It s second time they didnt complete the order wings missing,second time popcorn chicken

Good experience friendly and polite staff, had a bit of a wait but was 30 minutes off closing so wasn’t expecting fast service. Food all fresh will return

Absolutely terrible service !!! First of all it was 12pm and the store hadn’t been open long and it was already dirty as no staff was cleaning up The male toilets smell like they haven’t been cleaned fully in weeks Then to top that off I ordered at the kiosk and took a TABLE SERVICE number and sat down , when the food was ready they shouted me over for instead of bringing it over like I asked as I had my 4 year old daughter with me The food was tasteless and cold too NEVER AGAIN

Me and my partner just come in, we got greeted by a very friendly employee, the food was delicious and the service was amazing and fast! Thankyou for a great meal we really enjoyed it!

Stuff is not coperative , i am a delivery driver , if want any information about order , they just ignore us and wait time is more than 30 minute , don't even let us know so we can cancel order

You can only order at the touch screens, of which there are but 2, so the queue backs up pretty quickly. The woman who served me put both boxes in the bag horizontally, one on top of the other, the stood the bag up to give it to me... Quite a bit of dressing on the inside of the lid and everything shaken down to one end, even though I put them back to horizontal almost immediately. Decent food at an affordable price, just need more ways to order to keep the queue moving. A bit of more sense from the server would be good too.

Pleasant staff, hot food and very clean

The staff here are absolutely amazing, my food was hot and I didn’t wait long at all

Everytime there food missing it’s almost like they purposely do it doesn’t make sence

The gentleman delivering the food was very pleasant and the food quality and temperature were on point

They are sending out without forks and napkins as stated last time

Just ordered food in restaurant at 8:50pm ,the staff who is cleaning came to our table and say after 9pm only take away. So please take away. Is opening time till 10pm? Is there any board telling customers 9-10pm only take away? So annoying

Tasteless, Gravy watered down and tasteless, i might as well have made Bisto at home, Skin on the chicken was tasteless, Skin on the "Hot" wings obviously lost its heat due to winter. All round the most disappointing and tasteless KFC I've had and I've been to plenty!

The food was lovely and hot. The courier handed me a can of Tango, I ordered a Pepsi. Other than that it was very good.

We stopped off on way home. Our first time in this branch and overall experience no issues whatsoever. Simple and easy to order. Didn't have to wait long. It was quiet so it suited us fine.

courier wandered around the road with the foid going cold then phoned me, the big sign on the house with the house number and road name gives it away. try and make a little effort just eat!

food cold and the chicken on the burger just didn't seam right, unsure why but couldn't eat it just not nice, tasted very processed. The portion of chips is getting ridiculous very small amount.

Ordered on just eat around 20 minutes before it closed. Very excited to get hot wings and gravy and chips and at 9:59pm my order was cancelled. It was obvious they waited until the last minute to cancel our order which made it all the more worse because they could've told me when I’d ordered that there wasn’t enough time. I am not happy at all. I get it’s rough getting an order in so close to close but just be honest and cancel within a good time from the order being placed or change the hours of opening on just eat.

The order was delivered over an hour after ordering. The delivery person did other deliveries before us, the first being in the opposite direction! The food was cold!

Hello there was offer on your kfc page offering a free popcorn chicken and I’ve been charged £5.99 for this item ?

Ordered via JUSTEAT 26/07/24. The usual stuff, bucket of chicken, wrap, wings etc. The JUSTEAT guy was really quick and polite at the door (dropped him a tip, cheers pal) handed me a large sealed bag. Inside the bag were chips - lots of chips - far more than we ordered - and no chicken (yes you read that right - no chicken) It looked like a practical joke ! I couldn't drive to the restaurant as I'd had a drink so used the complaints / refunds section on the app....3 days later and I'm still waiting. I've had nothing. No refund - no chicken. Isn't this theft? I've paid £32 for chips. ORDER NO. 352368448

Ordered a 6 piece family feast. All 6 pieces of chicken were chicken legs, rather than a mixture. Wasnt a bit happy abou this. Id rather have waited longer for my order to have a different verity.
