Good parking area, off the main road, drive in services, friendly staff on hand to assist your order.

Usual KFC set up but staff were very helpful more so than other KFC's we have visited

Food and service was great but seems a bit dodgy with 2 security on the door.

Forced to order from a kiosk, not allowed to order from the counter anymore. No customer service skills, basics missing. KFC is going downhill.

Good food, expensive prices, it costed the same for a wrap and a drink for a full meal at McDonald's

It’s KFC. Always intrigues me why generally I have to wait in the car park when using the drive through. We order chicken, they sell chicken, but it seems to catch them out every time!

I had a delivery and they forgot 2 cookies I am dissatisfied and disappointed this isn’t the first time spent over £3 on just 2 cookies and didn’t even get them

I'm a taxi driver and I'm eating KFC once a week all around UK, but this was the worst KFC meal I've ever had. On the meat was missing that flour specific for KFC and had no taste at all, the chips and the drink were from 2 days ago probably. I will never come back again here and I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

KFC as expected but staff somewhat lacklustre and struggling .. unable to take a card payment .. unable to find an item on the Self Service screens. Disappointed apart from the food.

Visited today, toilets were dirty and overflowing. The food and service was good, but the small fries was very small almost 1/3 missing. I have used this store before in the past.

I don’t write this lightly! I’m sure people that have been in here previously may have experienced the the same? I took my wife and 9 year old twins on for lunch on Sunday. We Walked in there ordered food from the auto ordering systems, had a question regarding the difference between 2 meals, so I walked up to the counter, where no one else was waiting, the 3 individuals working there who looked at me blank faced and couldn’t answer my simple question of “what was the difference between the two zinger meals”! I Should have walked out there and then. However my children were excited as it was their first KFC experience, and last! I proceeded to ordered. There were only ourselves and 2 other people ordering and 3 young girls sitting in the corner chatting away without any food. 5 mins later our order was called out and we went to collect from our table. As I sat down within our food a number of youths, I would say 10, aged between 10 and 16 walked in and started talking to the girls sitting down none of them eating or ordering food. I stared to open our food, when I noticed a piece of my chicken, from my zinger box meal was raw! I took it out of my mouth and went up to the counter, the “manager” tried to tell me it was marinade, regardless of the fact it wasn’t and it was actually red around the bone. He said her would replace it if I liked….. I said yes please! By this time these youths , mainly male, we’re smoking vapes in the eating area blowing smoke rings, and generally being a noisy nuisance. Again none of them were eating or ordering any food, they had absolutely no respect for their surroundings or the fact we were eating with my family in a, supposed, family environment. The, re-made, chicken wings were brought over to me this time, I checked 1 and though “great, they’ve sorted it now, then I went to eat the other, larger peice, yet again raw chicken! I spat it out! The youths were getting Louder and moving around the floor space more and, at least 6 of them were blowing their vape smoke all around the restaurant just a few feet from our table. I really wanted to tell them about themselves but decided against it as they wouldn’t give a damn as they clearly had no self respect and certainly no respect for anyone else. Also I didn’t want to have my children see any confrontation. I said to one of the employees, “it’s more like a youth club in here than a family restaurant” she said yeah we’ve called the police and they’ve done nothing, I asked to see the manager, she walked off and stood in the corner, no sure what she was doing, after a few more minutes I left taking my family with me and will not be returning again’. A shocking experience for my young twins to see how people behave these days. Even more disappointing that their behaviour was deemed acceptable and no doubt a regular occurrence at this establishment regardless of, apparent, Police or staff interjecting and to top it all off they’ve served me raw chicken twice. Abysmal atmosphere, abysmal standard of food quality control and abysmal customer service. What a waste of nearly £40. I will never go again, and I know know why the place was empty!!! I eagerly wait KFCs response, no doubt I’ll never get one.

Yes a good serving boy, and we could understand him. Food was served quickly and was freshly made, clean environment, will call again. Slight ordering issues this time as chip's were missing from order, food good but need to pay more attention to order's. Not bad food with offers service acceptable. Chips have now improved vastly, still very cool if eating in.

What ever they have done to the fries is amazing they taste so good

20 minute wait for a fillet burger to be given one that had been sat going cold for 10 minutes. Girl behind counter looked like she didnt want to be there with the way she was throwing boxes and bags around. More attention to waiting customers than Deliveroo and Just Eat next time!!!

Very quiet when I visited this place quick service and kfc is kfc no more no less

Twice now I've been through the drive through and asked politely for a large 3 piece meal with no chicken legs and was assured not a problem. The missis doesn't like them. And there they are in the bag again. The chicken portion sizes are terrible!! So small for £8 odd, terrible value for money and wont ever go there again. The chicken used to be much bigger and obviously penny pinching poor poor quality now to the customer K.F.C used to be something to look forward to as a treat but it's turned into a rip off for customers.

A handy stop off on my journey from Lichfield to Wolverhampton. Quite a compact KFC. One of smallest I've been in. Food was hot and tasted as expected. Despite not being busy the restaurant was messy. Over flowing bins and uncleared tables, there seemed plenty of staff but all located safely behind the counter apart from one staff member on their break. I'm guessing the seating is designed to make you hurry up, eat your food and go but definitely the most uncomfortable seating in any of the major fast food restaurants. Overall uninspiring but convenient.

Food as expected but service not so good .. why was it a struggle to place an order.

First of all it took 3 people to pack 1 delivery and we had to wait a while to finnaly get served which we was not asked if eating in or take way and just put the food as takeaway and My food was not very hot at all when I finally got to eat it so over all terrible service and not very good food

I visited this kfc and to be completely honest it was rubbish! The food was shocking and cold luckily Shaun was to rescue and make up for Charlie’s flaws with his amazing service honestly Charles deserved the sack when I returned my cold food he said ok waited 45 minutes then got given food before he gave it me he ate a chip out of it in front of me! Disgraceful. But I would love to mention Shaun with his amazing service at the start such a polite young man when I was eating he helped an old person by opening the door what a gentleman!

0 stars for service. Sophie dealing with orders in the drive thru needs additional training which clearly never received at home. The basics... please, thank you, sorry for your wait. Come on guys!!! Sophie is not the only one who needs to sort themselves out! The passive aggressive Asian young man who's worked there a long time needs to show a better example. If you lot can't provide BASIC STANDARDS OF SERVICE, get some new staff in with a much better attitude!

Honestly do not know why I bother with KFC any more and following my last order I will not be ordering again. I think I keep remembering back to the KFC of the 90’s with the decent chips and fluffy spiced coating on the chicken and thinking this is how it still is. This particular branch has gone even further downhill if that is even possible. They always used to forget items, which seems to have improved slightly lately. The last two orders though, I ordered 10 piece buckets. Of those 10 pieces 7 (!!!!) yes 7 were leg pieces. 2 were thigh. And 1 measly small breast piece. I don’t even like the leg pieces. You used to get one or two legs and the rest breast or thigh. To happen twice must be no coincidence, must be standard to put cheap leg pieces in buckets. Large popcorn chicken is about as filling as a packet of crisps. The chips if you can call them chips are soggy half cooked potatoe trimmings. Even the kids don’t even like KFC any more. Oh and the price at drive thru used to be a lot cheaper than ordering online. Well today the drive thru prices are exactly the same as ordering online. What a con. Never again. Never.

I know staff need breaks but large numbers together during busy times needs to be addressed.

Went in to order food as people my age was getting served and got told if we ordered we would get a refund straight away,it was like a one rule for one and another one for another ,got treated unfair and wasnt even allowed to walk in here when i was willing to get my food and leave straight away .My friends and i was the only ones who were getting told that we couldnt get served and even when we left they served more people our age.

Sadly this KFC is not always up to par with the normal standard of the chain. There are many young kids that hang around outside in the park and the food is always cold

Food took quite a long time and recently my chicken has been dripping with oil at the bottom of buckets, not sure why this happens now. Chips are often disappointing too. However the burgers, boneless chicken and wings are always great.

An average KFC that unfortunately seems to also operate as an after school club for kids. The place was full of school kids messing about, none of whom had actually purchased anything. The staff seem perfectly happy with this situation, but I'm not sure genuine customers liked it much.

Over run by 11 to 14s year olds? Loud, rude and throwing food,wipes and chips every where. Chicmen hot, chips had been there ages. Would travel further to a decent (hahaha) KFC. Even worse approaches the order counter to be told by a female staff member oh it’s card go away and use the display and pay then walked off with no explanation Extremely poor needs regional area manager to sort out the disaster here

Ordered through just eat tonight, it's been 2 hours since we placed the order. The app says the driver has now been at the restaurant waiting for the food for 45minutes. Have tried to call and the mobile number shown doesn't work, found a landline number and noone has answered. Absolutely horrific service. My partner has had to drive there to find out what is taking so long. Defeating the object of ordering food for delivery. Told him to cancel the order while he is there and we will be reordering from elsewhere.

Rubbish place been here a few times went there on the 22/04 ordered via the app said collection is before 10.30pm arrived at the front door to find it locked was knocking door not one member of the teenage staff would come to the door so ended up waiting in the drive through queue explained to the guy also asked for no Drumstick in the box when I got him there was no piece of chicken suspect because I asked not for a drum stick they decided not to give me any chicken the burger and the fries was stone cold on the five minute drive home so it went straight in the bin ended up putting in a complaint via KFC who have said there regional coach would be speaking to the branch manager won't returning back here as this this the 3rd issue I've had here. Badly run place to eat at 1*

Why is it when you use the drive through when you get home, what you have ordered and paid for, is not all there. This is not the first time this has happened and just makes me 😡😡

Had an Uber eats delivery from kfc Walsall wood yesterday, several things missing from my order, have been calling for 2 days now and left message for “Ross” on answer machine but no response. Poor customer service and on top of this the food I had was slapped together not to mention the pathetic amount of chips I had!!

Parked up waited 15 minutes for our food. Only to get home and been given a plain fillet burger even though I paid the £9 to get a tower burger box meal and my bf got a zinger when he asked for a fillet. Really really disappointed, we have a bit of a drive to get to this kfc so couldn't not return to send it back or have it changed. Paid £22 for this meal and highly wished we'd gone elsewhere. Highly advise to go to any other kfc and check your meal before you drive off

Absolutely awful! 3 times I had to give my order then drove round and asked them to check again it was right. Some girl couldn’t be bothered at all. Took a treat back for my mum only to find half the order missing! Chicken was dark and dry and overheated and soggy chips. Avoid at all costs!

That many meals packed onto back wall. Delivery men keep pushing there mobile phones forward for there order. 3 items missing off my order when j got to my daughter's. Won't go to that one again. Nobody seemed to car. Machine to put your order in no was not printing. Our order was called but it wasn't ready.

Kfc at walsall wood are really beyond a joke. Spent £40, I specifically called the store to ask for plain burgers. Waited 1 hour 10 minutes for delivery, guess what the burgers arrived not plain, which we couldn't eat. Staff are very inexperienced, do not listen to customers requirements. Called the store young boy answered who reckoned my order was dispatched within 1 minute but had no explanation why I waited over an hour for deliver which is only 2 miles away. Honestly won't be coming here again service and staff are just appalling. This isn't the first time either I've lost count but the kids like kfc 🙄 but that's it now

Got home and literally 6 items out of my order were missing 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wouldn’t bother with these again

I usually go to Tamworth KFC where the service is excellent. This place is something else. Having had poor experience on several occasions a while back, I thought things may have improved. Sadly not. Must be one of the worst KFC franchises in the Midlands. PS to add insult to injury, they only had a single breast portion of chicken at 7.0 pm on a Friday.

The Colonel would not be proud. I am a die hard KFC fan, name a place i've been to and i've had a KFC there.. this is by far the worst KFC i have ever been to in my 27 years of living. 11 Herbs and Spices.. Yes, that part you can't really get wrong, a bun for your burger, no chance, the sides that come with your box meal, forget it, way too much to ask for from this KFC. Save yourself the dissapointment and keep driving until you next see the Colonel's beautiful face.

Gave more attention to delivery drivers than people inside ordering. I waited 20 mins for my food, it took 15 mins before someone said to sort my order as I'd been waiting ages. I did get an apology.

Walked in Sunday to order a meal 15 minutes later we walked out after waiting by till for long enough to be ignored even if 1 member of team would of acknowledge our presence I would of waited I could see it was busy so just a "be with you has soon as possible" would of been enough but nothing

Don’t go here. I know a few people who have had food poisoning after eating the chicken due to it being undercooked. My mate and his old man came down with food poisoning after eating chicken fillets. Place needs to be shut down.

What an awful place this is. The service is the worst I have encountered from a takeaway establishment. For the third time in a row, parts of my order were missing. Fortunately, on this occasion, I checked before driving away from the window and pointed out that there were no fries with my meal (a major component of any 'meal' order) - the attitude was terrible, with the two people involved thinking it was funny. Additionally, throughout the transaction, when I got to the window, the person serving never said a word (on my receipt, the cashier's name is Charlie). This will be the last time that I ever visit KFC and I will be going to McDonald's, instead, from now on (it is worth the extra distance for better service).

Why don't they give wipes/tissues and spoons with your meals? Went to the drive through, server complained she couldn't hear anything, I said try the other ear!! She still couldn't hear me.... This was at the serving window... Not the intercom, beans was my side order..... No fork or spoon.... Had to drink the beans out the tub, no coffee either. What the hell going on Colonel??

Really poor representation of what a KFC can be, with half-cold food (fries had obviously been cooked ages ago), spicy wings were massively salty, and the restaurant was extremely dirty. Food under all of the tables, half of the tables covered in spilt salt and sauce and bits of chicken from previous customers. Service at the counter was indifferent at best, and no receipts were printable by the self service machines. It’s crystal clear that the team in this restaurant operate without any training or supervision at all, if our experience is anything to go by. First and last time I’ll be bringing my family here.

Used a few times, one of the nicest I've visited. Great food alway fresh and hot weather eating in or taking out.

Its the first time i have used this KFC and it turns out to be just like the others where you have to check your food before leaving as things are missing no dip provided which i had to ask for which you shouldnt have to when it comes with the meal and Colslaw also missing also no receipt provided at the self service terminal.

I was very disappointed from start to finish I ordered using the screen no receipt was printed so waiting around at the counter trying to remember my order number, when she called out what I believed was mine, I was unsure what i ordered and what you get with your order, when I asked for the receipt she got RC with me, I asked for some mayonnaise I was told they no longer supply it, I asked for the franchisees area managers phone number I was told they didn't have it didn't know who it was, I took two of the chicken up to the counter to show the size difference, she sucked on a lips and said that's the way it comes towards different sizes, I don't expect to pay over £30 for such a bad product and bad service, if somebody from KFC bothers to read with people's review maybe they could contact me

Loads of staff but very slow service. Staff don't acknowledge you to let you no they will be with you soon. They are on a go slow all the time. Always get the order wrong.

3 times in a row they "forgotten" to add your food, it is frustrating when you get home and all your family is eating but your bag of hot wings is missing... on top of everything when you think drive trough is faster you are wrong again, they asked me to wait when i was the second and only us , 2 cars in there... i am not a Karen but they talk to you like you owe them money ... SHAME!

Very rude girl behind the counter. Everyone else was OK. Blonde girl with glasses was OK. 1st of August 6:30pm. Firstly I've been told there is no watermelon drink so I was proposed other option. That's fine. But you pay extra for watermelon and wasn't proposed anything extra without asking. Poor service. Eventually I have been given standard soft drink but large. Then one sauce was missing on my try so then I approached her again with the receipt and after checking it, she's thrown the sauce on the counter. Everyone around me, who's seen this sceene was shocked with this behaviour. After about 10 minutes there was some lady approaching me asking whether the staff, in particular 'this' girl, was the same rude to me as to her. Wrong person is doing this job leaving your customers with bad experience.. Don't recommend unless you like rude attitude and sauces being thrown in a front of you.
