather rude and insulting towards us. Food came out wrong twice and on the 3rd occasion I was well beyond wanting food. Staff also lied to him and told him we was being laughed at behind his back. Will not be returning to this shambles of a place.

Me and my daughter go here nearly every Sunday for a roast dinner, the range of food is amazing, never short on the vegetables, the meat is always perfect especially the Succulent beef! The Yorkshire puddings are handmade I believe which is an added bonus! It does get busy on a Sunday which at times you wish the place was bigger to accommodate so many people but it shows how highly people rate the place! Very friendly staff and always happy to help! Keep up the good work.

Worst experience in a while. First time we received our food the burger was inedible and rock hard, we sent it back, when it came back it was the wrong order, third time lucky he brought it back and was so rude to us accusing us of laughing behind his back, which we had certainly not done, we were extremely upset he had accused us of something we didn’t do that we didn’t want our food after all because we were so disgusted with how we had been spoken to. Asked a waitress if we could speak to the manager and she said she would get her, for him only to return a few minutes later and not take out complaint into place. Very bad service. We were regulars here but definitely will not return after this experience. Worst i’ve been spoken to in my life. Would not recommend, if you do then make sure not to laugh as you could be accused of laughing at the service and be told off like a kid. Do not go here.

I have always enjoyed coming here, the food and puddings are amazing. We come here every week but this is the first time I have been disgusted with the way we were treated, when mine and my friends meals arrived, we were asked within minutes by the waitress if everything was ok, which it was, but when we actually got round to eating our burger, we found that the bap was so hard it was inedible. When we asked for it to be changed, it came out 15 minutes later totally wrong, we had to get the waiter to change it again, when I said I wasn't happy to have to wait again for another 15 mins, (by then our other friend had finished her meal completely) I had to state that i wasn't happy paying full price for what we had,. When he went to ask somebody if there was anything he could do for us, he came back telling us he wasn't happy being laughed at behind his back and that 3 other people told him we were laughing.. i was so shocked, this was so unprofessional to accuse us. Even when we all said we hadn't got a clue what he was talking about he carried on accusing us. Instead of just apologising saying it was his mistake. This really upset me to the point i didn't want my meal by then and for the rest of the time while we were there finishing our drinks we were made to feel that we were being watched and daren't even smile. This totally ruined our night. The lads name was Jorge and he claimed to be the manager did he not stop to think that getting our meal wrong 3 times, that we wouldn't be in the mood for laughing never mind laughing at him. If it wasn't for the puddings being amazing then I wouldn't go there again. Not to be served by this very rude man. I will also be putting a complaint into head office about his behaviour towards paying customers.

What was meant to be a nice friendly meal out was turned in to the most horrendous dining experience we have ever encountered. We ordered our meal and when it finally came two of the meals were inedible, the ciabatta and the cob were both so hard that we couldnt bite into them. We asked for them to be changed. When they came back they had done the meals wrong and so they had to be sent back again!! When we finally received the correct meals they were brought out to us by someone called Jorge, we had no apologies and he mentioned a discount and that because a member of staff had been ( before we had had chance to even take a bite of our main meal item) and asked us if everything was ok and we said it was he was very standoffish with us. He then went away and came back and accused us of laughing and talking about him behind his back saying that 3 members of staff had said that they had witnessed it!! The fact that this was a blatant lie and the fact that we told him so made no difference and we were made to feel very uncomfortable to the point that we couldn't eat our meals and asked for a full refund which he fetched us. We then sat talking for over 45mins whilst staff members walked past our table several times and yet never attempted to clear our plates away. Determined not to totally ruin the night we decided that we would attempt to have a pudding as we were hungry having not being able to eat our meal. We ordered our puddings and when they arrived the waitress had nowhere to put them as they still hadn't cleared our table. She was extremely rude , ordering us to pick up our dirty plates so she could put our puddings down and then she began taking the plates away(she dropped cutlery on the floor which was still there when we left). She still left dirty dishes on the table whilst we were eating our puddings. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been spoken to or made to feel like that at any establishment I have been to before. All of us who were there are in the restaurant trade and we wouldn't dream of speaking/treating our customers that way. It was a complete disgrace. If you visit here then please dont talk or smile to each other and god forbid it but dont even dream about laughing......totally ridiculous

Amazing value for money, food taste and choice was fantastic. Only downside was that there wasn’t enough bar staff.

We didn’t feel like cooking so tried the Sunday car very We had a great Sunday lunch. Loads of choice of vegetables ( better than other places ). We both had gammon which was very tasty. The staff were helpful at the door and table. We will definitely return.

So I went in today with my family and we went up to the bar and ordered food and drinks we all had a carvery and 3 cokes as the bloke went to get our drinks he was huffing and puffing like him making our drinks would take a big chuck out off his day wasnt gonna let that spoil my day tho then we went to get our carvery my sister in law said yes to a Yorkshire pudding he gave her the most battered and smallest one out of a hile try and even he was huffing and puffing with a miserable look on his face and when I asked for 3 things (which was gammon beef and Turkey but just a little of each) he rolled his eyes we sat down and tried to eat our dinner in a good mood without thinking about the poor service we just had, A young girl cak back to do the check bad with a smile on her face she was the nicest one out of all she said hows everything with our meal I said it would be better if that chef changed his foul attitude I pointed out witch one and she said ok I'll pet the manager know and he will come and have a chat with you I said ok fair enough that would be great thanks the manager never came over just looked at us so we walked out if the service was good the food would taste good aswell never ever going back unless the people change

Passing through on a business trip, excellent food and even better customer service. Attended too by a couple of members of staff, a young lady named Sarah and a young male waiter named Kieron. This place is just across from where I work, and I'd heard many good things about it but only recently tried it for myself. This was my third visit and I was definitely not disappointed. The food is amazing, the service is so friendly, and the atmosphere is great. We only come for the carvery so I can't comment on the main menu, but it's just as delicious each time we visit. Definitely going to be making this our regular carvery restaurant from now on.

First visit and what can I say but wow. Amazing food and drinks on offer here. Absolutely amazing value for money.

Been many time to Cherry Tree Farm at Willington, so booked a table with friends at this one. Very busy at the time so my friend joined the bar queue and I joined the food queue, or so I thought! Waited behind another couple who took some time to order and when it was my turn, the assistant said "There's one queue"! I then had to join the end on the other line by which time my friend had been served with the drinks. A couple of chaps behind me complained and shouted at the assistant and a passing staff member replaced her and they were served! Had the drinks not been on the table I would have left for another restaurant. The food was fine but this soured the visit.

Had a lovely meal, the carvery is great! The staff are friendly and happy to help. The cakes are amazing too! All in all good value, will return

Sadly it seems to be going the way of all carveries - starting well but gradually declining. We used to eat here every couple of months but haven't been for a while. After our last visit we agreed that the carvery meal was somehow a bit tasteless - we'd had different meats and only I had the gravy. We thought about it and realised that the vegetables had no flavour - they had all obviously been sitting under the heat lamps for a long time and were dried up. Also the Yorkshire puddings were dreadful - tasteless and so hard that they shattered when you tried to cut them. The meat on the carvery was very good but otherwise it was a disappointing meal.

Visited here today and was one of the best carverys I’ve had in a long time delicious soft meat and fresh vegetables with plenty of choice at a very reasonable price will be going back very soon.

Called in about 1pm on a Friday lunchtime, was busy but found a table straight away. Have been a few times for the carvary, which the quality has been a bit hit and miss previously however this particular visit the carvary was very nice, plenty of choice on the vegetable section and cooked just right.

Fantastic food and service,I’ve had loads of carverys over the years but this exceeded my expectations,vegetables cooked perfectly,meat tender,gravy and accompaniments lovely and all hot not semi warm as is my usual experience,friendly attentive staff but not overly so ,all in all very pleased,keep these standards up for success

The first and most positive thing about theis place is the staff. Friendly organised and motivated. They must have been well trained as juggle lost of things at the same time. Food came very quicky even though the place was packed. £8 for chicken supream and it was good exept for the chips, they looked nice but were not. 3 of the party had carvery and were disappointed, awfful yourkshire pud, fatty gammon, cauliflower tasted of fish and was dry, it all lacked taste. However the pudding was blinking amazing

Absolute dried up dross. The whole carvery was poor dried up mush. The amount of meat served was mean. We visited at 5pm on 25/2 and there was no excuse for these standards Save your money & visit elsewhere

me and all my family booked a table on friday for a meal together but none of us ate the meal so my daughter complained and she got a £30.00 free voucher for another meal, but we went next day and the breakfast is amazing we went every morning

Variety and atmosphere. Very good service and ease of ordering. Always found seats when arriving at the pub.

Vegetables all dried up on the carvery today. Not very nice at all. It wasn't busy but this is not a excuse to leave everything to dry out.

Arrived at 5pm approx. Got a table ordered food for the kids and we had coffees. Was hoping to kill an hour before bed.

Went to Kingsmill one recent Friday night and ordered carvery which was amazing. Que was quite long but we must've chosen a bad time to go, cauliflower cheese could've been a bit cheesier.

I visited today with my family and a few of us have allergies normally it's really hard to find places to eat but kingsmill farm have a gluten free menu and Amie who served us on bar was reassuring and helpful when ordering our food, the overall service from everyone was really friendly will be coming back again.

This place is always busy . Sometimes can be hit and miss with food, but mainly good experiences, Not put off by fee bad ones. Greated by smily and friendly staff. Like the table buzzer that tells you when your tables ready so you can go sit down if you can fund a seat free. Puddings are to die for and are good sized.

Popped in with my partner for some lunch , the restaurant wasn’t too busy . Had a quick look at the carvery but it didn’t look to appealing, decided to order from the main menu . Food came after a short wait , it was nice , typical pub food . The staff are polite and came to ask if our food was ok . The desserts look nice although we didn’t try them. Would probably eat here again if I’m in the area.

I ordered a drink whilst waiting for a table...this drink tasted of cleaning products and had to be replaced....when my food arrived it was cold and had to be replaced....when my replacement arrived 2 minutes later it became clear that this is pre prepared and reheated food but my replacement had been reheated so much that it was extremely tough and inedible.....on top of this one of the components of the dish was mushrooms....these were completely missing from my replacement dish.....not wishing to sound like a serial complainer I just left the meal and quietly left....£30 out of pocket and still hungry!!

It was our Christmas ‘do’. This is our 2nd visit, so it must be good. We each had mains of; beef curry, hunters chicken and burger with chips. Good meals which we each enjoyed. We didn’t have room to eat a pudding, so all we elected to take some cake home, the portions are huge! Husband and I shared mine when I got home. The staff are good but not intrusive and the restaurant is clean. I’m pretty sure the team will return!!

Went here for dinner again today was looked after by molly she was very polite and made sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely food, nice place, would recommend this place to friends, only down side is miserable chef serving meat for carvery, no manners, no smiles etc, thought that was the only downside

Can't fault in anyway, food was good and the service from amie & steff was superb. They were very good with our children

Came here last week after 2 previous visits because we know that the place is spacious and comfy and that the variety of food would suit all of our dietary requirements. E.g. Diabetic, gout, gallstones, child and fussy. What spoilt the meal for me was thinking about our visit when trying to go to sleep for a few nights. The girl on the tills was pleasant but I didn't appreciate the way I was told about kids meals free ice cream. It was the first time we'd bought a child with us and my husband saw the front of the menu offered a free ice cream with every child's meal. I was told that if I'd waited I would have got my vouchers when I'd paid. I felt apologetic for not knowing how the system worked seeing as I hadn't read anywhere about vouchers for ice cream ( nor about updating to an ice cream my great granddaughter really wanted). I also felt uncomfortable when some men came behind me and were told that there was only one queue. They said even just for drinks? I noticed they didn't hang around but seeing as on entry it says. Find a table and order from any till and like nearly all pubs there wasn't any sign of a queuing system. I had a small carvery and when the server came to serve me he stopped and picked some skin off his hand first. At least it looked like skin. I should have commented but wasn't expecting it and too busy watching where the skin fell

Disgusting service avoid!! Mrs had carvery could tell she wasn’t enjoying it.. then found a hair which she nearly choked on.. she carried on eating as was not sure if the hair was hers.. then found a hair embroiled in stuffing.. sent meal back to get 8.49 slapped on table because manager could not even be bothered..
