All the dishes were lovely, the ribs were over cooked and a bit chewy but edible.

Really nice food, massive portions and really good value for money. The restaurant kindly take notice of the order notes too. Only negative was the salt and pepper squid which was soggy but overall really enjoyed everything thank you

This was the worst Chinese food I've had. All the meals were bland and watered down. The meat had a strange texture and aftertaste. We couldn't eat much of it, and will not be ordering from here again.

the prices have gone up but the portion sizes and quality has gone down

mini banquet for 1, delicious and great value, plenty of food.

Portions were quite small for a takeaway - especially the appetisers… The mains courses were ok but the meat was 50% gristle and ended up picked out on the side

Everything was great - as it has been before. Massive portions and most of it is tasty! Good value too. Just wondering what’s happening to the soup though? Last time we had it the soup tasted like water - it didn’t taste like chicken and sweetcorn soup. I ordered it again today thinking it was just a one-off but it was the same again! It never used to be like that.

Delivery was a ridiculous amount of time when food arrived it was strone cold tried ringing the restaurant and she was extremely rude told me to stop calling or messing around???

Food was really good and great value only negative was we had scheduled the order for a specific time as were taking the dog for a walk and it came well earlier than we’d scheduled

The BBQ ribs are to DIE for they are always 10/10 spot on. Every meal we’ve had from here has been great.

1st time trying NEVER going back..…the sweet n sour chicken was really sour, the salt n pepper chips were re heated they were vial got home with the order and was missing the curry sauce. The lady in there had to help with the order as the old guy jus didnt write it all down. Feel sick now very disappointed as it just lacked flavour. Even the sweet n sour sauce tasted like disinfectant

Disappointing tonight. Salt & pepper chips we’re all wet & soggy. Prawn toast was 1 slice of toast cut into 4 strips but there was nothing prawn about that toast. Just really thin & greasy. Veggie spring rolls had more pastry than veg 😔

Delivery was longer than expected, wouldn’t order again as you don’t get your money worth in the slightest . Get tiny portions in a little tub and the quality of the food is lacking . Use to be great quality years ago here but never again , partner even said not to order here as we tried it few months ago on her account and was the same not good

Food (banquet + extras) were ready after only 10 minutes. Food was cold and could tell it had been rewarmed. Can’t complain via just eat as after 2 hours the status of the delivery still hasn’t been changed

Never ordered from here before but gave it a try and wasn’t disappointed! We ordered the banquet for 2, everything was absolutely delicious and lasted us 2 days, such good value for money and will definitely be our go to in future.

over an hour early so it was spoilt, partner hadn't even got home. salt and pepper chips were from frozen fries and in a plastic container so they were wet. Chicken fried rice was dry and flavourless. special chow mein had hardly any meat and was really bland. Worse take away we've ever had!!!

Tried the place because it considerably cheaper on here than others. Truth is you get what you pay for. Prawn toast was a slice of bread with a very very think slither of prawn…won tons small, spring rolls ok, chips very small portion. Weirdly all the starters and chips were anaemic and pale. Prawn toast for example was still floppy bread… also it was very bland, no seasoning or flavour anywhere. If you’re looking for cheap and cheerful…you’ll get cheap here but pay the extra and go your usual

A little disappointed there's only one of each (rib, wonton and samosa) but otherwise was great. Would order again 🤘

Are these good reviews bought?? I’ve never had anything something so disgusting in my life. The beef curry , the beef is coated in some undercook batter. The spring rolls oozed cold oil. It’s all in the bin pictures sent to just eat for a refund. Frozen pizza in oven. Gob smacked this has an over 4 rating. You all should try jades garden for a nice Chinese

Have used this takeaway for a few years now as it's always been good value and reasonable food. However, last two visits, the portions have been very small. Won't be going again.

the ribs were delicious. however hardly any meat, and barely a teaspoon of honey. the crispy seaweed tasted stale. the crispy Mongolian lamb was amazing.

Spot on as per usual. Never had a bad order experience with The Rose Delight and I highly recommend the beef in Szechuan sauce

The order took over 2 hours to arrive, it's clear that this restaurant has taken more orders than they are able to fulfill. not only was it late but the quality of the food was poor, we have ordered from the restaurant before and enjoyed the food. This time it was clear that the food was rushed, I appreciate that Christmas eve is probably a busy night but they shouldn't take more orders than they can fulfil, which thet clearly have.
