Not even worth rating I've ordered from hing yip for the last decade and never had any issues. Now panda express has taken over its absolutely disgusting I wouldn't feed this food to a dying dog over an hour delivery for double the price give your head a wobble.

Seriously don’t order from here food is small even chicken and pork expensive for what you get and a strange taste half of it in bin where it belongs

Why are you guys not available today mahn😭. Your store says it's open for business online but I drive all the way only to find out you're closed. This is the 3rd time within a month this is happening

Lovely Chinese received a leaflet from the door and decided to go for a try. Been looking for a favourite Chinese for awhile and this exceeds my expectations very tasty food and quick delivery.Excellent and fair customer service too quite professional. Large portion of food this will be my favourite Chinese to go weekly and had been told all my friends and family to try out the food in here as well. Really would never go else where now.

New owners and Under New management and the food is amazing! Bigger portion and worth the money, it’s our favorite Chinese takeaway to go. My daughter love their chow mein noodles and I love my curry. The lady in the reception is extremely helpful and sorted things out for us quickly and efficiently, we’ve never been let down since we’re here.

New owners are a disgrace. Been coming here for years. Got my order wrong as i asked for no nuts due to allergies, when i highlighted it she said it was not her fault! Very rude with Zero customer service. Such a shame as the previous owners were lovely and build themselves a great reputation. For these rude individuals to come along and ruin it is a shame! I now need to find myself a new chineese shop as these wont be getting my money again!!!

Wait an extra hour for the food cos the weather was bad (not my issue) I paid £3 for delivery and bruv it was awful! The food was actually disgusting. I wish I just cancelled the order! If you like this Chinese get your taste buds checked, Jankkkkk with a capital J. Never again man

The new owners are rude and have no customer service ethic. They asked us to give feed back the first time we bought a takeaway from them. When we did the lady behind the counter was so rude saying if we did not like what we bought what are we doing there then. I won't be buying from this takeaway. The previous owners were lovely people and their food fantastic.

Very good food. Fast delivery. I have been using for over 5 years. Staffs and drivers always pleasant.

Hated it. Never ordering from them again. Prawn toast was too greasy. So greasy that we threw them in the bin and the staff are very rude. They hang up on you when you're complaining to them on the phone. And you'd think that after 10 years living in Stechford, it would go from good to just vile? I hope it goes out of business one day.

Haven't tried the food but my rating is purely on wanting a delivery and being told I'm way to far out. I wouldn't mind but I'm 5 minutes drive away from the place lol
