1st order been stolen and not received!! Customer service is terrible! I pay twice for this meal

it's a shame when the people working for KFC just work like robots and complete orders for the sake of it! 3 piece meal and all 3 ribs pieces - no chicken but just a rack of bones x3! Disappointment and would definitely NOT be ordering from there again.

the fries and gravy arrived cold. this was the second time this week that I have ordered from the woodgreen branch and it had arrived cold. not good enough.

Big place and that you can sit down stairs or upstairs. Food is nice and plenty to choice from where you can get chicken on the bone or of the bone

*WARNING*, Wood Green KFC continually manage to forget an item every time we order and then refuse to refund. They have one job: read a list and put the ordered contents in a bag, but can't seem to manage this.

The Worst KFC Ever! The toilets were so dirty made me not want to order food. Anyway i did not enjoy the food at all. This has put me off Kfc.

Rudest woman ever at the counter. She had mixed up mine and another person's order (putting my items in someone else's bag) after she had realised and called us back she somehow made it seem like it was our fault when she was the one that called out our number and handed it to us. No apology and full of attitude. If you are reading this you know who you are (cookies and coffee) so work on your customer service skills.

delivery time kept changing and the food was freezing cold when it arrived due to no fault of the driver as he got here very quickly once he picked it up. It was as though the food had been sitting on there for ages.

yet again nothing delivered, don't know why I bother , they get the order wrong or do not deliver, and its not cheap !!!

My order was not delivered even though it said it was, how on earth could it have been delivered without the pass code. it would seem either the restaurant or the driver are dishonest

yet again get the order wrong .... order 4 pieces of chicken and land up with spicy chicken wings that I ca not eat, due to Allergy.....its a joke

Every time I order the quality is the best I love it

the waiter named kumar is terrible! he wiped the table and threw all the food on my wife's clothes. we asked him to wipe it without throwing the trash on us! he said it's okay. how can you do that to customers

Delivery driver was great, still delivered to me after contacting me for correct address even though just eat told him to keep the order! Kfc had changed address on the order even though it was showing correct on my account.Undercooked & cold food

When you order take away mostly they forgetting something. Food quality is low.

I have ordered many times but I have never ever received any sauces and tissues from them the people on the counter never put ketchup, Mayonnaise, Chilli sauce, BBQ sauce and tissues

my order has just been delivered, but I did not receive one of my order, which is PEPSI MAX 1.5 LITRE BOTTLE.

Missing corn on the cob and sent a wrong kids meal completely which my autistic daughter wouldnt eat. The order also wasn’t sealed and that concerns me for health and safety reasons while in transit. Really unhappy as JustEat said they were unable to rectify it even though i have photo evidence :( not going to order again

I ordered through just eat, I had 10 piece chicken deal along with fries and drink , food was average , chicken was being re-heat.

The chicken was overcooked and dry.

fries were not so fresh, the Tender was extremely salty. The rest of the meal was ok. Delivery was on time and the driver had been polite and courteous

Not really the delivery guy's fault, your app doesn't give the right location for my flat, but my attempts to guide him just made him angry and he had a real go at me. Very unpleasant.

Writing this at 7.50pm - latest estimated delivery. No food. Order Received showed at 7.10, then nothing until 7.40, order showed as "Delivered" but no delivery. No answer from KFC phone. Rubbish. Utter rubbish.

i came here with my friend and did their online survey in return i get rewarded with free side. In attempt to redeem my reward i went to the till and talked to the person who was serving me suddenly the manager starts being rude and shouting trying to tell me it doesnt work when they havent even tried it. After he started pointing at me and saying things in his language

I ordered 20 Hot Wings for £12 plus a couple of Tomato sauce dips and a Pepsi Max. I enjoyed my time ordering and it managed to came early so I was extremely happy in total.

checolate cookie was not delivered. the box was supposed to be with chilli and the wrap was supposed to be Kentucky mayo, it was the other way round. very very very poor service. I wish a full refund. it was an awful experience.
