I ordered a zinger tower burger, there was about 1% chicken and 99% breadcrumbs in that burger. Genuinely did not even taste the chicken. Very disappointed, not worth the amount I spent on it.

I went there to get zinger rice box 2 days ago and it was very bad and the sweetcorn was burnt. I truly don't recommend this . Please bring the old rice box back.

The chicken was very cold and dry. I’m a butcher by trade and the chicken was cooked days ago and not fresh hence why it was dry. Kids were very disappointed in the food as we wanted to eat after opening out fast.

The chips were severely undercooked which led to me and child being unwell the whole night. Wouldn’t order from them again. Extremely disappointed.

The delivery driver was very rude. He went to the wrong address. I did make note that he needed to come to the house with a red car as we have two Number fours on our road. He rang me. I’m very rudely told me to come to him I sent my daughter outside to meet him. Was not happy with the service he provided.

This is my favorite place for French fries and chicken. Customers can either place order through a self checkout machine or over the counter. There is no parking lot space and therefore each is left to find somewhere to pack.

This branch of Kentucky is an absolute joke delivery of food with parts of your order missing with no explanation or offer of resolve, I will never order from them again.
