Missing corn on the cob and sent a wrong kids meal completely which my autistic daughter wouldnt eat. The order also wasn’t sealed and that concerns me for health and safety reasons while in transit. Really unhappy as JustEat said they were unable to rectify it even though i have photo evidence :( not going to order again

Food was stone cold. Chips and Hot wings put in with ice cold cans of drink?! Burgers cold and squashed with a drink can? Hole in bag, ripping open as Driver is handing over food! Ridiculous!

Food was cold. I ordered quite early in the day hoping it would come hot. But still came cold.

I ordered a couple of 10 hot wings meal and a couple of tomato ketchup sauces for me and it was a good experience there.

Quick delivery and lovely hot food!

I ordered through just eat, I had 10 piece chicken deal along with fries and drink , food was average , chicken was being re-heat.

The chicken was overcooked and dry.

fries were not so fresh, the Tender was extremely salty. The rest of the meal was ok. Delivery was on time and the driver had been polite and courteous

Very very disappointed. Asked for specific pieces of chicken, my request was ignored. Not the first time this has happened. Informed KFC who were not helpful. Won't be ordering again. Will visit the store in future.

Not really the delivery guy's fault, your app doesn't give the right location for my flat, but my attempts to guide him just made him angry and he had a real go at me. Very unpleasant.

yet again they managed to send the wrong drink!!!! which I had to pay extra for, this happen quite alot and no delivery note on the bag, and it was open.. ..

i came here with my friend and did their online survey in return i get rewarded with free side. In attempt to redeem my reward i went to the till and talked to the person who was serving me suddenly the manager starts being rude and shouting trying to tell me it doesnt work when they havent even tried it. After he started pointing at me and saying things in his language

Writing this at 7.50pm - latest estimated delivery. No food. Order Received showed at 7.10, then nothing until 7.40, order showed as "Delivered" but no delivery. No answer from KFC phone. Rubbish. Utter rubbish.

I ordered 20 Hot Wings for £12 plus a couple of Tomato sauce dips and a Pepsi Max. I enjoyed my time ordering and it managed to came early so I was extremely happy in total.

checolate cookie was not delivered. the box was supposed to be with chilli and the wrap was supposed to be Kentucky mayo, it was the other way round. very very very poor service. I wish a full refund. it was an awful experience.

It's okay,staff are strange,you wait to be served and you're left standing there while the server is giving out food orders,when there are 2 or 3 guys out back doing a one man job

The food came cold, even though the chips were burnt, with poorly tasting beans. No surprise for the coldness as it was second on the list. Not only does drive must wait for the restaurant to process and compete 2 orders. He then drives the opposite direction to deliver the first. Which undoubtedly causes further delay, resulting in a cold meal.

There is no napkin or fork with the order, also coke was not cold either.

The size of the chicken fillet for the burgers have reduced by like half, the chicken is thinner too. During the same time they increased the tower meals by £1 so now it's 11.99. It's time to browse at independent chicken shops instead.

Driver was lovely remembered me from last time when he struggled to find my apartment

The food did not turn up, the driver was very rude and said he was at my location but he wasn’t as I was standing outside waiting . Very disappointed in the service . And it says it’s been delivered totally wrong it hasn’t!!

ordered 6 peace bucket meal only got 4 peace disgraceful

Ordered 3 portions of original piece recipe and one of the 6 chicken pieces was so tiny. Could barely even call that a piece of chicken.

This is the second time that my food is delivered with the bag torn and it’s the same delivery guy. The food bag is torn with some of the food popping out. KFC should replace their packaging.

Just eat do not tell you that they do multiple orders. Driver went 20 mins passed my house to deliver to someone else then 20 mins back to me. Food was cold. Not the drivers fault but the will certainly get the brunt of the angry customers because just eat do not advertise that they do multi drops. Just need to up their game, ridiculous!

The bag containing the food was sealed at the top by the restaurant as usual but the driver pierced a big hole in the package. Wood Green KFC have been delivering my food well without any issues but this particular driver, I didn’t like how he delivered it. He said that because the food was hot as if in the past deliveries, it wasn’t hot. When we got the food out, it was cold: It was his lack of professional responsibility that made him try to peek at the food. Very concerning ! 🤔

First the delivery driver walks past the entrance 4 times. Then the food arrives: 2x 2 pieces original recipe, 1 piece of original recipe, 1 mini fillet and a mashed potato. I only got 1x 2 pieces of chicken. They would only refund me. When I would have been able to enjoy our meal with the full amount.

The delivery arrived 30 minutes late and my food was cold. The delivery driver was near my house but suddenly went to drive off somewhere else for 30 minutes when it could have arrived on time.

Missing chicken only 4 pieces and there should of been 6 and there was only 6 wings should of been 8.

This order took 2 hours to come, I’d prepared a different meal by the time it came. Why would you let people order if you know your staff are striking. Why could I not cancel the order. Why can I not request a refund.

Order waited over an hour as time for delivery kept changing! Then when finally said was on its way took a while and then when arrived was stone cold! Burger bun was stale and hash brown was smashed to pieces an overall looked like it had been sitting there a while and been thrown together!

Ordered a takeaway meal from here, around rush hour. Service was slow with many customers waiting for their orders. The empty tables and restaurant area was very untidy with litter on the tables and floor. The fillet burger was not to KFC usual standard, the coating was soggy and the fries were not cooked fully. Very disappointing.

I had very bad experiences, Their drink is not worthy. Chicken burger you will get cold and two lettuce leaves and one pinch of mayonnaise inside. So enjoy .... I don't recommend it....

Delivery and all the process with just eat was fine! The problem was with the order items missing also I ordered children’s meal, corn chicken was spiced! That’s not good as it’s children and I dint want that! Mistake! Thought KFC will be ok!

The food is nice, the staff serving are helpful and quick. The tables are always messy and the toilets are a shambles. Good food, but the cleanliness needs alot to be desired.

I'm a very good customer. I'm happy with quality of food .but I had a missing item. I email the company and they said they weren't gona refund I'm still upset to this issue and before I emailed them I rang kfc and they never even picked up the phone so I would like my refund plz thank you
