I went there to get zinger rice box 2 days ago and it was very bad and the sweetcorn was burnt. I truly don't recommend this . Please bring the old rice box back.

The chicken was very cold and dry. I’m a butcher by trade and the chicken was cooked days ago and not fresh hence why it was dry. Kids were very disappointed in the food as we wanted to eat after opening out fast.

The chips were severely undercooked which led to me and child being unwell the whole night. Wouldn’t order from them again. Extremely disappointed.

The delivery driver was very rude. He went to the wrong address. I did make note that he needed to come to the house with a red car as we have two Number fours on our road. He rang me. I’m very rudely told me to come to him I sent my daughter outside to meet him. Was not happy with the service he provided.

This is my favorite place for French fries and chicken. Customers can either place order through a self checkout machine or over the counter. There is no parking lot space and therefore each is left to find somewhere to pack.

I am attempting to place an order through the KFC app using the 25% discount code KFC25LUNCH. While the code initially applies the 25% discount, the app rejects my payment when I proceed to checkout. After refreshing the app and attempting to use the code again, it states that the code has already been used, even though the payment was not completed. When I retry without the code, the payment goes through successfully. This is the second consecutive time I have encountered this issue.

I ordered my usual, but when I got my meal, there was barely any chicken in there On top of that, there was no napkins or utensils provided, making it a messy experience. the time kept getting put back further and further. by the time the food got here the fries were warm and limp. cold pineapple slice put in the bag with warm food. All round dissapointing. Chicken burger looked dry and dissapointing.

The chicken in the Zinger burger was hard with a rubbery texture, so wasn’t edible at all. Too much salt on the chips, only good thing was the wings. KFC tastes awful nowadays. Won’t be ordering again.
