KFC Weymouth - St Mary Street in Weymouth and Portland

I've heard nearly every day on the radio advertising a 20 piece hot wing bucket for only £7:99 I'm on call so thought I'd go try one, asking the staff for the bargain bucket they didn't have a clue what i was on about left empty handed 😳 But they did try to sell me a smaller bucket for more of the price. While I'm sat in my van I noticed the advertisement outside. Not the first time I've experienced service like this here, will I be returning doubtful.

The best KFC chip in the UK. the service great and friendly

Food was made to order and the staff was lovely and friendly. Offered me and my family a free drink/cookie for having to wait about 20-25 minutes.My best experience at KFC so far, well done.

chickens are always brown in color. I don't remember when there was fresh oil in there

Not good. Hot wings were overcooked and the portion of chips was very small and not very warm. I think it had all been waiting around (as the shop wasn’t busy). I don’t think I will return to this shop.

Quick and easy lunch got in and out pretty fast, staff is great and food was tasting amazing as well i recommend this kfc as its not busy unlike the other one so can get food quicker

Not very friendly staff, got the order wrong but I couldn't be bothered to change it as the staff member was so miserable.

Just awful. Both our meals were barely warm and the chicken in my Zinger burger was not the usual succulent chicken but a chewy almost double cooked version. My daughter's kids meal was missing the dessert also.

Very small restaurant⚰️, gravy like water☔, 15 chips per person🔎, ordered a 10 piece box an had to go back to ask for sauce's🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, They were lucky McDonald's was shut, lesson learned ! On the plus side the staff we interacted with were polite.😇 All in all this place is a joke.🙈

I won't go back, wrong orders, not wrapped up properly. No straws or napkins. Shocking.

Was busy, staff handling it well. Would have been 5 stars if there was more space to stand and wait. Flip side of the small premises is the very central location.

I haven't been to a KFC for a very long time, so I was really looking forward to it. But this place was grubby, almost EMPTY (at just 3pm - on a busy street, with McDonalds busy. Says everything.) the staff with impolite, and miserable. I was asked if I wanted to eat in, but still given a bag of my food. And the bag was laughably too large. The chicken was clearly not freshly cooked or even close - it was chewy, didn't have that KFC joyous flavour - it wasn't finger lickin' good. I rarely bother posting bad reviews, but this one annoyed me so much. KFC - close this store, or sack the whole team.

We see today staff from KFC from outside door smoking and when they back they even not wash hands. They rolling cigarette in side costumers area witinh 15 minutes all 4guys smoking again. They serving food for people and they somoking and not wash hands. Disgusting. All people see that. Need to be done something. Bad bad bad

Have visited this new outlet twice and both times the Krushem has been thrown away, the milk or ice cream they use is off and as you can imagine this makes the Krushem taste awful. Even the slightest taste of it means the next day with a bad stomach. Reported to the manager and it was still the same next time we visited. Lesson learnt!

We have ordered food from them using just eat delivery service. Poor quality food with rotten lettuce inside of burgers. Piece of chicken was about 3cm in diameter. Wasted £20 for whole order and still hungry, because it was impossible to eat it.

Shop was open till 8pm, suppose to be a dine in and take away... went in at 7pm was told we could not dine in as closing, even though they confirmed closing time 8pm. Customer front end was abrupt and unhelpful.

It’s few people in the shop.the staff it’s working very slow. I’ve seen how one of the guys washed the flor and after that he didn’t wash his hands and continued to serve the costumers And every single table it’s very dirty It’s better to take with you the food But after what I’ve seen I didn’t want to eat that.

35 minute wait in store for two meals. Absolute joke. Management need to address this comment and act! Shameful.
