KFC Tunbridge Wells - Grosvenor Road in Tunbridge Wells

I don’t often do KFC- it’s a rare treat for the kids a few times a year and often the expectation is low. I was pleasantly surprised (enough to share feedback). Lovely freshly cooked chicken that was indeed finger licking good! Everything was freshly prepared . The only minor thing is the now cooking and ready board which just was perplexing . They could also do with someone coming to clean tables down every hour or so aswell- it wasn’t bad but could be better . Other than that congrats to the team (Sunday 10th lunchtime )

Please bring halal KFC .there is not halal KFC in town

A KFC is a KFC lol...alright for a quick snack once in a while.

Genuinely disgusting, absolutely filthy on every table and no effort from anyone to clear anything

I ordered dinner in advance and order wasn’t delivered.

My partner had traditional box meal and I had vegan burger with fries. He was happy with his chicken and said it was good. I had the vegan which was very good not bland at all. Very tasty one of the best vegan burgers I have had. Clean good service and friendly staff. Will be back.

It was very amazing food options in this restaurant, I like most chicken wings and burger options, service's are Good.

I visited the store is very good environment and good cleaning of food tables .chicken is very crispy and fresh fries.i request in this town none of the kfc is halal and if you make it halal it will very helpful more people

Absolutely disgrace, ordered two burgers and two popcorn chickens and got two burgers and chips disgrace

The food came very early and i wasn't at home. It was given 10:05 pm as the delivery time but came at 9 45 pm.... But luckily the courier man called as per the note I gave during ordering and he left it at the porch as I asked him to. Didn't ring the call bell. thanks for that. The courier guy was good and the food is good as well. just that it came before estimated time was inconvenient.

Beautiful as always! Shame the driver managed to slide the gravy over and it popped open and evacuated the contents across most of our order.

The bucket of chicken from the bucket for one meal was missing. Only got chips and drinks.

Chips were cold and chicken was luke warm.

Ordered my food thinking/ expecting it to arrive within the next 30 minutes but had to wait an hour for my food to be delivered which when arrived was COLD!

Food was not like anything presentation wise on the board… Just a lump of chicken with something stuck on top of it.. Also a bit grubby in there.. They have some kind of security guy there who I felt sorry for as he just paced up and down all the time looking proper fed up

Security guard doesn’t look like a guard, thought it was another customer at first and he paces around the restaurant like a car on a racing circuit. I understand why he’s there and he’s probably bored out of his mind but it’s like an annoying mosquito.

Ordered via KFC website. Missing main meal in the order. Called helpline who have promised to refund the single item amount but still charged for delivery and service fee (?). In short, I missed my dinner yet still had to pay for the privilege. Shockingly poor service.

Absolutely filthy and we will never return to this branch of KFC! All of the tables were dirty, covered in food, discarded chicken bones. When we asked for a table to be cleaned (I would have happily cleaned it myself!) so that we could sit down and eat they cleared/cleaned one table (badly) You have the cleaning products out - wouldn’t you clear and clean the rest of the tables quickly?? The food was fine. But the state of the premises has completely put us off returning
