Every time I've ordered got drumsticks

The offer and rewards are sometimes small in size Also the large fries were barely regular size. Cost cutting for them.. a bit insulting for loyal customers

Everytime i come here they think of a new way to ruin your meal. Needs shutting down permanently

Food was bad kept changing delivery time will not recommend

Chicken has become more and more salty recently and hot wings don't seem to be spicy anymore.

Wrong sides included, and wrong drink delivered

only half my meals arrived disappointed!!

Love the amount of options there are and that you can sit outside. Friendly staff and my kids love it here

Never delivered, driver messaged to say it was taking a long time at the restaurant so left without it. Had to drive over to collect with my kids as it had been 90 mins since the order was placed with an original delivery time of 20 mins! Guys and girls at the restaurant were great but appalling that this can happen.

We went through the drive through yesterday and the gentleman serving was such a lovely man. His name was Alex and we wanted to thank him for a lovely experience and to keep being happy and smiling. The food was also very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Missing large gravy and large beans

It's probably the worst KFC restaurant in the country. Imagine getting a bucket of 12 pieces of burnt chicken drumsticks 2 wings as a party bucket. The second time all drumsticks...shameful!

Be great if the staff here knew how to put the items you order into a bag. Twice now iv had items missing from my order. It seriously cannot be that difficult.

Never have I been made to wait 5 minutes at a drivethrough to give an order. The place wasn't even busy and it was 5 minutes after they spoke to me.

They had forgot food on my order, reordered the stuff that they had forgot and they took twice as long to deliver as well as sending the smallest piece of chicken in the world. Food arrived eventually and it was a state, not the quality I expect for the price.

Don't go in and expect to gwt served anytime soon. Staff are too busy chatting in the food prep area and serving the 3 cars in the drive they.

Ordered the online deal of two twister raps and 2 signature fries twice over, & a box of 20 chicken wings, only recieved 2 twister wraps and chicken wings, was missing 2 twister wraps and all 4 fries, disappointing after waiting over an hour from order to delivery

Poor quality food. Dry and poor pieces of chicken. Driver made about 4 other deliveries in the opposite direction first.

Good parking area, off the main road, drive in services, friendly staff on hand to assist your order.

Wish there were more thighs not keen on drumsticks, think you should have a choice.

Food is always fresh, hot, delicious high quality. I always get the correct order. Well done and thank you ☺️

Items missing and the food was cold

Usual KFC set up but staff were very helpful more so than other KFC's we have visited

Food and service was great but seems a bit dodgy with 2 security on the door.

If they weren’t the only kfc in my area to deliver I’d never order . Everytime I order multiple things are either missing or wrong I’m impressed they’re still trading.

Forced to order from a kiosk, not allowed to order from the counter anymore. No customer service skills, basics missing. KFC is going downhill.

Both zinger burgers were bone dry, barely any lettuce and no sauce on neither. Food was cold apart from the gravy

There was no gravy, ordered a large side of beans and a large coleslaw. we received two small beans.

We didnt have food on our visit. Great beers knowledgeable friendly staff , will definately go again soon.

It’s KFC. Always intrigues me why generally I have to wait in the car park when using the drive through. We order chicken, they sell chicken, but it seems to catch them out every time!

Specifically asked for no sauce on burger due to allergy and ended up with burger covered in sauce. It was in big letters on the receipt. Can you not read? I now have no burger.

half order missing and when contacted the restaurant they passed the blame and said it was the drivers error.....the only solution they could give me was a code to order again WITHIN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS!!!!not today or pay more money to receive the missing items. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

feeling rough with a cold, my kfc certainly lifted the spirits. Superb

Never had a problem but today they’ve missed off a complete meal, Rang the store , no help at all, offer a refund or a code for next time which doesn’t really help when you were expecting food for your tea

I would have given 5 stars for both, however there was an item missing from the order. The coleslaw, which was part of one of the orders, was not included.

I'm a taxi driver and I'm eating KFC once a week all around UK, but this was the worst KFC meal I've ever had. On the meat was missing that flour specific for KFC and had no taste at all, the chips and the drink were from 2 days ago probably. I will never come back again here and I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Just dumped on the front door didn’t even wait a second to hand me my food, and be thankful that my order is giving him a job ,

The chicken wasn’t fresh and juicy it just felt hard and the mayonnaise didn’t taste fresh either
