I visited 2nd time in this week there it was very nice experience.customer service was exceptional food was hot and fresh I enjoyed my meal . definitely I will recommend people to go there for quality food and amazing offers

Served by Salman at 1:30 on Sunday 6th October. Not only was this the fastest KFC I’ve received, it was also the with freshly fried chicken and the fries were amazing. Thank you to Salman and his team for representing KFC the way it should be.

Cold food and wrong order. Never again

The food was flavorful, but the experience of enjoying a warm, comforting meal was missing.

The only thing they left out a gravy and 1 potion of chips apart from that everything was goodcv

This is a fairly new branch. However, it looks unloved, cold and unwelcoming. The seated area was closed on a mid evening Sunday so we had to use the seating new the front door so it was a tad drafty. Clear they had not planned for customer service as there was one member of staff who tried to run everything by herself with little or no support. I found the touch screen panel easy to use but there was many customers who did not and asked for help but didn't get it as the one member of staff could not run the counter and help on the ordering. I ordered a spicy rice box and got a box half full of lettuce and altogether quite bland as it had no additional sauces apart from ketchup. A complete rethink is needed for this branch as the execution of the delivery to the customer is not what I would expect from a worldwide brand. It's on par with a cheap chicken shop. I've been back since and the customer service has significantly improved, well done for getting back on track.

THE WORST FOOD EVER!! the chicken was cremated. It also was freezing cold. The chips were cold. Everything was disgusting wasted £30 on a family sharing for us to to throw it all in the bin.

Left a bad review a few years, however there is new staff and management. I have had quick and accurate service for the last year or so. Staff are well trained and proactive. I still religiously check my order, but I really don’t need to anymore at this KFC.

Bought a popcorn chicken box meal with a wrap qnd an extra side of chips . All was well except for the food I got in the box which wouldn't be enough if I did not buy the extra stuff. It's almost like they reduced my box meal because I decided to get an extra separate side

It's my favourite KFC. The food is cooked to a high standard and the staff are very friendly and helpful. So special thanks to Salman, Sudha, Uzma, Quarsum, Elaine and everybody at KFC 744-746a London Road.

Ye, even with discount for £10 off it's not worth it. They don't even bother with sauces or salt packs. Overall quality is terrible for the price, and as I mentioned even with discount it feels like a waste. Just order from somewhere else

Chicken was dried out as if had been stored in a desert and not juicy and tender as it should be,The hot wings were so small I think they Kentucky fried some sparrows. Wish I hadn’t bothered!

I ordered the food around 12 noon (11:58), so that I could eat it during my lunch break (12:40-13:10). Food arrived at 13:20. I couldn’t eat my lunch and also the food was all cold! The delivery guy might have had the food for a long time as it got all cold and soft. Very unhappy with the service.

This branch made me hate kfc , their staff is not skilled, they don’t even know how to cook. I ordered zinger meal which was stale and cold, my husband ordered chicken strip bucket , i even can’t explain how worse that was, the crunch was stale and chicken was full of oil, seemed like they deep fried that stuff for second time to make it look hot. COLD AGAIN, because the driver went to another address in the opposite direction first, and that took him 15 minutes before he turned around and came past KFC and then towards me, i take screenshots of this every time but nothing happens

The delivery person was in Thornton road for about 10 -15 minutes so my delivery time changed to extra 20mins so my meal was just warm to eat.

Another great meal from KFC and a timely delivery from Just Eat.

I went last week and there's a lady's name called Miss Uzma, she was very kind and amazing, her customer service was outstanding and she was multitask she's talented she's serving and taking orders serving at the back plus looking after her customer.I was very happy with her serving me, I would recommend you to go to miss uzma.

why did the delivery driver go all the way to Purley way with my food. trying to deliver it on the way BACK to KFC. I live like 5 minutes ride from the place 😫😠😡

The quantity of food is very low . The same staff in the reception go for packing food.

Food is so dry, how can they be the king of chicken and it’s all so dry and tasteless. The chicken has so many bones that shouldn’t be there. I have ate at many chicken eateries and there are so many tiny bones that don’t make sense. Wonder if the production line is off??

when buying a bucket they give you the smallest piece of chicken it could pass off as wings

Food never hot enough - always have to heat it up in the even. Quality of fried chicken has gone down, it's all bony and smaller pieces, which I thought should be of better quality in the Family Bucket as compared with Bargain sharing buckets. However, it wasn't even in a 'bucket", just in a box.
