Great spot with delicious food and a great variety of options on the menu. I would highly recommend to anyone in Camber and in the ParkDean resorts / caravan area.

Once every year or so, we have a curry when on holiday in Camber. We've never had a bad meal from them and they're always friendly

Had a lovely meal here this week. Food was all very good and very reasonably priced We had Starters- Chicken Tikka and Prawn Puree Mains - King Prawn Biryani and Chicken Korma.

Home delivery to holiday home, delivery was very quick, food delicious, some of the best Indian food I’ve had, portion size was generous and stuff very polite - would highly recommend

We went and got a meal here last night. I was so happy with how clean the restaurant was and the fact the staff were extremely friendly and talkative. The food smelled absolutely amazing as it was cooked all fresh. When we got it home and dished it up again I was totally amazed. The flavours were totally out of this world not too heavy and not too light, each one complimented the other. I’ve never had such a tasty meal in my life. Now we live in hasting and I am going to tell you that it’s well worth the trip to get food of this quality. They are opened 7 days a week which is fantastic as I’m definitely going to be a regular. They do home delivery but unsure how far they travel, but I am going to ask. I highly recommend this restaurant to the highest.

First time ordering from this place i orderd a chicken tika with rice and Bombay potato the dishes were half empty and after the food was put on a plate it was swimming in a liquid I don't know wether it was grease or water. The chicken tasted boiled not hoven baked, no flavour what so ever, it got chucked in the bin. I wouldn't order from here again.

Have had deliveries from this place several times in the past. Last night the bhajis were good, the poppadom's were good, the rice was good. But, oh my, the prawn dish was made up using a handful of tiny tinned shrimps and was tasteless. The lamb jhalfrezi was also tasteless and it took a while to find the meat. Must have been all of five tiny slivers. The vegetable dish was just a mush and looked like it had been boiled for a week. Will not be bothering again.

Horrendous experience, rude customer service and terrible food. Group of cane here as it looked busy, biggest mistake of our lives. Food tasted off and the staffs response was this is our version it's supposed to be like this. Next day all of us had sever food poisoning. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I am a local person to Camber and often get a takeaway. Unfortunately, it is very inconsistent. Its like buying a lottery ticket. We have had one or two curry's which have been good but, mainly the rest have not been. It's either over cooked meat, so it crumbles in the mouth or over sweet with too much added sugar. Or just cold on arrival. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This will be the last time.

We ordered online and a text arrived saying when to pickup. I got there slightly earlier than suggested and the food was wrapped and ready to go. Very friendly and helpful owner. The restaurant needed refreshing as it was a little unwelcoming looking. I wouldn't want to eat in at present. Good food, tasty and ample amount for 3 people. We would come again.

Busy restaurant on a Saturday evening, very hot inside no air conditioning or fans so sat outside, which was fine as we hadnt booked, but amongst other takeaways and people eating at the benches on the main road. Nice family run place, service was good and friendly staff. Meal was nice, poppadom sauces were delicious, rice was really nice (never had Pea pilau or egg pilau before) and our mains were very tasty. It's ideal for a decent curry in camber, walking distance from most places in the town.

We have been visiting Khan’z for years and have always been looking forward to their food and regarded it highly. Unfortunately we left very disappointed today! My chicken dish was dry (not as usually nicely marinated), the chicken did not taste fresh and instead of the usual delicious gravy it was a plop of korma sauce! As I always have this dish I full well know the difference and was shocked to see the quality of food fall below average! My partners Tikka Masala was bland and tasted like tomatoe ketchup mixed with yoghurt, no kick to it at all. Sad to see this little food gem go downhill!

Never disappointed with Khanz, their food is top quality and honestly one of the best Indians I’ve tried! 😍 A massive variety of options to choose from on their menu. Not only is it delicious eat-in but takeaway also! The food arrives piping hot and is full of immense flavour! 10/10 can’t recommend enough🤩

Our takeaway was late, cold and tasteless. For Indian food we expected a bit of spice and flavour. Overall the meal was bland and flavourless. An expensive mistake.

Had a lovely takeaway and it is so easy using just eat - don’t know why the places in Rye itself don’t use it ! The naan bread was delicious and fluffy. The curry was tasty and hot. They even gave us free papadams and chutneys we didn’t order as a little gift. Thank you - will be using again.

Had a takeaway for mothers day. My vegetable biryani was tasteless, no spice at all. 2 vegetable curry trays weren't full up. Jalfrezi wasn't nice. Very disappointed. Won't have it again.

The food was amazing definitely worth it and cheaper than a normal Indian restaurant, amazing and friendly service and it’s very close to the holiday parks and the beach. Definitely worth the visit highly recommend.

Booked a table for two Saturday at 7pm, arrived bang on time to be told quite rudely no booking, told them I booked through their website , was told by the same obnoxious individual that we should have phoned. What's the point of the website...

Ordered from Khanz reluctantly but still gave it a go.. We usually order from Mahdi Spice in town. ...Khanz... What a huge mistake it was. We passed our order through their website.., ordered 6 "items" - confirmation email mentions 10mn waiting time - (we knew 50mn was about right, so we didn't mind to wait) but after over 1.30hour we called a few times and got told our order was on its way... but 20minutes later STILL NOTHING... Food arrived after 22.30pm for an order passed just after 8pm... got charged £2.50 for delivery Camber to Rye.. and worse, they managed to FORGET one item !!! What a huge disappointment.. oh and forgot to mention, the portion of the Goan Fish curry.. white fish was about 4in x 1.5in and < 3/4inch thick... a REAL MISS ! They did not even offer us the meal as a customer service gesture to make amend for their mistake. We had apologies for the delay though.. Neverthless, the good point is, the food was very tasty and pleasant to enjoy... but after 2hours + waiting, we've been left extremely disappointed. So, we won't order from there anymore. Will stick to our usual.

We used this restaurant for the first time today and was really impressed with the quality and variety of vegetable dishes available. We ordered several dishes and was not disappointed at all, It was all really tasty. The only criticism we had was the coconut bread and garlic bread didn’t have much flavour but considering how enjoyable the main food was we didn’t mind! We had it delivered to our caravan and it arrived at the time we was told to expect it. We would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be using it again.

Excellent Indian takeaway, lots of different and interesting dishes to choose from. All very tasty but probably worth noting if you like your curry very spicy, go for one that says it definitely is as Dhansak for example was quite mild according to my husband. But would overall definitely recommend.

We ordered a couple of tikka masalas and the chicken was extremely dry, in fact it tasted more like pork! The sauce was more like a tomato purée with very little taste. We had a Keema naan which was supposed to be ‘stuffed with spicy minced meat’ as described on the menu, it was far from it. There was very little mince, as you can see by the image. Looked more like a light layer of purée. This restaurants papadum‘s were fairly small and extremely salty, make sure you have a drink nearby!I don’t often write reviews although I felt like it was worth informing others on our experience! The colleague who took our order on the phone was also very pushy and rude.Personally I would avoid this restaurant.

Saw reviews and was going to order a delivery to where we are staying but as we was out for a walk we headed towards Khan's,wow could not fault anything,excellent food,fantastic and friendly service.

We were on holiday in camber sands park deans resort, and went for dinner at khans. The service was brilliant, the food was amazing. I’m honestly confident in saying it was probably the best curry we’ve ever had. We ordered a chicken biryani, prawn purri (which was so much bigger than i’ve ever seen) veggie balti and bindi bhaji which was also cooked a different way but had so much flavour. The manager was very welcoming. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning when we come back to camber.

Ordered takeout delivery via app. Food arrived earlier than expected all correct and nice and hot plus a few extra popadums nice touch. All delicious and the chilli garlic chicken and chicken taba a must have for spice heads. Fantastic vslue and a great selection of different dishes. Will be ordering again soon.

Felt compelled to write a review as there were a few negative ones and our experience has been the complete opposite! Called to order a takeaway and the person that answered the phone was very polite and knowledgable. The order was delivered straight to our caravan at the Parkdean Resort very efficiently with no directions required. The food was delicious, full of flavour and piping hot.

This was so chaotic it was funny. Ordered a take away three Saturdays ago and by time we got there we ended up waiting 90 minutes for it! There was a queue to order, one for the toilets and one to complain. Had a few drinks instead and food good when it finally came. Thank god.

We visited as a family of 3, 2 late teens and me. The food was enjoyable and the staff tried hard to accommodate during the recent heat wave.The only thing that ticked me off was the price of drinks - I know its a common theme in independent restaurants but house wine £22.50 a bottle (same one £5.50 in a supermarket) which is an enormous mark up.We were visiting on holiday so will be unable to return.

This is one of the only places open by the beach after 9, so we had no choice but to dine here. Service was good - chatty and friendly staff. Food was awful, for £60 we were very disappointed. Spoke to the waiter, who passed us onto another - manager did not deal with the issue directly - however 1 dish was taken off the total bill. The waiter who dealt with our complaint even criticised the food to us, so I’m baffled as to why if your own staff wouldn’t eat the food, it’s still being served... anyways unfortunately would not recommend at all.

Whilst staying in the area found this place on the map and decided to order from here as the reviews were great. Well definitely weren't wrong the food and service was brilliant. Nice choice of dishes and some dishes other places dont have. Delivered to the caravan where we were staying. Will order from here again. Well recommended

In all honesty we were a little disappointed by our meal. Whilst the CTM was fine, as was the vegetables, the Naan bread was undercooked and doughy and my speciality Chicken dish with pomegranites was not nice, the chicken being hard and dry.

Went for a family meal in restaurant but due to government closing restaurants due to covid 19 had to have a take away Rob and staff couldn't have been more helpful, food was superb as usual can't fought it.Hope things get better for them as losing business due to the closing resurant. My family and I had an amazing meal from Khanz whilst holidaying at Camber sands holiday park. We popped in to grab a menu and the waiter was pleasant and friendly. We ordered our takeaway for 4 and it was delivered directly to our caravan, a great bonus! The food was hot and honestly it was delicious! There was a nice amount of spice to the dishes and the meat and veg was fresh. We will definitely use again when we visit the area. Highly recommended.

Had a takeaway from here whilst staying at camber sands holiday park. Popped in to pick up a menu, recieved a warm welcome, restaurant looked clean and inviting. They deliver to your holiday home door!! Guy that delivered was also friendly. The dishes on the menu were somewhat different to home being very varied and intriguing, prices were fair and the food was tasty and good quality, would definitely recommend.

We are visiting the area and had a takeaway from Khan’z last night which was delicious and arrived quickly. Big thanks to the delivery driver who found us despite the location and poor directions from me! We hope to visit Rye again later in the year and won’t hesitate ordering again.

To walk past you would not think this unassuming little restaurant was SO GOOD, honestly I was expecting a 3-4 star standard Indian meal but the quality of the food and the flavours were varied and really top notch. The service was very welcoming and friendly the chap running front of house was great when speaking to my son who is 5 years old and just starting to eat Indian food, well my little lad demolished everything that was sent out (there is no greater compliment). My mother in law was very pleased with her food and the spicing was spot on. I like it a little warm and that’s what I got the rest of my family wanted it mild and that’s exactly what was served up.We had take away at the end of the meal for my wife who was not with us and the food takes away really well too.Than you guys for a top notch meal and dining experience.

After a walk on the beach, we stopped by to order some food and took it away although they deliver. Good quality. Friendly service. If you ever update your menu, I suggest you highlight which ones are for vegetarians to make it easier as you have so many items on the menu!

Meant to add this after we came back we were in camber for 3 nights and had a takeaway on the Friday (20th Sept) it was extremely good and the staff were so helpful when i said we are next door having a drink in the castle they said no problems it will be ready and it was. Tje tandoori chicken was so good in fact ive not had better apart from in india. We enjoyed it so much that returned on the sunday night for another takeaway and it was justbas good.....recommended and we will return

Ordered food to take away. Came awhile after. Food quality was pretty good. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Found to be a little bit expensive for a backstreet restaurant. But then it is the only Indian in camber so they charge more for this privilege.

What's going on with curry take aways these days both Curry's chicken was so dry they were like pork the meat was obviously frozen and bought in and just stirred in the sauce for convenience. The rice was ok and the aubergine was ok but it's always the meat that is dry when you go to a quality Indian restaurant you can tell when it's fresh chicken it's totally different

We come to camber sands caravan park quite often and it was our 3rd time ordering from this Indian restaurant. The two previous times the food was great but this year it was lacking that edge it used to have. The chicken that I ordered was dry and the sauce tasted like an extremely hot standard tomato sauce.my other half ordered lamb and it was ok, the rice seemed "tired", the naan bread was great. The good thing is you can order online and they will deliver to your caravan.

Partner got us a takeaway tonight from here , he went and picked it up had beer while waited think almost 6 quid for a pint of cobra is a bit steep!..The food however was very nice and really fresh.

We stayed at the park Dean holiday park in Camber and decided on our first night to have a takeaway. We found Khanz and thought we would give it a try. To start with the staff on arrival were superb, very friendly and helpful. We ordered our food and ordered a couple of beers while we waited. Our food was soon ready to take back to our caravan. We fished our food up and tucked in. Well it was really really good, food was of very good quality. I would highly recommend this restuarant as all our party loved there food. Will probably try again before we go home.

We came on vacation down to camber sands for a week. We are a family who love a curry and have tried a lot of curry houses this one is by far the best! The manager who serves is so friendly and welcoming and works so hard! We are very pleased with our visit, the food is so tasty!

We cycled along the R2 cycle path from Rye, easy to navigate and traffic free cycling. By the time we arrived it was getting a little late so bypassing fast food shops of Camber we went to Khanz for a sit down meal and beer. Our Cobras didn't disappoint and quenched a big thirst whilst munching a pile of poppadoms and pickles. Mains and sides were well presented with sizzling chicken tikka. A lovely meal with a stream of holiday makers from Pontins talking excitedly behind us about their days adventures whilst picking up their take aways. Lovely meal, helpful staff, good atmosphere and we will be going back :)

Recently visited the restaurant whilst spending a few days down in Camber Sands. I found the food to be of a good quality and the staff were very friendly with prompt service. If you like your curries then this is well worth a visit. Look out for the adopted seagull that waits patiently outside on his own for his nightly popadom.

We went to Khans today for the first time after a recommendation from a family member. I had the best curry I’ve ever had, served by a wonderful man who was so friendly and informed about the food served. He was so lovely to my 2 year old son and made us feel very welcome. The food was exceptional, fresh and so tasty. The restaurant was clean and honestly we can’t wait to go back. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Fantastic.
