KFC Walsall Wood - Lichfield Road in Walsall

Put note to restaurant to say no sauce/no mayo. Food arrived WITH SAUCE ON so ended up in the bin!! What is the point of having an area to make a note if the note gets ignored?

First time from here also last time. Hot wings very hot heat wise. Rest food was mixed chicken so luke warm & other chicken was over cooked & dry & cold. I also left a note for they totally ignored 2 things.

Forgot 2 meals , it’s ridiculous, never get right order , needs sorting

My order was incomplete again. I ordered an extra portion of spicy wings. I paid for them and never received them. Scam

Staff dont seem to care, talk to you like crap and theres always loads of scruffs (yutes) causing chaos in there and throwing crap around.

Not good for delivery drivers. Long wait and they don’t care about deliveries. So stay away if you want to make money.

I love a KFC and this location is ideal for me as it's just a short drive away. I visit regularly so they know my order and will sometimes have my order ready by the time I get to the counter.

Food was cold considering I only live 0.5 miles away from KFC. It wasn’t the delivery fault it must have been sent out like that or prepared and waiting for collection. It was awful.

Food great, driver polite will definitely order again

Ordered a few times and when I order the 3 piece bone chicken I end up with 3 chicken legs and not a mix. It's not good as not everyone likes the dark chicken meat. Also I regularly get delivered cold food via Uber Eats. Finally it's cheaper order via Uber eats than direct via the Kentucky app.

Delivery time kept changing. Was delivered on time in the very latest updated time having waited an hour and half from ordering. Food was luke warm as delivery driver delivered someone elses order which was further away than we were beforehand!!!

Delivery was 1 hour 20 minutes after ordering and the order was missing items Delivery driver was nice

Delivery driver forgot the fries, pressured us for the delivery code before we brought the order inside. Opened the bag and all the fries were missing. Requested a refund but the owner said that as we gave the delivery order we couldn't get a refund.

Missing items in order, when I highlighted this the answer I receiver was 'you accepted the order it's your fault' but how could I know thier is items missing unless I accept the order and look. Terrible customer service. Do not use this place, go a little further out you way to avoid being stolen from.

Ordered one plain meal and even left note for restaurant and the meal came with more mayo on and lettuce than the other meals combined

Visited for take away 2nite first time in ages and a lovely young lad named Kenzie served us he woz soooo polite and helpful and served us b4 all the user drivers who who were very impatient 😀 thanx kenzie asset to the company x

sadly the food arrived cold, chips had seen better days and the chicken was only warm and stale, had a bad experience with them before but thought i would give them another try but not going to order again

Sides missing, I don’t know how you can mix up 2 & 4 but here we are! Kfc is quite expensive so you’d think the extra care would be taken to pack orders correctly. I’ve come to realise there are very few food places round here capable of reading and packing orders properly. Stuff either isn’t put in or you get someone else’s order And usually at a lot lower value. Something seriously needs doing about the service these restaurants are providing via just eat

Wrong order delivered. These things happen, no problem. Rang the store and I was met with the most unprofessional attitude I’ve ever experienced. He was the manager but wouldn’t give his name. Disowned the entire issue. Blaming uber eats ( I didn’t employ uber eats so my contract is with KFC) Essentially, if I wanted to the error resolved I would have to drive to the store and collect the correct order. - if I’d been able to collect I’d have done that in The first place. Rude, unprofessional and irresponsible.

At 8,42 on Thursday 16th of Jan Your staff was throwing rubbish bag's round your lobby It split and liquid went over everything the store is a joke the staff are vile and the security is a joke I've given you the dates and time I'll be calling soon to find out what actions you have taken I will also be contacting tradering standards and food safety 1st thing Friday morning You need looking into absolute joke

Pretty good KFC.. sometimes food is amazing others it's not quite as good.. I suppose it depends on the staff.. but service is always fast

Looks ok from the outside but normally overun by young scrotes of a night but security are in place, orders are rushed as just eat driver's keep rolling up , the pigeon's they cook are small and chip portions too, I would avoid as extortionate.

the original delivery time was 20.40 , the time changed about 5 times and it turned up at 21.19 everything was cold .not sure what went wrong with this order but it was not edible . I stopped ordering from McDonald's for the same reason.

wrong order delivered. neither the delivery driver nor the restaurant were any help all passing the blame. saying I need to reorder and sort it out a refund. fine if I have the money but not everyone has that money spare to be able to reorder and then wait for a refund. someone in the line needs to start taking responsibility when the orders are wrong and not putting it all on the customer

Unfortunately paid over £50 and almost 2 hours for delivery, when it did arrive it was cold plus half the order missing! Really not good enough

Never delivered, driver messaged to say it was taking a long time at the restaurant so left without it. Had to drive over to collect with my kids as it had been 90 mins since the order was placed with an original delivery time of 20 mins! Guys and girls at the restaurant were great but appalling that this can happen.

We went through the drive through yesterday and the gentleman serving was such a lovely man. His name was Alex and we wanted to thank him for a lovely experience and to keep being happy and smiling. The food was also very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Missing large gravy and large beans

It's probably the worst KFC restaurant in the country. Imagine getting a bucket of 12 pieces of burnt chicken drumsticks 2 wings as a party bucket. The second time all drumsticks...shameful!

Be great if the staff here knew how to put the items you order into a bag. Twice now iv had items missing from my order. It seriously cannot be that difficult.

Never have I been made to wait 5 minutes at a drivethrough to give an order. The place wasn't even busy and it was 5 minutes after they spoke to me.

They had forgot food on my order, reordered the stuff that they had forgot and they took twice as long to deliver as well as sending the smallest piece of chicken in the world. Food arrived eventually and it was a state, not the quality I expect for the price.
