KFC Wisbech Retail Park in Fenland

Didn't have everything we ordered, suggested a replacement which took ages to come and was stone cold, eventually asked for a refund. Wouldn't recommend.

Best KFC I've been to in years. Excellent chicken, fries, and mini filets. The food is always fresh and delicious. Staff are helpful and will offer ways to maximize savings. Go to for quick, comfort food.

Recently visited the outlet with family.. Had a great experience. The food was piping hot and delicious. Staff service was up to the standards. The Manager in the outlet was willing to help and friendly too...It is highly noticeable that the outlet has gone through major changes in the recent past.

Nice food forgot to put our fries in order so had to go back

Went in and ordered food to find out they only had 1 high chair and it was beening used when I asked if they had any more high chairs she told me they are all broken and was being fixed ( they all broke at the same time!)

Got a uber eats order the food was stone cold despite it coming straight to us and missed a whole meal from our order we are extremely disappointed and won’t be eating here again.

Had bargain bucket last night. Haven't had kentucky for a while wish I hadn't. The coating was very very salty and one piece of chicken was about 1and a half inches square. Considering this was £15.99 a waste of money.

Appalling. Ordered, waited 15mins, and was then told that they didn't have what I'd ordered. Then proceeded to make a big deal out of my requesting a refund.

FREAKING BRILLIANT- FEBRUARY 2025 Sat in and food was delicious. All piping hot and fresh. Very pleased with the food. Had burgers and mega box between us with the signiture gravy 😋😋😋 whole lot was lovely. Service was also very good. Friendly and quick! Would definietly go back to sit in rather than drive threw. Excellent 😀👌👌👌

Food was averagely okay but staff are absolutely awful, they left us waiting on drive thru for ten minutes, didn’t have anything in stock my partner wanted, went to the next window and had some young lad lie to our face, my partner ordered and paid for two hot wings, she asked the young man if they were on the order, which he said they were, then he forgot our straws for our drinks which I asked for and he claimed they were at the bottom of the bag, we parked up to eat but low and behold, no straws and not hot wings, even through we were assured they were both on the bag, hands down can say will not be coming back

Ordered a delivery via just eat, food came cold and the chicken is dry and crusty. Food wasnt fresh and feel like had been in the hot counter for hours.

Great food, be prepared to wait for your food to be prepped.

Honestly don't think I've been to a worse fast food restaurant. Dine in ends some time before 8:30 pm apparently despite closing at 11... floor was drenched & the chairs up, refused us to dine in. Food was good other than chips being half full & a £10 meal not even filling small adult. Finally the toilet was a total disgrace after seemingly just being cleaned along with the main seating area - diplorable toilet & not even soap. 😑 absolutely shameful.

Tried calling to change delivery address on our just eats order and they abruptly ended the phone on us.

Delivery department, are useless. In my last order missing items for 7£ and it's not a first time.

Utterly useless, after enquiring how long a £58 order was going to be after waiting more than 20 minutes was told, they didnt know how long mini fillets would be. Got attitude from Maria when asking how can they not know? Was bluntly offered a refund as an option. Tried to short change me on the refund and they wondered why I was not happy with the experience overall?

S L O W service, C O L D food. Went through drive thru, asked to wait and food will be brought out to me 20 minutes later it turned up cold it was only a twister wrap and fries. Stone cold. I should of known by past experiences. A V O I D at all costs. Owner will respond with generic relpy we will do better or some bs, but they won't bad management has caused this. Something needs to be done.

Several times I have used the drive thru. Every time no matter what you order you get drum sticks. I was even told one day unfortunately we only have drum sticks and i said I didn't realise you actually have other type's of chicken. The reason is quite simple."Just eats" and the other delivery guys get the decent chicken and drive thru gets the dregs. Oil does not get changed very often, so the golden appearance becomes more of a sunburn colour. This in turn changes the taste.

This kfc so bad it’s funny. My chicken seemed smaller than usual and was on the edge of raw, send hope and prayers for me. 2 stars as unlike other reviews it was seasoned well. Amazingly slow service too, truly extraordinary achievement. One of the guys serving was friendly Another forgot my dip and tried to tell me it was in the bag when I raised it. I wish them the best and hope they feel happy outside of work, this place honestly feels like the last kfc in a post apocalyptic land. I don’t trust the food to be safe and the store is utterly depressing. With the introduction of the new assisted dying bill, I vote that we should humanely put the store out of business

Very slow service waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru and not even busy

The worst KFC I have seen and been into my life. A place run by kids without an adult in sight. Only 1 person attending more than 30 customers and all orders going through the drive thu are incorrect.

Poor did not get any food as nothing left at 10pm and had turned the fryers off

Great chips, shame about the efficiency. The slowest service I can remember. Order number displays are off. Ordered two meals almost at the same time 20 or so minutes between serving.😭

Staff seem to find somthing funny when I was getting napkins and when I asked for water was treated like I was a joke. Totally rude and arrogant staff and have had the same treatment on other visits. Not sure what the staff here find amusing about my presents but need to grow up and this kfc needs to rethink and get some new staff

We went through the drive through last night and was very happy to see staff with a smile very good manners and the food was the best we have had from there. A lot of improvement since we last went. We had a 6piece bucket.

Family of 4 dining in, waited 20 minutes for food and had to ask twice for our drinks. When food came a whole meal was missing! Waited another 20 minutes and finally I asked for a refund as everyone else had finished.

We did not get are full order and then the hung up when we rang up

KFC Wisbech is easy to access from the main road. Car parks are there and also KFC drive thru. KFC Wisbech is not busy on weekdays,only busy on weekends. Sometimes food is under cooked and covered with more batter. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Most of the time something is wrong with the system while ordering from the counter.

Didn’t actually get food arrived at 11.58am ordered a family feast through drive through only to be advised it would take 10-15 minutes before we would get order. We accepted that and waited and waited and waited. 30 minutes later we went inside to query the problem only to be advised by the manager that it would be another 15 minutes. When asked why they had no chicken cooked he responded we don’t put much in as they would have to throw it if it don’t get used within a certain time. Î said they would not be busy if they continually turn customers away because they don’t have chicken cooked. This is not the first time we have been to KFC only to have to wait over 20 mins. Staff did not seem concerned or remotely interested told them that’s why McDonald's is so busy they are sending there customers there. Do they want to keep a job. If they are not busy it won’t be worth keeping open. Think that’s last time we will go there.

Yet again another visit to Wisbech KFC and yet again more food items missing. Don't mind mistakes on things that are part of a meal deal as much as when you pay extra for an item and the staff can't be bothered to confirm your order is correct before giving it to you. Also if you call the number on the website think that should be answered within 10 mins obviously KFC don't. Not happy

Quality, cooking, seasoning of the chicken was excellent. Service was quick. What I'd expect from a KFC. Loads to learn from this store perhaps they would like to teach KFC Hamilton; Leicester, how it should be done! Well done Wisbech. Will be stopping there again to make sure it wasn't a fluke...👍🐓

Service today on 13/09/24 Zinger burger ok but purchased a Krushum , half full and like water asked the guy serving us to sort it out but he told me, No, that’s how they come, totally arrogant member of staff. Not happy!!

Worst KFC brunch ever . Told me to wait for 10 minutes but after one hour they did not bring my food and then they said they had handed my meal to someone else! Unprofessional staff and very disrespectful.

We ordered a kfc for delivery online. When the order arrived items were missing. We called the restaurant but they would not send the missing items we paid for and just said we needed to contact uber. By the we had talked to KFC and then contacted Uber to get help with missing items the whole meal was ruined (stone cold and greasey) and we still didn't get missing items. KFC wisbech staff were very rude and meal was ruined so overall it was a rubbish experience. We won't be using KFC again as it was expensive, with terrible service and poor quality food. In the future we will be ordering from one of the many local restaurants who offer better food at lower prices and with much better service. Avoid KFC Wisbech if you want a good meal and good customer service.

Ordered £50 worth of food. 2 burgers. My food ONCE AGAIN had a HAIR in it. Absolutely disgusting. And the second burger was burned, black. And the atmosphere there is just not good,

1 star just because the food was edible. Genuinely don't waste your time because you'll spend a lot of it waiting, to then be missing items anyway.

The staff were very nice and held the door open for the wheelchair. The food was very good, but the entire floor was sticky

Very friendly staff who held the door open so that you can eat here even if you are a wheelchair user. In contrast to Germany, some different dishes were on offer here. All the portions we ordered were very generous, freshly prepared and very tasty.

Order via Uber eats part of our order was missing tried calling kfc up 3 times but no answer each time

Spent almost £40 in the drive thru for not all my order to be in the bag missing kids meals and extra sides, I would have understood the mistake if they were busy but it wasn't and then to have to use extra fuel to come back to be told I cannot be compensated for this due to policy which is rubbish the amount of money this place makes of each individual meal is outrageous no harm in offering a few pieces of chicken out of good will. Rather drive all the way to Peterborough at least they get it right first time!!

poor service, all the workers are talking and joking around at the back while customers are waiting to be served. thud is the second time I've been here and have had the same result. with the first time being worse as it has taken just as long which is half an hour and with them messing up the order

i ordered food for the family and when i went to pick the food up from the counter i saw a worker put a burger back onto the food rack but i didn't think anything of it when i returned home i realised that my burger was missing! i am appalled by this.

Just purchased a 3 piece colonel's meal. When we got home and opened all three pieces were drum-sticks. One is fair enough. Two is meh! Three is a rip-off! To add insult to injury there were barely any fries. The place had barely any customers - I know why now. Wont' bother coming here again.

No meat on the chicken portions, a few kf chicken bones and a couple of wings, not enough to feed 1 child, let alone 2 adults, sure they cut the meat off the portions prior to cooking this has happened on my last 2 visits so I will not be returning, I ordered 6pcs of chicken, and got the equivalent in meat of 1 drumstick

The building was full of flies, bins were full and service was extremely slow

All ways check you have the right order ok I've got home a couple of times and found I have more than I ordered so someone's got less and then had the hassle of going back most of the staff are brilliant but I have heard one male member being rude to staff and disrespectful about customers

Well done to the staff here at KFC took my mum and daughter here for tea. Been a couple of times food always hot and tasty so well guy's keep up the good work.

the food came out cold twice and the food comes out so messy, my wrap was cold and they don’t even ask if you want plain mayonnaise or peppered mayonnaise, they don’t do a lot of drink options I asked for plain mayo and the gave me peppered

A visiting back from the tulips, front of house lady serving was very polite, food came on time if parts of were a little cooler than used to normally(not enough to dislike the meal) toilet was clean which yoy don't always see... It's a slightly sleepy KFC, we are not from Wisbech so don't know how busy it usually is, but was neat and tidy if a little lacking in space inside, but was sufficient. Thank you

We waited at the drive through for 20 minutes whilst the car in front had a good chat with the sever who was clearly a friend. The two vehicles behind me reversed out, and we did the same. Very disappointing, we won't be returning.

utterly disgusting service from this store and their horrible supervisor. Serving inedible food and then refusing to refund it. Refused to give me her name and refused to give me a receipt. This supervisor is not the type of person who should be running a restaurant. She was so rude and obnoxious and has zero customer service skills. If you see this person working at this store I would walk out and go anywhere else for a better service and food quality. What a disgusting individual she is. KFC if you keep this person employed then you will lose customers daily.

Went today to KFC Wisbech with my family and normally. I am not too fussed nor do I have a huge experience with KFC however. This establishment definetly provided me with the best southern fried chicken I have had in any other KFC. But what I was really happy for was the amazing seasoning on the fries. I do not know what it was that made them so tasty, I always find the fries are the worse part of a KFC however I wanted to buy another pack as the fries were crispy and not soggy and the seasoning made me want more! Well done KFC Wisbech. You absolutely nailed it and you are a credit to the company. Furthermore, the place was very clean and staff were friendly and professional but will say the reason I have written this review was for the amazing quality of the chicken served as well as the now perfection that are the fries.

Worst fast food place in Wisbech!!! After having several shockingly bad experiences here in the past I thought I’d just give them another try as I do like KFC and see if their service and food has improved. I wish I hadn’t, I went through the drive though and ordered two fillet burgers and sweet chilli bites to find yet again they hadn’t put in the chicken bites in the bag. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve got home to find items missing that I’ve paid for or chicken that is quite clearly raw in the middle so from now on I will not ever be using KFC Wisbech again. Can’t believe they’re still in business to be honest

Waited more than 25 minutes for cooked chicken

Food wasn't great, like it was made yesterday. Chicken did not had any seasoning at all, not even solt. Fries tasted loke they have been made yesterday as well. Will definitely not recommend to eat there.

We ordered a party bucket through ubereats, when it arrived half was missing, no boneless fillets, no hot wings. When I phoned to speak to the not so helpful assistant manager. He tried to blame the delivery driver for either stealing or dropping the chicken. I tried to explain that the order arrived sealed by KFC staff and that they must have forgotten to pack the fillets and wings. He then became very rude and told me to take it up with ubereats. He apparently hears this sort of thing often. To be quite honest I'm not at all surprised!! THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID.

Came at 21:30 on Sunday, no response on drive trough, came down the window but none of the employees where interested just gave me a brief look and ignored my presence

I went to the Wisbech KFC for a takeaway 4 piece chicken meal and a fillet burger meal they were the worst meals I've ever had when I got home there was only 2 scabby bits of chicken in the bag ,the chips were cold and dry ,the fillit was about the size of an Oxo cube dry and cold ,it was that bad I couldn't be bothered to go back for the rest even the dog wouldn't eat it
