Ordered food for delievery never arrived only recieved attitude while placing a order

Ordered 2x large chips but they gave the size of small portions and charged me £3.00 a portion for large Honestly very disappointed

Ermm the food was okay the burger was nice , The chips however was a let down feels like they haven’t changed oil since 2010 and cheap potatoes, What was really off putting was the guy picking up salad chicken pieces cans of drinks and money with a dirty glove on feel a-bit sick dunno if its the thought of that guy doing that or the food but hygiene is very poor Will not be coming back

we ordered over the phone and I’ve got the chicken tikka in naan, Friend got the lamb tikka. Usually I’m told the shop is good but our food was very cold and the naan-bread tasted quite stale like it made either early in the morning or from the night before. The fries and the chips were tasty. The meat was good but it was just drenched in far too much colour. Her fingers were red and my fingers were orange. The chips were chilli sauce and was really nice. not sure if I would return again they were really busy and kept putting the phone down as well, which I found odd

The chicken breast burger is really tasty you can tell its home-made and not frozen.

Not delivered!! As you said it was delivered restaurant not even ready with, won’t use again

old chicken tasted like its days old. battered sausages were the same.. red doner was decent. spicy chicken burger went in the bin

Chips came with a serving of black debris from the fryer I think. Donner tasted odd.

Ordered at 9pm, said delivery between 9.40&10 it came at 10.10 and one cheeseburger is asked for plain and had mayo on it but other than that food was hot and taste good just let down by not reading order properly and slow delivery

Food was very disappointing. Fish was soggy outside and dry inside, curry sauce was almost solid. Chips were mushy/soggy. Chicken had weird taste to it. Most of the food has ended up in the bin.

Over an hour late and now not even answering the phone

I am disappointed in the the food especially the pizza, i ordered a vegetable pizza and found it had tinned vegetables aka soggy mushrooms and cheese that wasn't melted. Needless to say it looked anaemic and was tasteless. The pizza wasn't even topped with filling and the base sauce hardly present ( don't give customers a choice of base sauce if you are not going to fulfil the base sauce ratio to pizza ie..diluted base sauce) The chips seemed refried over again and were hard and overcooked. I will not be ordering again.

Cod fish was not good today the masala was rock hard ,the chips was old reheated today and not your usual standard and the chicken donner was just full of masala

Okay the delivery was on time just a couple mins over but the kebab was dry like it was the end bits of the kebab. The wraps chicken was really hard, I couldn’t eat it. Won’t be ordering from here again 🙄

Best spicy chicken breast burger this side of town. Good value for money. Price has gone up a bit. Burgers are still 10/10, but unfortunately I think the BBQ donner was a bit of a let down this time around.

the food was disappointing i thought it would be better, the chips were nice but needed salt and vinegar there was no option to request it either, the meat which should have been BBQ was very dry and mainly burnt because it was burnt it was also chewy.

Really tasty food. They have gone up in price but you won't even mind because the food is soo good here. I love the sauces and the salad is always fresh. Service was prompt and a great selection of items. There is some seating but because it gets busy here there isn't always room although there are some parks nearby where you can enjoy your food.

Classic fast food grub big portions fresh and tasty

Visited this house of kebabs often when I was in the town of Brum, especially the far Yardley area. The portions are generous, the chicken is scrumptiously divine and when one requests their chips to be drenched beyond measure, these brethrens do not fail to deliver. They desperately need to franchise all over the UK or at least down south where I'm from. One of the best kebab houses in Brum for me, if not the best chippy.

Food is good for price but the wait is long for no reason. Workers get panicked over a few orders and stop taking any until they’ve finished a few. Other then that food is good and staff are good

foods nice however dine in section looks like it’s never been deep cleaned. ever. would never risk dining in personally and waiting times are insane. also, would completely understand being closed during Ramadan if they bothered to post it online or change their opening times on google!

Ordered pizza with a promised delivery time of half an hour, but it took over an hour. My daughter was upset and hungry, and the updates were false. I had to cancel the order at the very last moment. They didn't even apologise or acknowledge their mistake. I am upset with their lack of professionalism. That shop is 2 mins far away from my home. Disappointing experience overall.

I hate the food here. The chicken is okay but the chips are bad tasting. The food actually used to be really nice a couple years ago, when the chips were fresh and delicious.

In this era of shrinkflation where mediocre places raise their prices sky high and reduce the portion sizes Blus are the exact opposite. The portion sizes are as generous as they’ve always been and the food is top quality. The only criticism is that sometimes they can be hit and miss as delivery times aren’t the best and you can sometimes get your food cold but when the food is delivered on time it’s always 10/10.

Attended site, to investigate blus chippy. On arrival I was greeted two gentlemen that had flip flops on. Food was awful reminded me of dog meat. Please avoid at all costs im very saddened to have spent hard earnt cash on dog meat

Great tasting food and huge portions

Called the shop after an hour only to be told our food is sitting there ready awaiting collection and will be at least another 20-25 mins as they are waiting for a driver. Eventually we called them back and went to collect it ourselves as we had 6 hungry children who’d been waiting since 7:30 the food was an hour late but we had collected it ourselves and didn’t get the food till 9:20. To make it worse the staff were extremely rude and our food was cold. There was no customer service whatsoever; we had no apology nor was our food replaced. Completely ruined our meal.

Much better service and great tasty food

The fries were overcooked aswell as the chips. And the steak burger was again overcooked n dry. The lamb tikka also was very overdone and charged really bad n very hard to eat. I usually don't have an issue with the lamb tikka wrap was disappointed. Pizza was lovely.

My last two experiences of this store's food were not good. Before that, I had good experiences. Might try again but at last resort.

Ordered at 5:30, food arrived at 19:05 The food was semi-cold.

The food was burned and everything was good naan was cooked very nice

Food was cold when it arrived. had to reheat in the microwave, and Naan and donner both tasted dry and old and did not enjoy at all. Normally, I get food from here with no issues but am not happy today.

Unfortunately the food isn't what it used to be, portions are smaller, prices are higher and it doesn't taste as good as it used to, lottle on the cold side too.

Wrap missing. Burger not dipped. Fries and chips cold and hard. Cheese not melted on cheesy chips. Fries instead of chips. Made a right mess of my order and quality was terrible.

Found bone in the pizza from the chicken topping and very less chips given in the 2 piece chicken n chips today. Wasn’t happy with todays food. Sorry

The food is decent, big range from fish and chips right through to currys. Guys who work here are all sound and it will generally work out cheaper to eat here than just about any other takeaway on just eat and the like. It ain't haute cuisine just a back street kebab House pumping out decent food for decent money.

1st visit food was nice and service was good, second visit food decent service very poor, 3rd visit, food was cold we had a kebab with naan and fish and chips, the kebab portion was so small it had full of onions and lettuce and it was old and cold. The fish was so dry and tasted bitter, it wasn't edible. I normally don't expect fast food to be good all the time but this was one them where you say you just took the mick, I won't be returning.
