Do not order from here! Hair found in food which is absolutely disgusting. No hygiene protocol taken clearly. We could not eat it for this reason.

Excellent fresh Thai food in a lovely low key restaurant. The restaurant seems to be family run with polite and friendly staff. The place is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Uber eats menu does not reflect their own website. I do believe it's the restaurant's responsibility's to to ensure their menu is advertised accurately so customers can order. Impossible to work out what to order if you are vegan as options are not clearly labelled and inconsistent across websites. This should be the case. Also pricey in comparison to other local establishments.

We ordered takeaway. When it arrived, we saw that the container for one of the curries had opened slightly, spilling sauce inside the bag. We told the restaurant this directly several times as constructive feedback, and to give them a chance to explain. We never received a response. Whilst we accept that mistakes and poor service can happen, the sign of a good business is that when there is a problem and they’re told about it, they respond.

Really friendly, lovely restaurant. The red curry is hands down one of the best red curries I’ve ever had. They do a great lunch menu with smaller portions and prices. Have eaten here quite a bit and recommend.

Thank you for response. Review score amended. He wasn't clear over the phone that the order wasn't going to be processed hence me waiting for the 20 min duration he said, I understood the £30 rule. An apology wouldn't have gone amiss. Even if it was just apologies for misunderstanding etc. It was a busy night and he is young so im sure he will learn and improve for next time.

Favourite takeaway in the area, have been ordering for years. Consistently delicious food, top quality and always arrives pipping hot! Keep up the good work!

The foods here are absolutely amazing as always. We had pad Thai noodles and jungle curry prawn was so spicy but I love it. The services was not good, I felt like the lady don’t know much about the menu and while I was eating she keep play on the phones all the time. Which to me seem very disrespectful. If she want to play on the phones, I suggest her not to come to work but just stay home!! Please improve your service. We love your foods so much.

Chicken massaman was comparable in quality to a microwave meal. Will not be ordering from here again.

We had a lovely date night at Pandan Leaf. Food was freshly cooked and of great quality. Service was efficient and friendly. Will definitely be revisiting.

We decided spontaneously to have a dinner there yesterday night. It was extremely quiet, I don't know why. We had massaman curry and it was delicious. Strongly recommend the duck with tamarind souce, crispy and juicy. And of course Thai beer was accompanying the meal perfectly well. The staff were adorable, helpful and not clingy. A nice romantic evening, reminded us our trip to Thailand. Thank you!

Avoid this if you are ordering via Uber eats. Ordered an hour before and still preparing. No one is answering the phone and finally someone answered and said something and abruptly cut the call while I’m talking. After the call, Uber status has been changed to finding Uber driver within 5-10 mins.

Dim sum was the highlight, very good dish. The spicy prawn salad and the mushroom Tom Yum soup were proper nice too. Overall a good experience!

Wow, what an amazing resturant! Serene atmosphere, clean cutlery, tables, glasses and dishes. The food is UNBELIEVABLY delicious bursting with tons of flavour and very fresh. I heavily recommend this place as I will definitely attend for another special occasion.

Dishes brought- Salt and pepper garlic chicken with fried rice, Oyster sauce crispy chicken, and peanut sauce and a coke. Firstly they forgot to include my drink, which I paid for, my driver definitely didn’t have it. The fried rice was so bloody bland, was just refried in some yellow oil rubbish. The crispy chicken wasn’t all that either, the oyster sauce was ok but no where near good. And the salt and pepper garlic chicken…. B L A N D… not sure how they managed that. Genuinely I make a tastier salt and pepper chicken (I’m as English as they come). I couldn’t make the chicken as crispy as them so will give the crisp a thumbs up. The only thing that was good from here was the peanut sauce. That was banging 👍🏻 A shame as the reviews online were good.

Absolutely delicious food. Lunch menu very reasonable at £10 each. I had duck red curry with coconut rice and would recommend.

Sadly I will stop ordering from Pandan leaf as the prices they charge on Deliveroo have now reached the ridiculous. For two people to have a small meal delivered it’s now £40 pounds and the portions just don’t hack it for those prices, particularly the incredibly stingy portion of £4 rice that barely was enough for one person let alone two. I have been buying food from here for 8 years but the recent takeaways was the last time I can spend that sort of money and not be full afterwards. I know deliveroo are absolutely diabolical in what they charge restaurants, but in this situation not adding free prawn crackers for orders over £30 or just simply giving enough rice would be a good idea.

Terrible. Sent the wrong order, said they couldn’t replace it but would refund me. Spent the next 6 days trying to resolve it. Ignored my calls and messages. The manager finally contacted me today (in error, thinking I was someone else). They were so rude and arrogant that it was quite shocking and basically said it’s not their problem that i never got the food I ordered. Most definitely won’t be using them ever again. Awful

Average. Was a very sweet and sickly curry (almost like a coconut dessert), and not spicy (it was mild, very little spice) although I had asked for "very spicy".

This place is utterly delicious. I went here on a date and was shocked at how empty it was. Amazing starters, good value wine and excellent chef suggestions. The lovely staff matched the quality of the superb food. I’ll be going here again. With or without her.

We regularly order takeaway from Pandan Leaf and we love them, but I will say that they have changed their recipe for the green curry over the last month and I have no idea why - it used to taste so so amazing and aromatic, and now it doesn’t taste of much and is way too sweet. Please please please change it back to how it was!! X

Had delivery from here and was superb! Got the panang curry and the flavour was amazing, so smooth and balanced. The chicken could be better quality and the veg could be better but the curry itself was delicious. The fish cakes are SO GOOD I crave them constantly. Lovely lemongrass aroma throughout. Will be ordering again!

Consistently excellent since the takeover a few years ago, service always warm & efficient & the food is fresh & perfectly executed.

There food here was super authentic and tasty! The pad kee mao noodle was chewy, aromatic and had a nice kick to it. I would also recommend ordering a coconut rice on the side as it rice contained a nice sweet, but creamy coconut flavour to it. The service was also super great and made my experience very enjoyable! Would definitely come back

My favourite Thai restaurant around here. So I won’t lower rate it! Will order again but on this occasion my prawn Pad Thai was so soggy and it all broke into little pieces, was also very spicy. I think they may have changed chef.

Didn’t bring the special fried rice to go with chicken. Couldn’t get through to restaurant, constantly engaged. Very disappointed for such an expensive meal. Won’t be using restaurant again or Just Eat if not refunded.

Poor customer service Like most restaurants these days, only seem to cater for online orders, hence delivery drivers constantly in and out , phones and computers permanently ringing. Not a relaxed place to come to anymore, sit down customers seem to be an inconvenience.

I love the restaurant and the food and order every week 1-3 times but the last few times the bags over packed spilled and out into the bag and something is always missed used to be excellent but I may have to stop ordering as it’s gone down so much

Great food. Now deleting Just Eat App. Impossible to contact them. Wasted so much time working out how to apply credit to my order. A credit which they gave me instead of a refund for a missing item on a previous delivery. This took ages to get through to them.

I order from here once or twice a week regularly. The food is usually amazing. However every now and then it’s terrible. I order a battered chicken dish and the batter is soggy so the chicken is not crispy as it should be. This is due to oil not being hot hot enough when the food is cooked. On these occasions I bin the food and literally waste my money. Disappointed is an understatement.

Wonderful people. I just needed their help with a couple of my students and they immediately accepted it. Hope I Can come that way soon and have their food as well.

Thai Red curry was amazing, Tom Kha was good too, but squid tod has gotten worse, i think batter has changed or something. Its nowhere near as good now unfortunately.

Frequent customer. Always good food although expensive. But now their new ordering system requires a side dish and a starter to be ordered for each main course, which we didn’t want. Time to try somewhere else.

Food tasted like airplane food and boyfriend said it tasted like a microwave meal to him. Delivery driver was great and got here very speedy.

Chef special green curry was so dry, definitely not worth £13+. Noodles greasy. Such a shame as have had it before and was good.

I have eaten absolutely everything on this menu and would do it again

The order was wrong as the quarter crispy duck was missing. We called to ask for them to deliver it. They were incredibly unhelpful and said we had to do it through Just Eat, when it was them who had got the order wrong.

I’ve still given a good review cause the food is tasty however I have been ordering from here for years and recently the masaman has really gone downhill, the potatoes are often not cooked properly and the meat is so over cooked. I usually order chicken but I thought I would try lamb this time but the lamb was even tougher that the chicken. Hoping this can be reviewed as I don’t want to stop ordering from you. The starter platter and the prawn pad Thai were delicious, just something’s not been right with the masaman the past 3 or 4 times I’ve ordered

Yet again they deliver the wrong items. This is the second time they have sent the wrong order and are very unhelpful when dealing with it.

We went to pandan leaf for dinner as it was my daughters birthday. As we were finishing off our starters something caught my eye on the floor as it was walking past. I looked over and to my utter disgust and shock I saw it was a baby mouse! The worst bit was that it came directly out of the kitchen and walked past our table to go to another door, under which it disappeared. It was a baby mouse so there is definitely going to be more! I didn’t want to tell the owners/ waiters in front of another couple who were dining there so I waited until we paid. I told them what I saw and the waiter didn’t seem very shocked or apologetic. Not even a discount offered since I couldn’t eat my mains because of the disgust! He just said ‘thanks for letting me know. We will try to get rid of it.’ I sincerely hope they try their best to get rid of it as it is a health and safety concern to share your kitchen with rodents! It is a shame as it is a very nice restaurant otherwise.

The food is amazing. It's a bit more pricey than some others but the quality of the food definitely makes it worth it. Definitely my favourite Thai restaurant on here, I've reordered again and again.

Group of us went today. Staff was kind and polite. Food arrived quick and fresh.... Really massive portions and great price.... I lived in Thailand for 5 years and the food was spot on. I will be back 100% soon!

Som Tam salad and curries really good.

Tasty as always. Chicken panang with succulent chicken slices, which is not the case everywhere. Fresh Tom som, well seasoned. Mushrooms Tom Kha a bit too hearty for me and just broth with mushrooms. Good but not great,so slight minus there.

Stone cold food and dry stale tasteless dumplings. Curries were ok. Very expensive for what it was. Won’t be ordering again.

Went in for a late lunch, as we were passing by. The staff were happy and friendly and very quick, attentive, but not intrusive. We quickly ordered drinks and they arrived quickly and were attractively presented. We ordered a Mai Thai, Virgin Colada, and Thai iced tea. They were all lovely. Our starters arrived, and we were surprised at how large they were, we ordered Squid Tom, Chicken Satay, Sweet Potato Sesame, and prawn spring rolls, again perfect presentation and delicious. Main courses were Chicken Massiman Curry with coconut rice, King River Prawn Pad Thai, and Chicken special fried rice. Again beautiful and really delicious and large portions. We were so full we took enough home for tea. Overall a wonderful experience and delicious food and great value for money. We will be back again.

Very disappointed in our visit to Pandan Leaf. Customer service was very, very poor. We sent back fish cakes which were cold and rubbery. Because I orded grilled tamarind sticky prawns. I asked for a warm bowl of water with lemon to clean my fingers when eating them. I was refused and told to use the toilets to wash my hands. The toilets hadn't been attended to and as I walked to the ladies, I was first met with a urinal full of urine that was in my direct vision. The ladies toilet was dirty and the bin overflowing onto the floor. When the bill came instead of removing the fish cakes, the manager instead charged us half the price because we had eaten some (how else would we know they were poor quality?). Sadly we would not recommend.
