Fries were cold and chicken was very dry, not all the pieces could be eaten as unedible. Drink was never delivered. I contacted the restaurant who said that they delivered but never did. Please could you arrange for this to be delivered to me ASAP

All the food delivered was hot. Great. Probably a direct delivery. Perfect!

Spent more than enough for stale food always use the kfc on mead way wich is beautiful but greenbridge is a different story it been sat there for so long it’s cold and stale the bread and chips was chewy and hard the chicken dry like it’s been days the staff also so rude

I buy two zinger deals. There is no any issue with the food. Second thing store was very busy and guy forgetted to provide me drink both times. At the end when I tell to the counter they give me again. I can't say it is there mistake because of weekend and two much crowd but atleast they need to provide good customer service. Customer service needs improvement. Thanks

Food was not put in a heated bag so would of been a bit warmer, driver was polite and on time

I just ordered a delivery 2nd time at this kfc orders was not what we order for the burgers I ordered supper charge I got bbq don’t know how people can get things so mixed up when all they have to do is follow simple instructions parts off our orders was missing Trying to call up kfc they answer and then hang up! Would never order from there again (fast food services) just employ simple people! Fumming!

So rude order was a mess .they was not dealing with the issue and then was talking to each other in another language. It came across as if they was speaking about me .this is unacceptable 😑. I don't expect to pay to be treated this was when all I wanted was to take my daughter to get chicken

the timing of the delivery suddenly went up half an hour in delivery time from 19:05 to 19:30 and part of my food was missing. paid for 6 wings along with my meal and was missing two

Delivery was late and food was cold. Would have been nice if they had kept the food hot during the wait for a driver.

The store has some of the best fried chickens that I’ve ever tried, however the service there is atrocious.. Rude staffs with bad customer service. Seems like staffs are being underpaid! Would definitely recommend the food but the service there is very poor!

Ordering through the self-service terminal was inconvenient — the long order number had to be entered manually, which was a hassle. That’s a minus. The floor was dirty, but the staff worked hard to clean and disinfect tables. I ordered the Stuffing Tower Burger Box Meal with 1 PC Chicken. It tasted good, but the portion looked bigger and more appealing in the pictures. The small portion of fries was disappointing😡. However, the Pepsi Max was surprisingly better than Coca-Cola👍. Overall, not bad — the goal of grabbing a bite was achieved. But due to the inconveniences and atmosphere, I’m unlikely to visit this location again, or maybe even KFC in general. 😔

it took bout hour and half all together, longest I waited for kfc...chips was just bout warm.

It's a KFC. Basic dining area and was reasonably clean. Service was reasonable time, and the food was good. As its almost totally self service, other than stack the food on a tray if eating in, there was no service.

Not all items delivered 1x fries missing

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The store manager was shockingly rude, and the staff seemed full of arrogance, which set an unwelcoming tone from the start. Hygiene standards were poor, with the dining area and even the food prep area looking neglected. To top it off, my meal was undercooked, making it completely unsatisfactory. Definitely not a place I’d recommend; I’ll be avoiding it in the future.

don’t order from kfc as they gave me the wrong items and then i called them up and was very rude over the phone to me and told me they wasn’t going to do anything about it. they had given me 4 chicken bones and chips and mash. i had ordered 2 box meals with extra stuff.

The order arrived in complete there was missing chicken! A couple of weeks ago we ordered food from you guys and the driver dropped the food all over our driveway.

Food wasn't awful but the hot wings are the worst of any tiny not a nice batter didn't taste super fresh either . Trowbridge and Cirencester have some impressive wings honestly huge amounts of coating massive in size and incredible tasty . Chips were better tho not too much seasoning like some and fillets were good . Burgers in there fine . Just improve your hot wings coating size and texture . 👌

I’m not blaming the driver but the food wasn’t hot therefore, it should be kept in heat sealed just eat bag, until it reaches the customer’s front door then take out he kfc bag if u ask me. Thanks again ( just eat ) for sorting out the issue.

I have visited this KFC a number of times. It consistently delivers wings that are smaller than my toes. It's astounding to me that chicken wings that are smaller than McDonald's nuggets exist.
