no lettuce on the burgers and virtually no sauce either. mashed potato was missing

missing Pepsi max, chicken dry and horrible looking, chips was soggy. really disappointed in quality and care

over half my order was included and I'm still waiting for a refund??

Just got a takeaway. Why is the chicken from here seem to be smaller than other stores? Got the watermelon drink too and it smells of old water. Tastes off too. Gravy pot was only half full too.

This KFC Branch never gets the orders wrong and the food is always hot.

Went through the drive thru (at KFC Latchford) and was basing my order off of what I could see in the app (which I had looked at before to try and decide) and I asked for the filet tower bbq box meal and according to the app it either came with bbq sauce or ketchup (of which I wanted neither - I just wanted it with some mayo). Also according to the app the box meal either comes with hot wings or a piece of original chicken. So I say “can I please have the bbq tower box meal please with-“ and I get cut off so the server can say “bbq box meal? What side? What drink?” I felt very cut off. I try and say if I can have mayo instead of the bbq sauce and she says it already comes with mayo (which I didn’t know just from looking on the app) so I ask to remove the bbq sauce and she says “so it’s not a bbq tower burger then(!)” I was a bit shocked by the tone and I tried to explain how I thought it only came with ketchup or bbq sauce so I didn’t know they came with mayo and you could get them without the ketchup or bbq sauce, but I was cut off. I go to the next window and I have to ask to make sure they have put the original chicken with my box meal which they hadn’t but they hadn’t asked which one I wanted and I saw them rolling their eyes at me. The food is standard but was only warm.

Didn’t even bother trying to put the right food in the order

No seasoning on the chips, was out of chocolate cookies despite the fact they were advertised as in stock etc etc

Ordered online and waiting 2.5hrs. Advised to cancel and reorder as the driver may have taken the food.

The food quality was very good, but the burger was not in the box on delivery. It was spread all over the bottom of the carrier bag in bits and the cheese was also stuck the the side of the bag.

Guy left kfc Latchford with order , went to Mac Ds in town to drive back past kfc 20 mins later still with our order !

Sent the wrong food I ordered a eight piece dipping box and got a six piece bargain bucket instead so I’m now over £6 out of pocket abysmal service

Missing one of the two meals I ordered as well as the 2 drinks.

Food was appalling. The twister wrap box meal had no filling in what’s so ever and hardly anything in what was stated on there.

Cold fries and a Zinga burger that looked like it had been constructed by a two year old. The expectations of what I saw on the TV advert was far from the experience in the box.

10 piece's of tiny chicken drumsticks! Whats that's about, just very small drumsticks, chip's were cold too, won't bother again thats for sure, nearly £30 wasted

Got to be honest now, this KFC ( at Latchford, Warrington ) has put me off using KFC anywhere. The last two times has been down to staff attitude. A couple of years ago they were friendly and helpful. No customers in the premises today. I don't like to use the ordering machines, as I get the impression that the customer cannot find the best value on them. KFC pricing seems to bamboozle you with different options, possibly designed to confuse the customer in to over paying. When I pointed out what I consider to be an anomaly on the price, I said that you don't appear to be helping the customers get the best prices. Putting that comment to the member of staff on the counter, she replied that it wasn't her, the company set the price. She didn't seem to get that when I said " you don't appear ", that because she was the face of the company, I was suggesting KFC and not her personally. She didn't want to be helpful and told me to use the ordering machine, because it was no different trying to order at the counter. Obviously I was disturbing her whilst hanging about around the counter. What was my problem with the anomaly?? Nearly everywhere you buy something ( not just JFC ) you get better value the more you order. 3 pieces of chicken £5.49. 6 pieces of chicken £11.49. Therefore, 3 pieces of chicken x two portions = £10.98, which is £0.51 pence cheaper than buying the 6 pieces. Decent companies who want to give their customers the best value, should be pointing that out and give the customer better value for the larger order. The customer shouldn't have to scrutinise the prices to make sure they are not being unnecessarily over charged. My order was for my grandchildren and because of the couldn't care less, unhelpful attitude, I left and took my business elsewhere. ( as I did on my previous visit, when they told me that the drive through was closed, after sitting in the queue behind another vehicle/customer, who they served ) This encounter therefore took me to McDonald's, at the Poplars service station next to the A50/M56/M6. The staff there are always so polite and courteous. Maybe the KFC manager at Latchford would do well to drive up the road and pay it a visit, see and learn how a customer should be treated and pass that information on to his substandard members of staff, it would certainly help to retain customers business. ( I see from the negative reviews, the manager always says " we'll try and improve ", the problem is you don't, you just make it sound like you are saying the right thing. )

Overcooked chicken, cold fries.

Food never arrived, I went to the restaurant to collect my own food and they told me it was sat there for over an hour. Don’t know what the courier has done with it, his attitude was shocking when I messaged him and yeah overall poor service. I want a refund for the food I haven’t got because I’ve had to pay out more money for more food because of incompetence.

Been to drive though a few times now. Twice now had items missing,got boneless bucket and the popcorn chicken missing!! Not good when you have grandchildren staying over for a treat night,very disappointed!!!

Called there just ordered 4 mini fillet burgers plain - asked 3 times make sure they are plain would not let me pay cash I even had correct money still said no while I watched my burgers be made with everything on them I even said they have not been even made plain have they she said no they have not 🚫 so 4 burgers gone to waste and staff was not even bothered I can tell you it's going down hill and fast I would not be surprised if this one closes down bare in mind this was the second one we called the one on winwick road was down to one window with 15 + cars queuing 100% never coming back to KFC I'm done

2 hours before the store closes, only takeaway food is possible. Impossibly bad and rude service. Hopefully the hygiene of the food doesn't suffer as much as the service at KFC.

Ordered the chicken wings and mini fillets. Chicken wings are on fire, to the extent that you cant enjoy them. Thats not the end of the world. The whole family woke up in the middle of the night being sick. Kids didnt go to school, adults had to stay home. Not going to this KFC anymore. They must review their kitchen hygiene procedures urgently!!!

How do you get away with charging customers for items that are missing? Can’t order here anymore I keep getting ripped off with missing items. They send my box meal just in it’s box without it been sealed in a paper bag. Don’t feel safe eating it as been open to the elements. Sort it out it’s not hard to get peoples orders right. Cost of living and you do this to people, billion pound company :/

Ordered salad box expecting a good portion of salad, very disappointed from the first time I ordered a salad box very poor. Delivery was first expected between 18:45 and 19:00 eventually arrived at 19:17. All good thing was being kept up to date with delivery time.

We ordered a 6 piece bargain bucket with a mini fillet burger, it came to 16.00 pounds roughly however all we got where legs with barely any meat on. We tried to call the restaurant but no one would answer. Really disappointed, given this was a treat we won’t be going back.

The Zinger salad box was just lettuce and chicken. £7.49 Not worth it abysmal is an understatement.
