Kibble Bakery in Craven

This place was actually made for dogs to be accompanied by humans. That said, a gorgeous sausage sandwich was worth the visit as was the caramel and banana cake with mint tea. Lovely welcome, and for the human caters.

Friendly welcome and ok coffee, but £3.80 for an espresso!! Whilst there we saw two lots of people look at the prices then leave without ordering.

Looking for something to eat on a busy market day we wanted something that wasn’t a chain coffee shop or cafe. A little out off at first by rough and ready look and the dog we gave it a chance. Food it turns out is excellent as is the service. Food is much more high quality and taste with great presentation than had expected, very recommended.

Can’t sing enough praises about Kibble! We visited on our girlie day with my mum, daughter, sister and dog! The additional seating room down the stairs was absolutely fab, had a gate into the seating area which kept both baby and dog in😂 Food was absolutely amazing, in particular I had burger which was fantastic, locally sourced as we later found out which is great to hear. We also got a few bits for the dog as they provide treats for your pup which is so lovely which she absolutely loved! Great service and friendly staff, even went out of their way to accommodate and adapt the fish finger sandwich for my 17 month old which she absolutely devoured! Lovely lunch options and cakes, even have vegetarian and vegan! If you’re in and around skipton definitely a top place to visit! We will be returning!

What a lovely place with a lovely welcome and friendly staff. The food is absolutely delicious too! We had the smoked salmon bagel - superb.

Stopped off here for brunch unexpectedly and sadly did not have our dog as she’d have loved it! I had a full English and my girlfriend had a gluten free salmon bagel. The food was excellent and really well executed but the service was a little slow hence the 4 star rating. I’d recommend the full English and the coffees. We will be returning with our pup!

We took our dog for deshedding. Always struggled with brushing him, Helen did such a great job. Definitely going back regularly. Very friendly service in both grooming and café.

Visited here today with my 3 month old and baby, the service was excellent, they could not be more friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers. The food was excellent too! This is my second visit and I am never disappointed. Izzi also very much enjoyed her dog biscuit!

A lot of customers here do have a dog with them but it's not obligatory! The coffee and breakfast options are excellent and worth a visit. Service is very friendly and cheerful, there are also miscellaneous dog items for sale (collars, toys etc).

We’ve visited Kibble a few times now, and have had lovely lunches every time. Especially enjoyed the chipotle chicken bagel, and the breakfast is a proper big breakfast! My daughter loves the pancakes, and has tried all of them. Her fave is the bacon and maple syrup pancakes, which she nearly managed to completely polish off today…not bad going for a 5 year old! Great veggie/vegan options too, that satisfied our very picky veggie family members. We’ll definitely be back, and we might actually bring the dog next time! 😁

Nice polite staff and caters well for dogs and their owners. However, the prices let the business down. Never paid so much for tea anywhere before. Also, the tea was a tasteless colourless and insipid liquid. Will not be going back!

Visited this wonderful little find today with my little dog terry and what a find it was!! Staff were so friendly and welcoming they could not do enough for us, the young waiter was so helpful. we all had a coffee and a sandwich and not a thing was left on our plates x Will definitely return in the future x

Ordered 2 sausage sandwiches and 2 coffees. Both were delicious but for me, the sting in the tail was the price. Just under £22. We were served a dog treat which we were charged £2.95 for!!! Which was basically the equivalent of 2 chew sticks that you get in packs of 20 from aldi.. Food and coffee were excellent but rediculous price would stop me going back. Same thing out of Costa would've been half that price.

Our second visit to this outstanding cafe. The food is delicious, the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Good choice of food and all freshly cooked. Dogs are welcome and there is an excellent dog menu for our furry friends. There is additional seating downstairs and a toilet is available but this is also downstairs. The stairs are quite steep. The food is restaurant quality. We do not live locally but we will definitely be back on our next visit to Yorkshire.

We called in this café because it’s dog friendly (the clue is in the title). Friendly staff and excellent food. The quality of the café is shown in the fact that most of the clientele didn’t have dogs with them (an endorsement of a dog friendly establishment).

If you have a dog this is a great place, very doggy friendly. The food was good and the place was very clean. Toilets are downstairs so if your infirm it’s not for you they are pretty steep. The service was pretty slow but we weren’t in a rush. Staff very nice and helpful. Prices pretty good to. Liked it.

We stumbled upon this place with our dog and were so impressed - a whole dog menu with proper treats for our pup, and the best coffee we have had in Yorkshire so far on our trip. Highly recommend.

We like tk take our dog on holiday with us or of we were popping out on a long nature walk.. but struggle to find dog friendly places sometimes. This was not an issue as this bakery/cafe catered to dogs. There was human food to eat such a cakes and toasties and sandwiches and burgers with loose leaf teas and coffees and fancy milkshakes. There were dog friendly foods such as homemade doggy donuts and sausages with pupchinos to drink. You could borrow a towel for wet dogs if needed and so you could enjoy your time there were little clips you could attach the lead so you didnt have to worry about hoding the lead or standing on it so they didn't rush off. The lady who served us brought water for the dog immediately in an appropriate sized bowl and was friendly throughout. I cannot express how happy this made us and that there needs to be more on this. The cafe even sell coats, leads, harnesses and collars in fun patterns. This was fantastic.

The best coffee we had during our stay in Skipton. Served in an insulated cup it was actually hot, which is rare for a cafe latte. The place is very clean considering it’s dog friendly and a range of canine treats are on sale. Our boy enjoyed his beef sausages once he recovered from the surprise of actually getting fed during a cafe visit. Recommended as a great place to take your best furry buddy.

Fantastic dog friendly cafe in the centre of Skipton. For the humans a lovely cooked breakfast, complimented with a great cup of tea / coffee. Yummy Homemade cakes which had to be a takeaway as no room after eating our other food,Our 2 four legged friend were also well catered for, with their own bowl of water and an impressive choice of Caine homemade goodies from the doggie menu.

What a fantastic little place this is after a first proper visit as only called in before for takeaway drinks as they were closing. Made welcome from the start, we were quickly seated and our order taken. Coffee was brought to start with, this was delightfully served with a dusting of a paw print!Our main orders of a Beef Sandwich and Mediterranean Bagel were delightful. The extra touches of mayonnaise and tomato sauce side dips were real class. Even the chips came hot with a seasoning.

We visited today with our 6 month old border terrier, Bertie and had such a nice afternoon. Not only is the atmosphere cosy and cute with chilled music and lovely decor the food and drinks are delicious too!I went for a bacon, Brie and chutney sandwich and a hazelnut chocolate latte, both of which I’d HIGHLY recommend. My partner really enjoyed his BLT too! And of course Bertie loved his puppachino and peanut biscuit. Staff were super friendly too. Will definitely visit again when in the area. It isn’t just a novelty dog cafe it’s a superb friendly spot with lots of delish treats!

Visited the cafe today for breakfast with my partner and toddler. The service was lovely; really friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious - the waffles with berries were amazing and the brie, bacon and chutney sandwich was lovely. Hot drinks were served beautifully too. The whole experience was great. Seemed really safe in terms of Covid too - the staff member asked people to sanitise their hands on the way in, she wore a mask properly all the time, and there were perspex screens up inside the cafe. Highly recommend it.

Only called in for a quick cuppa and tea cake, but what a lovely place. Staff super friendly and great service and presentation if food and drink! My pooch loved his treat from the hound menu!!! What a find, can’t rate this highly enough!!

Although we're not dog people we went to Kibble as it is a local business. Staff asked if we would sanitise our hands on entry which is no bother at all but it was the 1st time we have actively been asked to do this.It took a while to get a menu as it was very busy in the cafe (staff had been working since 6am and didn't get their break til 3pm). There was only one lady on the shop floor and she was earning her money.The place is dog mad! Lots of dog accessories and it was stuff that was little quirky. There is a dog menu and lot of the cupcakes were made specifically for dogs.The prices are a little higher than other places in town but on this occasion I was happy to pay. The toilet is a little primitive and the door didn't fully shut. There wasn't anything to dry your hands on which wasn't ideal in this cleanliness driven era. Staff were friendly and the visit was a nice experience.

Luckily for us we stumbled across this little gem when visiting Skipton. We ordered two big breakfasts and some beef sausages for Izzy. The presentation of everything we had was amazing, the whole experience was just special. Izzy was made very welcome as were we. Hopefully we will get to visit again soon! Nice dog friendly place but very expensive . £3 for a small piece of cake and £4 for a hot chocolate ( well hot milk and a small piece of chocolate on a stick to stir in!) Go next door it’s better prices and bigger slices and more dog friendly.

Went for a late lunch with my mother, her dog and my son. The dog was in heaven, the coffee supreme and both adults had all day breakfasts. Which my mother declared best breakfast ever. The dog concurred. Really lovely dog friendly place. Recommended.

Here's a cafe that loves dogs as much as their humans. Enjoyed a fresh & tasty panchetta, avocado & rocket bagel & delicious home made coffee & walnut cake. Our dog wolfed down some home baking too. I’m a cat person but I loved this little place on the high street in Skipton. I had a really fabulous flat white coffee with banana and apricot cake but there was a nice simple menu for people and little homemade biscuits and cakes for dogs. The staff were very pleasant, it really was just lovely and quirky. The icing on the cake was a brilliant Donald Trump doggie toy which I bought for my friends dog to chew on

We visited today for a cuppa and sandwich, the cafe and staff were lovely and the place was full so it’s obviously a popular venue. The sandwiches however were VERY expensive. I would have preferred the chicken bagel but £8 was just too much of a stretch. Instead I went for a bacon, Brie and chutney sandwich in white sliced bread; for £6 it is also very expensive.

Quirky little cafe we chose as we have a dog. Staff were friendly on arrival. Not a terribly inspiring menu. My daughter had toast which was cut so thickly she struggled to eat it. It bizarrely came without butter as they thought we wouldn’t want it as we’d asked for honey! That concept is new to me. We ordered sandwiches which were made with hunks of bread that looked like they’d been cut with an axe. My tuna mayo hardly had an mayonnaise in it and was very dry due to the huge slice of bread. The sarnies were garnished with a few leaves of lettuce. For the price charged I expected much better. We would have preferred more filling and less bread. Don’t think we’ll be returning.

If I could give this review a 1 I would. As you can see from my uploaded picture, I visited this cafe and ordered a gluten free meal. It was not gluten free and I was very unwell afterwards. Having written to them on Instagram to let them know, my message was read and there was no reply. It’s one thing to not give someone something gluten free when specified as a mistake, but to brazenly ignore a message just shows how little they care about their customers. Do not go here if you care at all about your health

This cafe is our favourite place to eat in Skipton and just happens to be the most friendly. This was our third visit and every time it has been wonderful, with our dog enjoying a pupcake (doggy brownie) on each occasion. Very friendly service, reasonable pricing and exceptionally high quality food; the BLT bagel in particular is absolutely delicious. Extremely dog friendly - highly recommended.

I visit Kibbles as and when I am able to get into town after taking our Bedlington for a walk in and around Skipton. The owner and staff are always very friendly and accommodating, providing fresh water for the dog as soon as we sit down. The furnishings are quirky and dogs are extremely well catered for with their own menu of homemade biscuits, brownies and cupcakes. Whilst I have no had the oppportunity to have a meal at Kibbles, the toasted teacakes and cakes, as well as the coffee is excellent. Would recommend for anyone, not just dog owners.

I didn't have a dog with me, but appreciated the fact that this is a dog friendly cafe. It is avery welcoming place that has good service and provides good coffee and a good range of fresh delicious cakes. If you have a dog in town I would definitely recommend it, and good for those of travelling without a furry friend.

Stumbled upon this place after a morning of exploring Skipton with my parents. Very impressed with the practicality of the place - minimalist decor, hooks to attach the dogs too so they can join you at the table, towels available to dry off on a rainy day, lovely fresh hot breakfasts. And most importantly, our labrador Tilly was made to feel right at home and enjoyed her sausage picked from the most extensive dog menu we've seen to date!

A dog owner couldn’t ask more of a cafe, blankets and towels and water are all provided also there is a dog menu as well. Owners are well looked after by the friendly staff as well serving delicious snacks or meals
