Kins Crunchy Chicken in Birmingham

Great value and service. Had a meal in town last week at a similar place,Jaqs, not a patch on Kins. Good tasty food at a brilliant price 👌

The new chicken dipped burger was really nice.The sweet tangy and chilly sauce was amazing. The lads at the service counter are friendly and polite. No comments for the shop owner.

The food was mid tier at best, nothing stand outish there, what was stand outish was the malpractice inplace, for example when I ordered I handed the store clerk a £20 note, he claimed the meal was £11 and handed me back a £5 note, he is a short change artist, I tried to think the best of it as an innocent mistake, but thr customer inline next to me confronted the clerk claiming he was short changed, and he was immediately refunded, after that I mentioned I too was short changed, the clerk instantly refunded me the EXACT change he short changed me, the customer next to me, had mentioned not only has that happened to him before but often he would pay for extras on his food and they will not include the extras he paid for. I took my wife here (she is from overseas) at that time I believe I was short changed too but thought nothing of it at the time. At both times there were almost no other customers in the shop, so how accidental was this? and how did he know exactly how much he short changed me by? the most amusing part is the cashier after admitting his mistake treated me and the other customer with hatred, with a physical snarl across his face and being stubborn with his service, as if he was angry at being caught in his scam. Disgusting, appauling behaviour from the staff here. I expact better and not to be scammed while trying to get a takeaway. The food is okay at best, definitely not worth getting with this 'service'.

Just wanted to say what a lovely welcome we had here, asked if we could sit inside for a cup of tea and a coffee while we were waiting for our mot to be done across the road, the service was warm and welcoming and the gentleman even gave my little one some chips while we were there. The tea was lovely. But overall we were so happy with the welcoming service we received here. Big thank you to the lovely gentleman

I was going for a night out and I was really hungry and stopped to get a bite to eat around 10pm on a Saturday night. Service was very slow I waited 15mins for a southern fried chicken wrap. as soon as I went to open the wrap it all just leaked out and onto my jeans (luckily I had anti bacterial wipes in the car and a quick wipe saved my night from being ruined) an hour later though my stomach started gurgling.... it was time to abandon my night out and fly home to use the toilet ( I refuse to use public toilets these situations if still local in birmingham) so everyone traffic law was broken in order to make it home. The stomach cramps were intense, my phone was going off with friends wanting to ask where I have disappeared to... 45mins later I caught up with them and had to tell them.... THAT CHICKEN WRAP FROM KINS CRUNCHY DONE ME DIFFERENTLY!!!

food was awful chicken wings were black from the inside which means they had leaked blood while cooking so poor prep. the burgers were mid along with the chicken bites which were burnt its not 5 star catering but atleast prep ur food properly. p.s they dnt accept card only bank transfer or cash which i feel is moronic

Customer services was not great Workers show atatuted Fries were soggy and not cooked Burger was atrocious Food on display was not available And the works are very rude Under age workers working there such as a 16 year old boy Food is under cooked and not very fresh I would not recommend going there if I was you would not recommend to a friend

They don’t do card. Only cash or bank transfer. Chicken biryani is alright. A little bit too spicy for me.

The food is okay. The fries are nice. The chicken strips which I usually have used to taste way better in the past, a couple of years ago though. How disappointing all these takeaways are just tasting worse overtime 🙄😒😡

Very rude staff who didn't like it when I asked for fresh chips after leaving half my order out for 20 minutes while waiting for the chicken to cook. When arriving home the chicken tasted like soap and the rice was dry. Never again and I would advise to stay away because it is overpriced for disgusting food and rude staff/management who did not like me asking for fresh fries. I also waited around for 30 minutes for the food.

Food was delicious. We ordered two double patty chicken grilled burgers and enjoyed it alot. Prices are a bit higher. Muhammad Ismail provided some great customer service. Thoroughly impressed with that young guy.

Very disappointed... been coming to this shop since it first opened .. went today got short changed by 1£ .. I immediately told the worker who short changed me and he tried accusing me of stealing .. sooo rude and unprofessional and then tried making that pound back by giving less fries even though I was in the right ... very shocking won't be visiting again

I haven't been in this place for years after a bad experience. I thought I'd give it another go. Best fried and Peri peri chicken I've eaten in years! The portions are worth every penny! I bought a Peri peri burger too and that was full of flavour and not stingy on sauce or salad. The mango lassi was also flavoursome. Will definitely be going back to this place.

Save you’re money and don’t bother.

Haven’t been in here many years. Can’t really remember if it was good or bad back then. Decided to try it again and ordered the hot and juicy burger meal. Wasn’t hot or juicy at all, was very dry and very chewy oddly. Zero flavour, almost bland. Bun was dry too. Fries were decent, made fresh in front of me, good portion. Probably won’t be coming back but at least I gave it another go.

Food is very delicious, prices are a bit higher tho but can be justified with their taste. Remarkable customer service. The handsome guy on the front with light beard is just amazing, couldnt take my eyes off of him.😉🙈

When the chicken isent fresh in the chicken shop huge DISSAPOINTMENT. Serving someone yesterday's fried chicken and left over a light to look fresh isent a good start. Some days when it's fresh it's good buy this isent the 1st time itlve had this awful experience. Definitely wouldn't go back there again

The food and service is wonderful. The wings and the peri peri chicken along with a fried chicken wrap is a favorite. Mr Naveed Shah provides a friendly atmosphere at the shop and quick service along with great taste! Definitely recommend 👌

Decent chicken burger but the fillet is thin and expensive for what it is. Not a fan of their wings, I found it to be dry.

Food is pricey but nice. I purchased a Masala Fish on Naan and (astagfir Allāh) it was disgusting, the naan was not a naan, it was flat bread, had v little salad and I paid £5. I highly recommend the Chicken grilled wrap meal.

The place isn’t clean plus the owner didn’t even wash his hands before dealing with the food the food itself isn’t fresh its just refried, and extremely poor customer service from the owner. Avoid this place.

Not a clean shop give you bad stomach ache avoid food from here if you don’t want stomach pain they charge for a mega meal and give a single this happens consistently

Real crunchy chicken . Not soggy like other places . My favourite place for chicken purely down to the quality of the chicken fresh and crunchy the way I like it

Dry rubbery chicken avoid was sick after i ate from here avoid like the plague very poor hygiene AVOID AVOID also the short arsed bold patched owner is very rude also misses things off order so when you get home and realise half your order is not in the bag done it many times even once told me that I haven't ordered when I asked for the receipt I was right but still never apologised for mistake arrogant owner you lose your money Avoid
