This is probably our 5th order from Kilos. But the last 2 orders have arrived missing items. Tonight, despite being 20-30 minutes later than first told for delivery via the app, a quick call was made. But the side order of Sweet Potato Fries was missing. Rather than wait another 20-30 minutes for the side to arrive I’ve had to request a refund for them. The food is good though and we do understand mistakes happen. I did try to call the restaurant twice but it just rang out so went via the app

The food wasn't and cooked to perfection

delivery time was the best I've seen, but the mac n cheese was bland and dry and the chicken wings where was old dry a crusty

First time buying and i got the bolivian box & the portion sizes are soo good for the price i couldnt even finish it all😩flavour is amazing definitely will be buying again.

This is not the first time trying kilos But the 100th time I love it. My go to is the Bolivian boneless box I give it a 11/10. Highly recommended

this food is not good. plantain was too oily and then a sweet saucy was added on top which is so unnecessary when the plantain was already very ripe and, therefore, naturally sweet. chicken was alright but a bit dry. i couldn't finish the pasta.

I didn't receive the food, hotel reception also didn't get anything they said!

It's a bit pricey, compared to other places but the portions are a good size and the quality of the food is great! I really enjoyed my meal!

The delivery driver was brilliant, came a bit early, which was good. Very friendly and personable. The food was great. Tasty, colourful, substantial. You could feel that it was cooked with love. The mac and cheese was awesome. The coconut rice was moreish and the chicken burger was massive. Top place.

Plantains were a bit over done, normally they are perfect, but overall a great takeaway, hits the right spot every time

Reliably top quality delivery. Food is delicious, enough for 2 people. Miss having dessert included like it used to be but otherwise one of my favourites.

If people tell me this is good I can see in Liverpool they don't know what real food tastes. 1 food was super late. 2 some of the order was missing. When I called the employee or him don't know say ca in 10 min when I called back my call was forwarded no one answered. Dear owner if u can't handle ur place with delivery don't do it. And change ur chef I think your chef has high blood pressure. The hospital food tastes 100 much better than this. Refresh ur chefs on how to cook and put taste in the food the baked pasta tastes lime I was drinking water from it. The taps. A. Sorry but the only things was taste good are the coconut plantain and the prawns .bcs are easy to prep. But my small kids can cook it better.

3/5, ordered lobster tail, fries and jerk corn on the cobs. Portion size was decent but the lobster tail was overcooked and quite chewy but the fella in the shop was sound though

Usually love the food from here but the pasta smelt and tasted really off and woke up to be sick through the night. Everything else was perfect

I've ordered from here before...so was looking forward to ordering something new this time. I made a huge mistake!!! I don't want to give this business a low rating, but I do want to give realistic feedback. I ordered a lobster claw po boy. It was tiny. I've been all over southern States of America, po boys are not served on a tiny brioche burger bun. They are jam packed on a bread roll. There was hardly anything inside this teen burger bun. Lesson learnt. It was £19 for a teeny tiny taste of nothing! Seriously bad. I ordered plantain too. They were £4. Huge amount and very nice. I'll stick to my usual box meal next time.

Just had the Bolivian box.....mmmmmmm delish. Hot food served with a smile. Nothing to dislike, everything was cooked well and tasted fab. I couldn't eat all of it but they do smaller boxes. No waste though because I'll eat that later. My new local takeaway!!

Called us to tell us when the food was leaving which I really appreciated. Food arrived hot, delicious! I love how they package it in foil and then into the boxes as it keeps the food really warm. The Jamaican peas and rice is always incredible.

Ordered the Kilogram special box and it was that nice my kitten kept trying to mug me .. had to stand up to eat and then the little git climbed up my leg to try get this delicious food .. Nearly dropped it as I hopped around in pain and blood .. Lol I will be deffo buying from here again coz the food was amazing , will have to lock the kitten up next time lol .. Thanks 😊

The food was great. Except for the part where the hotel tried to steal it lol, I guess that’s just how delicious it was.

My son just tried this place got a mini box which isn't mini at all! looks and smells amazing .. prawns side looks massive an batter is light an crunchy. I'm slightly jealous now an will be trying this out again tomorrow !

Usually love this place but massively disappointed In the calamari, no were near the standard they Usually are.

Ordered 2 strawberry waffles and was sent tiny donuts instead - which I dont like.

Overpriced. The chicken was dry, the Mac and cheese had no salt, the coleslaw was watery and bland and the corn on the cob was dry. The mini doughnuts on the side that I didn’t order were nice though.

I ordered a caramel brownie and I got something else

The menu is somewhat deceiving. The fish ordered apparently supposed to have x4 chicken thigh and X2 wings but they served only x6 small wings. Also ordered Jamaican coconut fries which is not even a real dish on their menu instead they served rice.

The main food(boxes) were unbelievable, they were full to the brim which was amazing value for money and the food was such an good quality and tasty. Definitely atleast two meals worth for both of us hahaha On the other hand, we were so sad about the waffles as they came burnt, tasteless with barely any toppings :( they were included in the price of the boxes but definitely was not worth it sadly. There was also no drinks available on the menu when we ordered other than water which wasn’t great but didn’t put us off ordering. Would definitely order again, just not the waffles

This food was absolutely disgusting. It was late and cold,the chicken was in bits,the plantain was undercooked,the sweet potato fries were just little crispy scabs, the rice and peas had bits of I don’t know what in it, the pasta sauce stunk and tasted off, the burger bun was soggy and cold, the burger was the most tasteless lump of scrap meat and the waffles were burnt with no toppings. The most disgusting food I’ve honestly ever eaten. The only decent thing was my can of Pepsi, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t make that! I want my £43.84 back please.

Salmon was cooked perfect, and the burger is very nice. Order arrived sooner than expected, even with snow and ice on the roads. Great service. Will be ordering again 👍
