KFC Wigan - Manchester Road in Wigan

I go here very often for lunch and never any issues with our orders or the service. The lady with the short hair and glasses that works on the counter is an absolute credit to you! Always smiling, happy and very friendly!!

The place was filthy but we were hungry.

He tried to pass me of a piece of chicken wing that was so small

The food was amazing and served piping hot! The staff were super nice and helpful—keep it up!

Hit and miss food sometimes can be good then other times can be inedible. Normally fast delivery but unfortunately teens can take over inside making an uncomfortable atmosphere.

I've only once experienced an environment like this place. Wires to keep people away from staff. Nothing of the process was visible. Meal was mediocre. Service was not really a forte here. Pay here. Here's your food. I don't think I'll be going back to this outlet. Very ominous feeling.

Missed my two gravy in order and 7 legs in. A 10 pc meal is a joke

Terrible, soggy food, soaked in oil. Staff don't want to know. Stay well away. Employ kids who don't have a clue, joke of a restaurant and an insult to KFC.

Just bought a 6 peice bargain bucket . At too wait as chicken was not ready ,which I didn't mind knowing that it would be hot and fresh So disappointed it had not been drained off it was saturated in oil very greasy and not crispy. So straight to the bin it went . What a waste of money .

Item missing from order. This is the third time in a row this has happened

Ordered a krushem and they ran out of the things to make one, these things happen so I wasn't fussed and I replaced it with a large iced tea. Then when we get home I noticed they didn't include my gravy which is now £1.99 for a regular sized tub. Please can you take more time to ensure everything is in each order. There was only few customers in there..

I've not had KFC for years...got fed up with childish attitudes from staff and the mess of litter...but went on the off chance and staff member are different...friendly and helpful and food is OK...prices have increased but that's just typical for all businesses

Somehow missed an entire box meal from my order

Not good had bad experience after bad experience, if another kfc was nearby I wouldn't go again . Only saving grace is the staff on tills always polite and friendly

They did not give me enough food and also they missed out my Nan’s chips

The offer now going on 8 mini fillet is very salty and not up the standard of kfc chicken. Not able to eat and very disappointed

Missed bits off our order and weren't very pleasant when we went to ask for them . Table service was someone hollering over and telling us to go and get it. Food was tasty though.

Chunky over cooked fillet I went to the counter and asked for changing my burger manager said she will change it but i heard other (two young ladies)staff saying there is nothing wrong with it, I spent 25.76 I don't need to lie or anything like that manager behaviour was fine but the other two young ladies are need to sort there self's out if you don't like the Job you do please find another job don't waste other people's money and time plus the toilet was not working properly too you need to do something about it Owner!

Great service. Used to be the go to KFC in the wigan area and it's still very good.

Ordered boneless banquet and they didn't pack the drink or the coleslaw ? Edit: re: reply... how about a damn refund?

Wasn't too keen 😕 on the zinger meal chips was cold, and the chicken didn't taste well, so I won't be going again very soon 👎

Best KFC I've visited in a while as much cleaner than others. Quite small restaurant so gets busy a lot. Staff friendly & helpful.

The service was very quick and efficient which was great. Travelled 3 miles by car home and whilst the chicken was ok the fries were cold and needed to be reheated.

Cold reheated(so it seemed) food.

The KFC in Ince has much better food than any other branch in Wigan.

Small kfc. No drive through. Only one machine to place your own order. No parking.

Total contrast to the Leigh branch. Food was excellent, tasty , piping hot, exactly what you’d expect. Now my go to for quick working lunch.

Counter service only not a drive through. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Music is way to loud can't here the cashier to order food. Good service friendly staff and a family atmosphere to the place. Your chicken is the best there is. But your chips taste like they have been in the microwaved. I don't like leaving food but I can't eat them.

Food was pretty mediocre. It was prepared quickly, but kinda costly. The pot my beans came in had dried beans on the outside. No option to customise a twister. Toilets were somewhat clean.

KFC is good food, but what lets this site down is the service. Sadly, I always have to wait long periods for my food, much longer than any other site😐

Good chicken but chips super soggy, considering 90% of a meal is chips it was a shame, especially taking into account the price kfc charges these days...

This is a miserable place to visit. Food was prepared very quick but here's the portion of fries i got with my meal. With two sachets of salt what am I suppose do with all that haha. This place used be rammed on a Friday teatime and it was empty and am not surprised. Overpriced and insulting service. The people in here don't give a flying. No napkins either. Last three Times I've been here I've felt cheated I won't bother again

if you like paying for food you dont get then this is the place for you never known a takeaway mess so much up

Food not very hot , apart from gravy.. Served by the rudest person ever ... Every table was full of rubbish.....

After a few bad experiences with this shop. I was really impressed. Went in when it was busy and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. I was then asked would I like a drink whilst waiting. When my food was ready the young lady could see I was struggling to carry it and she offered to take it to my car. Food was freshly cooked and very tasty

Due to the Lockdown l was pleased in the way the staff we're so Professional in the way they they stuck to the Guidelines during this Pandemic.

It's ok Once had a meal which was quite cold and I leave close by...My niggle with KFC and mc D's is the delivery drivers take priority...Just and idea why not have a KFC hub just for deliverys ?

Gave this place last chance. Its like you place the order and staff duty is to miss out something or give you something you didn't ordered. Never again there are other KFCs in Wigan with far better service. Never again

Clean be cleaner, customer experience could be better

It's gone terrible this kfc . Spent over £50 on food last night and it was a waste of money. The chicken is just like chicken you would get from a normal takeaway now and you expect better with it being kfc. Chips was cold and hard. Drinks warm. Only thing that was good was the cookies.

Top dirty toilet Family toilet and for disability people

Very dirty, not a single clean table and I won't even mention how filthy the toilets were.

I had been waited at the till around 20 minutes to order the food but no one came to till and they were busy with online orders, at last i went to nisa local (the nearby shop) brought a sandwich. Thanks to Nisa local for the speed and reliable service 🔥

Missing items and no one’s take responsibility. Deliveroo got the wrong house at first so waited longer cause of that and then to find out we didn’t have our full order anyway very disappointed

Absolutely shocking customer service at this KFC. Usually when I go to this KFC it’s brilliant, however tonight it was awful. I went in with my wife, ten minutes we was stood there before we was even acknowledged and served, despite the fact we were the only customers in the restaurant. One young girl working had a terrible attitude, swearing and storming around with other colleagues in the presence of customers and ignoring us when we needed to be served. When we eventually ordered our food with the girl, the other workers starting complaining saying “oh for f*** sake”, clearly having an issue with what we had ordered. They then told us they did not have three of the items we wanted to order, however if we was informed of this when we first arrived, we could’ve gone to the next nearest KFC, ordered our food, and be on our way home. Unbelievable

Ordered large meals gave normal ones stuff missing sides drinks exetra went in and told tough not on really when paying for a family sized order that comes to £35

Disgusting fat filled, the gravy worse than a dog food I can do better gravy than the flour and coloured nonsense. I had to eat the rubbish because I had no choice and it was a bank holiday not coming back except faced with similar situation and must be mentally prepared. If you gonna have it daily wish you wel Dnt deserve a star

Horrible place asked to use the toilet the said it was broken one of the staff members came out after using it then locked it back up the concentraight on delivery's rather than customers in the shop

Food very good but service was poor . The floor was very sticky which was a bit off putting.

Disgusting! So filthy! Floor so dirty that you could slide on it, liquid bin overspilling, half of drinks non available, tables dirty, toilet locked, no hand sanitizer. Will definitely not be coming back

Been sick after meal from there.... dirty tables, dirty floor and poor customer service. Very low standards.

Food was good but tables where dirty with empty food boxes on nearly everyone and kids playing music which looked liked not bought anything from kfc.

Ordered on the screen to be told they don't do Rice boxes! They upgraded at no extra charge so 👍. However didn't get extra dip ordered , one of the gravies we got had less than half in the tub and the coleslaw it was just a basic supermarket smartprice tub 👎 Service was just adverage , waited ages so can't rate above 3.

Had a delivery order the tower burger meal,it was all over the place the bun.only just warm.fast delivery but poor quality of food.would never order on a Saturday again if this is the standard of food I get.

This was by far the best kfc in Wigan however recently gone down hill more to the staff missing items that we order every time theres something missing side's, wrong wrap ,corn on the cob so not even bothered going in ages last time the chips were freezing to !

Chicken pieces are awful compared to other stores.

Needs a side entrance for delivery drivers.. they push in and don't put masks on

An absolute dump. Tables were covered in rubbish, floors and toilet dirty, no hand san. Food however was palatable.

KFC at ince in Wigan was absolutely filthy ! Went with my two children to enjoy a lovely treat after a lovely day out ...the upstairs area was full of rubbish on the floor , tables not clean ! They wasn't ran off their feet neither ! And so slow at serving ! Won't be going there again ....Staff need to work harder and faster and give the place a good wipe down ....

Fast service, fast food, great when fridge is empty after a long day at work.
