First visit to this store, quick service and delivery food very hot.

Duento.having familly at home we had to order. A large amount of food which for some reason seemed to amused some workers even to point were they made us feel guilty for ordering an large amount and actually making them work and do something dont like saying it that way but thats how we felt. Covering on the chicken pieces also isnt how i remember kfc this coating was hard and bitty

driver was an hour and half late, so all the food was inedible, such a waste of money and food

Always MISSING ITEMS, mostnof the time, make sure you check your item before you leave, very Obvious they INTENTIONALLY missed items on preparation who ever is the branch manager of this branch is really unbelievable 😡😡😡

It's better to collect, There is always something missing on a delivery! I have collected the last 3 times, everything was hot, and above all it was all there.

we could not taste the flavour at alll on the chicken lt was just boxes of pure grease.

Wrong order received and missing items yet again. In order to get my correct order, I have to order again and pay a 2nd delivery charge that just eat don’t reimburse you for. It happens far too often!!!

I went to the desk to ask if they have Halal chicken and after long time waiting nobody came to me to ask what I want and I left without getting my answer. By the way they don't have Halal chicken.

I waited 3 hours for my food but it still did not arrive so I phoned the restaurant and they said their was no driver so I had to spend more money in a taxi to fetch it

driver again attempted to deliver my food via the dirt track at the rear of the property, clearly stated on the receipt again do not try and deliver this way as we have no access.

The chicken in one of the burgers was undercooked. I spat it out and wasn't able to eat it. Customer service is refusing to refund me as 'it can still be consumed'. It definitely cannot be consumed, just because it isn't pink doesn’t mean it's cooked

Fantastic food & a great delivery driver, very courteous & helpful. Brought the food up to the flat without even having to be asked. ONE ISSUE I HAVE is actually with the JUST EAT SYSTEM, I WANT to be able to give a tip to the driver AFTER delivery.

Awful expensive half the order missing won't be returning

One of the cleanest KFC's in the area. This is reflected in the quality of the food. Highly recommended. The fries are still some of the worst fast food fries but this is a KFC UK HQ issue and not something the store can address locally.

driver sat for 20 minutes in the same location, made no attempt to call, food has arrived near cold. driver was rude and couldn't explain why he had sat for 20 minutes.

Usual KFC food, great staff, quick service. It has a drive thru and a free car park with a time limit.

Missing popcorn chicken from order

I should have had 2 sides with my order but there was only 1,I should have had gravy and sweetcorn but there was no gravy which I need for my chicken,very disappointed,the lady who delivered it was lovely though

Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket through the drive through got home all 10 were drumsticks smalls ones as well expect 2-3 but all 10 something going on there penny pinching for sure

I went through the drive through and ordered a trilogy box meal and a chocolate sundae. Never had a smaller portion of chips before from any fast food place or any other KFC. The rice I had with it was also very small only filling half the tub, if that; again from other KFCs the portion size is alot bigger. The Zinger burger was not a Zinger burger. It was a regular fillet burger, which was over done and small, more bread than chicken. The popcorn chicken and mini fillet was fine. But as most KFCs do they often leave out the dip that comes with the meal and they did that in this case. The Sundae was put in a flimsy carboard cup which leaked at the bottom. KFC has put their prices up, you would expect with this increase they could atleast get the basics right, and at some KFC branches they do, but at this one not only can they not get the basics right but they give you less food. Ive been dissapointed with my experience at this KFC before in the past but on this occasion its made me not want to go back. Going to avoid this one going forward.

I can't review the food as I couldn't place an order. I was struggling with paying on the app so wanted to use cash in the store, but they wouldn't serve me - they wanted me to use the self serve kiosks to place the order. They said they would come and help me if I couldn't manage - why not just serve the customer, especially as I would have to go to the till to pay anyway? There was no queue! Needless to say I left and went to McDonalds instead!

The courier did not deiver my food. I asked for her to come by the zebra crossing and she did not come. She parked in the wrong placw and then called me a stupid girl for not listening.

I have just been through the drive through of this kfc and ordered a 6 piece meal. When we got home we had 4 drumsticks and 2 thighs. 5 weeks ago we had 5 drumsticks and a wing, and they forgot the beans(not the first time by any means). My wife worked at kfc years ago and she was told that she couldn’t put any more that 2 pieces the same in a 6 piece bucket. Someone needs to shake this place up. It is very poor

Missing items and it was Luke warm!

Staff rude and having to use kiosk has put us of kfc will not use kfc again would rather go to McDonald’s at least you can order at the counter if you don’t like the kiosks.

The people working here are as soooo dump, they forgot different items of my orders through different occasions. Please check your order before you drive out of the shop ( drivethru orders).

forgot chips gave the wrong drink. and food was cold because they mixed cold drinks with hot food. so disappointed

Made an order through the drive through this evening. I asked for a 3 Piece variety meal with NO Drumstick PLEASE. Got all the way home to see that every single piece of chicken was a drumstick! After specifically asking for none. I drove back and explained what had happened to be told ‘we gave you all drumsticks because it’s all that was left you would have had to wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken’. In what world is it ok to give a customer something they didn’t ask for?? Why didn’t the kfc worker just simply say ‘no problem, it will be 10 minutes on fresh chicken’ I would have happily waited and wouldn’t have had to drive all the way home and back. They need teaching simple customer service skills.

Apart from missing a whole meal out the delivery was on time.

I really enjoyed throwing up and more. Twice now, won't be a third time eating obviously rank chicken!

Kfc has really gone down hill fast The chicken was completely overcooked it was Burned to a crisp un edible Not sure if it was left in the fryer for ten minutes longer than it should have been or it was recooked Either way, the whole order went in the bin. I will never go to KFC again My recommendation, save yourself some trouble and your money and go somewhere else. You will enjoy your food much more.

Food hot nice staff they also were masks and gloves they don't take long to get through a queue so never waiting long big car park and bins so you can eat in car and enjoy hot food and get rid of rubbish in there big bins ....since covid still nice hot food no waiting long staff nice clean every were food luverly...

This order didn’t come to us. The only address on this account was incorrectly registered on the order, leading to the order going to a different postcode. Understandably this is probably an incredibly rare occurrence but this should literally never happen, hire better devs

Food was cold. They took an order quite far away before delivering ours, and it was obvious the food had been waiting around before they delivered it.

I have been a regular customer eating at least once a week since it opened but tonight I was told that they were too busy to serve me at the counter! My loyal support obviously means nothing to them I won't ever return. I'm sure they just don't care because they are after all too busy!

had to microwave the chips because they were cold. The chicken was dry and the secret coating had stuck to the bucket. The lid of the bucket had come off during delivery. I won't be ordering from KFC again.
