Not very good Starters were terrible and no duck at all in the duck pancakes food is overpriced for the portion sizes . Most of the other google reviews look fake so do not look at these. I do not recommend this restaurant at all .

This used to be a good restaurant, management has changed and it has gone downhill in my opinion. The decor has been completely ruined. My dish tasted like a chinese takeaway sweet and sour.. I couldn't even eat it. Will not be going back.

We've ordered for 74.10 pound. But, one dish missing (8 pound). We have called, one guy said that he sent aa driver.

I live very close to Thai Neung and so I used to drop by regularly. The food was very delicious and very cheap - but this isn’t the case anymore.

Pocos de mis amigos y yo visitamos Hornsey después de un viaje al palacio Alexandra y buscamos un lugar para cenar. Bien hemos encontrado Thai Neung! La comida que pedimos eran geniales, especialmente su ensalada de papaya picante tailandesa! ! Todos los demás platos también deliciosos! ! Todos fuimos disfrutados. . . El servicio fue excelente y los precios son buenos si se comparan con otros Thai que tenía antes. Sin duda volveremos. .

Used to absolutely love this place so much but they changed management recently and the portions have got way smaller, the flavours are no way near as good and the prices have gone up! So sad, will have to find a new Thai restaurant.

La comida es barata pero porque es muy pequeña y no muy buena. Pedimos un pad thai (normal, no era un mal plato pero no es bueno y nos dan pollo en lugar de carne), un massaman gaeng con cordero (era líquido, no muy buen sabor y con un poco de carne) y barro kao tom (La mejor parte, fue un buen postre, pero mientras comía vi un chip de metal que doy gracias por ver eso y no comer eso y terminar en el hospital). Los llamamos y solo devuelven el dinero del pad thai (veo que un error es más grave que un metal en la comida). Y ordenamos a los 22 '15 y llegaron a los 21' 40, otro fallido. Horrible, mi primera y última experiencia con este sitio y sí, es barato, pero para esa mediocridad de comida es muy caro.

As much as we like Thai Neungs food, this is the second time we get a very late delivery. In this occasion the food arrived more than 1 hour later than the noted delivery time, and the restaurant would not pick up the phone so we did not know what was happening with the order. When the order finally arrived the food was cold and sticky. Very disappointed.

not the normal authentic thai style of food. too sweet for my liking not spicy enough and not true to thailand.

I've stayed loyal to this restaurant when others have come along but this time I'm really disappointed. Red and massaman curries are so bland and taste almost identical. Some of the veg in the red curry is un-identifiable, which is very off-putting. I also was sent beef red curry when I ordered chicken.

This is the last time we will order from Thai Neung. The food is good but the delivery service is shocking, as other reviewers have mentioned. Sort it out, Thai Neung, or you’ll lose your business.

Food great but delivered 35 mins later than we were told and staff were not particularly helpful or informative which was very disappointing. Meant the food took 1 hour 40 mins from when we ordered. We were repeatedly told it was on its way and no real apology or explanation was offered. It’s such a pity as the food is really good.

The food quality here is reliably pretty good, with authentic Thai flavours and fresh ingredients. However it seems like the system for processing orders could be improved - on our recent order, we ordered a vegetarian soup, but it was switched out for a chicken soup on the restaurant receipt. One item was also missed completely, although their receipt total still came to the full order value. Packing could also be improved, as a salad placed at the bottom of the bag had been squashed by heavier items above, and the dressing had leaked everywhere. Despite this though, I'd still happily order again, as this is one of the better takeaway options in our area. (I'm also a bit disappointed I that I can't easily find a mechanism within the Just Eat interface to send this feedback to the restaurant privately in the first instance- these errors were made at what was obviously a very busy time, so are hopefully not representative.)

food was very tasty but we got the wrong pork dish. we ordered crispy pork belly but were given stir fried pork instead. we were hungry so we ate it and it was nice, but it wasn’t the dish we ordered!

We placed the order at 6.30 and and we’re still waiting for it at 8.40. called 3 times to ask about it and the staff were extremely rude. Definitely will not be ordering from them again

Pretty good but not the best. Red curry was great. Tempura vegetables were really too oily/greasy.

The food took a little under 2 hours to get to us (on a Tuesday evening?!?!) by which time the food was really cold. The restaurant never answered the phone. Not quite the relaxing evening I had in mind. Won’t ordered from them again.

Both the quality and the portions have gone down. They used to be good.

Beef was very tough, the egg in the egg fried rice was in two lumps & order arrived at 5.30pm instead of 7.30pm as requested & stated on your confirmation email

Thai neung is my favourite thai restaurant in the area, aurhenthic thai food and good quality ingredients. Their prawn pad thai is a must

I order from this place frequently and the past few times they have always been late. Yesterday it was over an hour late. Called the restaurant when it was already 20 minutes late and lady who answered the phone was abrupt and rude and said it would be another 15 minutes then hung up. The driver did not ring my door bell or call my mobile like they usually do but left my takeaway downstairs in the communal area with a stranger. Especially because of this last experience I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered vegetarian curry - it came with chicken inside. Already had two rice dishes on my plate that curry was poured on top. Restaurant refused to refund all the food that had been wasted (two rice dishes and the curry), saying they could only refund or resend part of the spoiled order. Leaving us hungry and out of pocket for part of the order they refused to resend.

Very good starters and dipping sauce. The mains were delicious too even though the chicken was a little dry in both the green curry and the chilli basil chicken.

we pre-ordered, paid advance. called when 15 mins late.they first said they didn't have the order then said it would be 15 mins as waiting for driver. tuned up after 50 mins and food was very average - not a great experience in any way.

Not even average cooking for me here. Their pad thai is honestly one of the worst ive had in London, too much of the tamarind base sauce which wasnt broken down right or as tasty as I would expect. The java chicken was also a let down and as a fan of spicy food,this was almost unbearable. I gave them a second chance but wont be returning here again.

Driver went to the wrong address. Called and said he had been ringing the doorbell for 10 minutes before I told him he was at the wrong address. Arrived 15 minutes later, without one of the items we had ordered with very little by way of apology. Good food though!

I made a mistake on my order and called the restaurant. they were happy to change the order and I paid the difference on arrival. I’ve always thought the the pad thai is authentic and tasty and also the mussaman curry. I have ordered red curries before and been a little disappointed but this time and the last time I ordered one they were so tasty. this time I got the bean curd and mixed veg option and it had a good variety of vegetables as well as tasty bean curd.

No teníamos hambre porque era una noche caliente, así que cada uno tenía un plato principal y compartido un huevo frito con arroz. Mi amigo tenía langostinos con nueces. Tuve tilapia dulce y agria, que no sólo no estaba demasiado dulce, pero tenía un agradable tang. Ambos platos principales eran sabrosos, bien preparada y bien presentada. El servicio fue rápido, eficiente y servicial. Volveremos pronto cuando hambriento.

Food arrived at stated time,the ribs were succulent and falling off the bone,very nice flavour, the rice was light and full of lovely Thai flavours,we had the chicken satay but unfortunately they forgot the peanut sauce :( anyway I would order again and hope to have the peanut sauce lol nice food

Red and Green curry a bit watery for my liking. Not much meat in either curries. Weeping Steak , Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice were lovely though

food was great, as always, but I ordered it for 8pm and it was delivered at 6pm! We kept it warm in the oven as we never eat as early as that.

The papay salad did not had any papaya or fish. Jasmin rice was just plain rice little over cooked. The rest was ok.

Food was late. When we called, we were told they didn't cook a 7pm order until 645pm which doesn't make sense. It was cold when it arrived. The veggie dumplings we ordered looked suspiciously like meat so the veggie didn't have those. All in all tasty enough but service was disappointing.

I always love the food from this restaurant. Tasty and plenty of it. The chicken satay wasn’t as soft as it usually is but still yummy. Fab pad Thai.

2ª visita en dos semanas. Este lugar es realmente un buen hallazgo, ha sido en mi puerta durante años pero sólo probamos. Hemos estado allí antes, con 3 personas la comida para todos nosotros era perfecta, teníamos tailandesa curry seco con pulsador rojo tofu bean y verduras, arroz y piña con gambas y pollo.

Esta fue mi segunda visita a este auténtico restaurante tailandés local establecido en Hornsey High Street. La comida se sirve bien + sabía excelente. Realmente me encantó el servicio de bienvenida de su personal, muy servicial con el menú. Todos pasamos una noche estupenda, la comida con entrante, plato principal, postre bebidas + era muy razonable. Recomiendo encarecidamente este establecimiento tailandés + hacen un gran comercio con su servicio a domicilio, así que es tranquilizador que tienen unos seguidores leales. Sin duda volveremos!

Have ordered the same things from Thai being for the past two years This time it was poor Pad Thai was greasy and was reheated (when the lime they put in is piping hot it's obviously reheated haha) Spring rolls soggy Tom yum not as good as I had last time Bit of a shame! Usually my favourite Thai takeaway

really disappointing . tried this for the first time and have to say it wasn’t good at all. The curry was extremely watery , so much so I had to add cornflour to thicken it up.. Banana Pudding was the same, runny watery mess

The food was really tasty and though the driver was a bit late, the staff were quite helpful on the phone when I called to check on the order.

Food was great. The mussels were delicious. It was worth the wait as a bit late.

My soup leaked a little bit from the container in transit, but it was only the most minor of inconveniences, because everything else was well packaged so it didn't affect anything else. The delivery driver was lovely as well... great service to go with the best Thai takeaway in the area :)

Encantador, un poco gastado, interior, muy Hornsey/Crouch End. Teníamos un plato de gambas con arroz y mariscos picante de tallarines. Sabores bien, pero me pareció que podría haber sido un poco más generosos con el marisco. Los camareros son muy amables y la comida llegó rápidamente. Bill era 26 incluye una cerveza y el servicio, así que realmente no puedo quejarme.

Food was ok.! Starter was very good! Meal was postponed by restaurant half an hour. Waitress wanted to charge me again, but was paid online. I paid service charge but I don't know why since it was a take away. Maybe the I was charge by Justeat, don't know....

Food was delicious. The veggie food had a great range of different vegetables (sometimes you get a lot of one thing) and the curries were yummy. They added 20 mins onto our delivery time but it was a saturday night.

Visited many times since trip to Thailand back in March. Love the chicken pad thai, equally good as back in Asia. Very friendly and polite staff. Good for dine in or take away(discount if you are collecting-ready in under 10 minutes).

Really nice food. The dry red curry and prawn crackers were both quite spicy but very nice. Pretty generous portions, there were some leftovers.

The order was made around 8.15pm (if not earlier). The order was supposed to be delivered at 9.10pm. No calls to say the food would be late by over an hour. The driver arrived at 10.25pm. We won't be using you again.

I have given the food quality a 3 because although the food tasted great it was cold and we had to reheat. When I called to let them know, they didn't seem to care!

We ordered the food with the request for it to be delivered ASAP and as the order was confirmed the restaurant added 30 minutes to the timing provided by just eat. Time passed and once the ordered appeared as delivered on time we decided to call the restaurant as we hadn’t received anything. Since the order was already quite late (30 minutes had already passed from the timing provided by the restaurant, which was 30 minutes more than the time just eat gave us...so roughly 2hours had passed since we ordered our food as ASAP) we called the restaurant. They were very kind and apologized for the delay as they were very busy and offered some drinks to be included in the order. After the call we waited 20 minutes more before the food was finally delivered. While the food was surely of acceptable quality, delivery time was simply unacceptable as we waited over 2h for the food to be delivered since we placed our order.
