They always forget sides in the delivery so don’t waste your money, and they don’t answer the phone for you to speak to them about it Scum

It's a good place to eat, apart from you have to order from the automated screens. I wanted a gravy as l forgot to order, but l had to go back to the automated screen. Which was a pain, so l did not bother. But they had a card machine, so they did not understand why they could not just do the order. But apart from that it was okay.

One portion off chips and the dips were missing from my order. Very disappointing KFC

Ordered a drive-thru pick-up on my phone. When arrived, I stated over the ordering machine that I was picking up an online order and shared the order number. Was told to drive to the last window to pick up the food as usual. When arrived at the pick-up window, the lady at the window said that I should order on the machine before driving up to pick up the food. (I was literally just told to drive up..) I told her that I was there to pick up an online order and just shared the order number over the telecom. The lady didn't seem to understand and insisted that I should drive around the building again and “make an order” first. I am sure the order number has been heard the first time and I was told to pick up the food at the last window. Why on earth would the lady think that I randomly arrived at the pick-up window asking for food? I really had no idea why the lady seemed so clueless. A very strange experience overall.

Food a bit on the cold side but not the couriers fault as she was so quick. That’s the restaurants fault

Absolute let downs. Ordered 2 items at half 8pm and it gets cancelled. Not the first time either. Absolute joke

Drive through do not do this.cold chips went back mangers not bad staff 17 year old morons think it's funny to smile and smirk behind his back when confronted with this and manager information .get out not dealing with you never again wil I step foot in there again staff are kids and act like kids if you do the driver through please check every thing they think they can dump the cold stuff on you do not use this please I live not 50 yards away and I will never go there again staff are so horrible complaining to head office not that it will do any good

2 items missing from order, only credit offered not redilivery which means one of family left without their meal

For a Tuesday night the service is slow and having staff laughing and screaming loud enough for me to hear at the back of the resturant isn't a good look. The food was actually nice but the cooking staff ruined it for the lovely staff on the till.

My mini fillet that I ordered along side my burger is missing

I Was told by my family this morning that the bucket and chips I ordered for them last night was stone COLD and inedible !

Just a shout out to the server/cashier Darryl who was courteous and professional. He really does deserve a mention as a lot of KFC staff can sometimes appear bored and even rude.

Smallest portion of chips I have ever had. Wanted a variety meal but you now have to order items separately costing a lot more. Total cost came to over £11 WITHOUT a drink. Last visit to a KFC for a very long time. I'm fed up of being ripped off!!

Called to get a 10 peace bucket, smells lovely But got home got the plates out of the oven 9 leg's and one wing, I felt robbed, the reason I didn't go back was, never upset any body servicing your food 😡

Drive through. Fast service. Food cooked perfectly (for a KFC). Cripsy, large portions and hot. Only one issue, the crispy coating and chicken overall was ridiculously salty. Water at the ready!!!!

First time we've had a kfc delivery which has had hot food, correct food and good pieces of chicken and not a bucket full of drumsticks so thank you was lovely

The delivery driver couldnt find my address even though i was on the phone with her telling her where i was. my wife had to drive down the road to pick up the kfc in our car. not vey pleased with this experience at all. the driver was a chinese lady who couldnt understand much english. ver poor.

Had a note in the delivery bag that they’d ran out of mash potatoes- fair enough, but nothing was substituted to make up for this. Also only received 4 wings, instead of the 8 advertised as part of the meal

Horrendous! We like our KFC and have it quite a lot. I have never received such grim tepid scraps of dry hard nugget sized chicken purporting to be a boneless 3 piece meal. This food had obviously been hanging around far too long and should never have been served. Customer satisfaction is obviously bottom of the aims of this branch. Remember this is a treat and spending up to £55 as we often do should never result in such a dismal offering. Avoid Warrington Kingsway South branch.

Fast and quick friendly service, which is what I needed, when I was exhausted. Shout out to the young women on the desk, she did me a favour.

Very good food but sometimes it's not as good(crunchy, hot) but overall it's very good. Will definitely come again. (Even though most people don't like chicken tenders, it's actually very good) will recommend the chicken tenders, fried chicken wings/ chicken legs and potato mash.

Not only was the barbecue dip missing but the supercharger dip was also missing but I can’t claim for that because it’s part of a meal

The burger was literally the chicken breast, a squirt of mayo and 3 small pieces of lettuce on the bun. Shocking for £11.49.

The food is cold, dry, and the chicken pieces in the colonels box are tiny like wings. If I wanted wings I would have ordered wings. £44 on cold dry small chicken. Not pleased atall I should get my money back or won’t be ordering again.

Treat for kids, chicken pieces very small and a lot of dark meat hardly anything on them definitely cut backs wouldn’t come back . Best things were the chips with the seasoning very expensive now so nothing would make me go back again

Your driver didn't want to get out of his car because it was raining. Made me come out of my apartment block and go to the car par to pick up my order. Then he tried to argue with me and tell me it's not his job to ring my doorbell. Disgusting behaviour.

But you missed out a portion of fries , fries came on their own but their should of been some with the 4 pieces of chicken as this is a meal why do they always get orders wrong whether I order on Uber eats or just eat the kingsway branch get it wrong
