The staff there are full of arrogance, no service skills no greeting, no eye contact and no smile, just serving with lack of information of what they have in the bucket! We spend £60 on food at greenbrideg KFC I was given no paper plates when I purchased gravy and mash, I don't know why they didn't tell when placing an order that they did not have paper plates?? In stock? How do the customers share the liquid gravy in the group of 4?? It's ridiculous! The lady on the till was rude and wasn't apologetic at all!! I will not recommend this type of service to anyone !! The management have to learn some skills from KFC in outlet village , I think they are great will the service they provide!

Yesterday ordered a sharing bucket, with 6 pieces of chicken. On arrival it only contained 5. All of the chicken pieces were rib, so had very little meat on them. Left very disappointed, not worth the money

i found chicken overcooked and salty and one item missing didnt get the drink

2 hours late and the food was stone cold. Not happy at all and neither are my children who were expecting a nice treat!

Food was nice and hot,as for surroundings ..toilets absolutely disgusting ,urine and fiscses around toilet seat ..couldn't of been checked for over a week..took photos and informing relevant people,eating area dreadfull..car park bins overflowing . food good ..hygiene terrible...update...will be back in over the next few weeks will see if any different. Have contacted relevant dept as a "apology doesn't really cover these things like it for such a long time.if you want to see the photos I took please send email and I'm happy to also send to you how bad it was

People (customers not the staff) are annoying but food is great

Not up to par with your typical KFC. Just seems like the management are running it thier own way and perhaps not exactly to franchise specification. Often chicken is a little dry or portions are very small.

Good food. Staff ok, but probably could be a little friendlier, came across they didn't want to be there to be honest.

Burger bun so rock solid I couldn’t bite it - could not eat it at all. Kansas bites cold. It good

I ordered 4 pieces of chicken, 3 of them were the same. I would have appreciated at least 2 of the same - hence the star missing. But good as expected. Wished the can of drink is not placed with the food as lowers food temperature & raises drink's

Always my go to KFC, never had a problem, never had an order be incorrect, always quick with the food and it’s always hot.

As ordered, hot and the only minor criticism is that the cold drink was in a bag right next to the hot food, but as it was delivered promptly this was not a huge problem.

Hit and miss this place, sometimes great sometimes awful, this one was awful, must have made my burger blindfolded then kicked it into the bag, terrible quality

I only ordered coffee when there were no people in the establishment at all. Therefore, it is difficult to evaluate. The only thing was that it was clean and there were no unpleasant smells

Wrong burgers mixed box meals up I asked for zinger burger and a zinger tower burger but got fillet burgers

Ordered two meals. One was correct the other was completely wrong, ordered a 3 piece meal, got a spicy burger which was gross. More fool me for not checking it until we got home

I've never had such a small zinger burger EVER! The chicken strip, popcorn chicken & chips were luke warm. The beans had a date of 21.7.2000 The only plus was the sweetcorn as it had heat. One of the worst meals I've had in a KFC. SUCH A SHAME

Manger and staff is very good and polite

Spent several minutes moving around my estate on the map, presumably trying to locate my block, then it came up as having been delivered even though they had not delivered it to me. Didn't try to ring me for directions or anything, they just seemingly gave up and pretended it had been delivered.

Nice location for a fast food. Drive through is quick, not busy.

I attempted to ask if they sold larger amounts than two of hot wings that was shown on the menu. Unfortunately the guys at counter could barely speak English and had no idea what I was asking. I ended up using the touch screen panel to find out. The food was nicely done just a shame as this seems to be a fairly widespread problem at kfcs. understanding basic English and servicing customers should be priority as you are in England.

chicken was missing and the chips were cold and the chicken we did get had been cooked and sat for a while as was dry and chewy.

Usually, KFC restaurants have dirty tables and floors and rude employees, but this particular KFC location is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere for dining in.

Changed times twice and when we received our order the bag was all ripped and there was a drink missing not happy paid close to £40 and we didn't get our whole order

just a shame that the order was not what we actually ordered, but food was lovely

Son has type 1 diabetes and needs to eat dinner before 18:30. That's why we always order an hour in advance, incase of any delays. Ordered at 17:19 (expected 17:45-18:00). Was only delivered at 19:05. Disgraceful.

Verry disappointed with order I hd ordered 4 zinger burgers and i had got 1 regular popcorn for free and i received only 1 burger and small popcorn burger what i received is with no lettuce and no mayonnaise i had contact the help desk of just eat and they said the are refunding my money back so im hoping them to do so otherwise its no more just eat. VERRY BAD

The driver was sent to the wrong property by his sat nav, but thankfully he phoned and I directed him to where he was supposed to be. He was very apologetic, which is fantastic, even though it was not his fault. Really happy with the service this time

In a six piece bucket, I got four legs and two thighs, one of which was missing most of the skin. No breasts.

missing items from KFC spoke with the stores supervisor or manager and not much help told id get a callback after he checked camera to see if the driver helped there selves but still no call back

we was missing chicken after we paid £27.99 for a sharing bucket, we also had no dips which we was supposed to have included with the deal, our side didn’t come.

Food at this KFC is often a bit dodgy, not undercooked but very inconsistent, sometimes wraps are soggy with semi frozen lumps of lettuce inside, but sometimes toasted rock solid and very dry. Need better quality control!

They didn't send all of my order

Ordered a mighty bucket for 1 and it had no fries, poor service

Don't always listen to specifics of your order and have been annoyed several times when I arrive home and find the wrong content in my order
