Man on the the phone couldn't understand me neither couod he communicate. Was very rude. I was trying to understand how there portions work and what's included etc. Told me to basically hurry up and give my order as he was busy. Probably the worst take away service I've ever experienced. Absolute rubbish

The chicken is awful and I would recommend not ordering it. It made me poorly just hours after eating it. The chips were dried up as if they’d been sat for a long time. It’s a waste of money.

Not normally one to complain but this was another level of bad. I ordered a 16" Donner calzone to take away with me.... Back in the hotel room I open the box. Wow it looked amazing. Get my first slice and it's really stringy so l was like wow epic cheese pull but then realised is was raw dough so I looked through the calzone and it was all raw and cold. Very upset and would not recommend unless you want to waste your money and end up with salmonella.

That genuinely might have been the worst kebab and pizza I've ever eaten

The food is nice, if you actually get it! Ordered on justeat.....waited over an hr and a half, rang twice to see where food was to be told "10 mins away". Food never arrived. Won't be ordering again.

Awesome food fantastic all round

I ordered food from here and it never turned up and when i went into the shop they denied me putting any contact details on the order and refused to give me a refund after waiting up for 2 hours to get the food delivered. Their customer is past a joke and how they dealt with my daughter raising their voice at her is disgusting she is a 16 year old girl attempting to get what was her last bit of pocket money back. Do not order from here

Normally can't fault this place best kebabs around and fast delivery. However ordered pizza tonight and the dough was raw. Not the First time but have them the benefit of the doubt qst time round, foods lovely just not the pizza, easily needs another 15mins in the oven

Shocking bad attitude and lots of rats stay away

This was my first time at this Pizza place, I’ve often drive past and said to my self “ that place looks nice would love to try it. So went to night for first time 31/1223. I my brother dropped his bank card unknowingly until we got home. After looking every where. I phoned Penketh pizza. Who had kindly found it and kept hold of it. Thank you for lovely Pizza, and finding my brothers bank card 🙏 🙏 🙏 and being so honest 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Ordered similar dish from this company for years, but last night arrived without the usual rice. I called up to be greeted by a very rude guy who said that’s how it is when you don’t ask for rice, I said it hasn’t been for the year I’ve been ordering, he abruptly did it is now. I basically paid £14 for a few pieces of chicken and lamb! I called back and said I’m really not happy with that to be told ‘well done fu@king eat it then, I’ll block you from ordering again and send a driver to collected it’. The driver came 5 mins later, I’m still waiting for my refund. Disgraceful company, glad I’m now blocked if never dream of using them again!

Shocking service, food bland and overpriced and overcooked, they forgot several things on the order and when they resent out there was still things missing. Owner very rude and couldn’t eat the food as was burnt

Honestly wouldn’t even given it 1 star. Food arrived 2 pizzas were soggy, the cardboard was ripping as I took it out of the bag. Ordered a kids chicken strip meal for my son for £5 and came with only 2 chicken strips. When I rang to explain I was told the kids meal only comes with 2 and it’s “tough” disgusting customer service and was told to “go through Uber”

You know when you buy a really good pizza and the base is crisp and the toppings really complement it? This is nothing like that, doughy bread and salty toppings rule here, I can't believe I've wasted my money buying this rubbish, gutted.

Didn’t even try to take my order before pointing to a sign and telling me card only. (the signs was an allergen information sign). Rude, unhelpful… went down the road to top grill.

Altogether good food and reasonably priced. I travel to use this place specifically.

Excellent quality food, always fresh and hot. The staff are always very friendly and delivery is quick.

Order a family meal at 6.32 At 7.25 got a text to say it was on its way 25 minutes later it turned up with items missing. Was told to ring up regarding missing pizza And driver said he would come back straight away While dishing out what food did arrive realised food was cold and items were prepared wrong, Rang up to tell them and was told it would be straight out, An hour later and still no pizza so had to ring back up to it’s not been sent out yet, 3 hours after ordering dinner remaining food turned up, shocking service and very disappointed with local company

The pizza was disgusting. Soggy and barely warm ..... salad wasn't the best at all. A could go on and on .... you need to up your skills in the pizza department 🤮🤢

Below average and expensive. Spent over £25 to make the free garlic bread and when I went to collect I was told they are giving me a free can of Diet Coke instead as they simply just couldn’t be bothered to make the garlic bread even though you get a free bottle of Diet Coke for spending over £15. Food was cold just feel like we was ripped off

Terrible. Chicken kebab the meat was defo not cooked today. Can make someone ill doing that! Phoned to complain, they said it’s fine?! so had to take it into the shop to get refund. Only got refunded the kebab not the service charge or delivery so I’m £5 down and had the worst meal I’ve ever had

Stale and rock hard burger buns to the point where they went straight in the bin

First time using Penketh Pizza&Kebabs and it won't be the last. We ordered a small lamb kebab plus a small chicken kebab and salads which were fresh and tasty. Portion sizes were more than enough for us including small chips too.

At last a decent kebab which is available locally. More authentic than most in Warrington with addition of optional rice and naan. The Chicken, Kofte and Donner was fresh with the Donner not being as greasy as most places. The charcoal char on the Chicken, Kofte and Naan was perfect and the the rice was light and fragrent. I also like how the meat and rice come in a tray with the naan and sauce served separately. I would definitely recommend and won't be ordering from anywhere else as long as the food stay to the same standard. 22/10/21 Food might be good but additional charges are a joke and no free delivery at all. £1 delivery when I live 3 miles away, 50p service charge for online ordering and 10p for a bag. Food was on the expensive side anyway but the additional charges are taking the mick. Back to Big Portion which is just as good but without nonsense charges.

This place is amazing delivers on time and the food is out of this world If you order you will defo not be disappointed

Only received half of our order, called to rectify this and was told the rest would arrive shortly and it didn't turn up. Clearly had no intention of sending it even though it had been paid for. Won't be using them again.

Got a pepperoni pizza which had no pepperoni on it but it was tasty

Sunday night, called ahead to check on opening times, was told open till 11pm I was stood in shop at 10.40pm ready to order was spotted by staff multiple times with no acknowlegement at all and i left after 4 minutes of being ignored Will not be returning, ordered from chicago pizza instead via just eat

The kebabs & pizzas are fab! Portion sizes are very generous. Rice is amazing. All the food tastes so fresh. This is now our go to for pizza & kebabs. Excellent!

I have visited a few times and on each occasion both the pizzas and service have been excellent! Highly recommended.

This is a meal for 3 The meats are succulent and quality pieces The salad is fresh and the rice is an unusual touch ...maybe more than 2 pittas would make this perfect We have tried many.other pizza and kebab takeaways in the area but they are no longer We will go nowhere else Even able to pay online Friendly service too We highly recommend thus new addition to Penketh

Just realised they deleted my comment on Facebook and I’m assuming they have done so for the other negative comments. I ordered from here not only did they charge me £4 extra for build your own pizza, they didn’t even accept card which the person on the phone didn’t even tell me so I was left searching for a cash machine for ages. The food was dreadful and cold do not use this place

Finally, a decent kebab! Tried Penketh Pizza & Kebab this evening for the first time. Had a chicken kebab and my partner had a cheeseburger. When I got it home I was slightly baffled by the deconstructed kebab and had a box of salad, box of chicken, a pot of sauce and a pitta bread, but once constructed again you can see why, there was loads! And filled my whole plate and that was a small. The chicken was very well cooked and very tasty. My partner said her burger tasted amazing and was very impressed. First time we used them and won't be the last.

Ordered 3 xtra large pizza and garlic bread won't be back pizza was dry hardly any tomato sauce couldn't even tell what pizza each was ordered as nxt to nothing on. them tasteless. Very disappointed. I ordered Saturday night 15th may

i ordered yesterday and they said it would be 40-45 minutes to arrive which was fine. an hour goes past i ring asking where my food was they said it would be with me in 10 minutes. i wait another half an hour before ringing them back. after 2+ hours my food finally arrives wrong + cold. the cheesy garlic bread was missing and all the salad and sauce on my kebabs were wrong. the rice i received was mushy and tasted off. i get that they are busy since it’s their first days but if they can’t make orders in time then why are they taking orders and telling customers that it will arrive in less than an hour when it clearly won’t. very disappointed and will not be returning

After the online ordering system repeatedly malfunctioning I called to place the order instead. I asked for the medium size chicken pizza they have on the menu and a sharing platter. Sent my friend to collect. No prior warning that its cash only so had to go looking for a cash machine. We got charged for a build your own pizza adding £4 to the bill and were given a mixed kebab instead of a sharing platter. Really disappointed.

I've ordered the large continental pizza and large chicken kebab. Prices are responsible for those quality food. Pizza was fully loaded with ingredients and quite cheap compare to others places, for sure worth.I need to admit that the guys don't play around.The Way of serving kebab spectacular. u won't find anywhere else. Sessons and way of serving 10 out of 10! For sure I will be back.🔪🔪🔪😊
