Delivery driver was lovely but didnt check the order was correct as its missing part of our order really disappointing

Full of delivery drivers half the space is taken up by deliveroo, just eat etc drivers After some absence I went to the drive through it seems you need to rip everything out before you leave to check it's all there AGAIN.

food was freezing cold. 25 pound order and had a refund of under 7 pound ! food was inedible due to being stone cold ! under 7 pound refund for 25 pound that I paid! absolute joke. Will never order from here again.

Not all items delivered 1x fries missing

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. The store manager was shockingly rude, and the staff seemed full of arrogance, which set an unwelcoming tone from the start. Hygiene standards were poor, with the dining area and even the food prep area looking neglected. To top it off, my meal was undercooked, making it completely unsatisfactory. Definitely not a place I’d recommend; I’ll be avoiding it in the future.

don’t order from kfc as they gave me the wrong items and then i called them up and was very rude over the phone to me and told me they wasn’t going to do anything about it. they had given me 4 chicken bones and chips and mash. i had ordered 2 box meals with extra stuff.

The corn was just Rubbish so I won’t get that again but the Chicken was really nice, good comfort food. Reasonable price.

Absolutely shocking. Tried to get a cheeky kfc. Ordered to yard and the bloody bread was goddamn stale.Chicken looked like kittens. Completely ruined my day

The driver couldn’t even locate the address, I had to walk half way to get him, and the food was way too cold, the wings size was literally same as half of a pinky finger, trust me soo poor quality never expected this from KFC!

Who ever thinks is a good ideas to put a refrigerated can of peps in the bag with hot chicken and then put that I am insulated bag to do what I don't know. Ended up with warm Pepsi cold chips, like warm chicken. MAD

The order arrived in complete there was missing chicken! A couple of weeks ago we ordered food from you guys and the driver dropped the food all over our driveway.

Food wasn't awful but the hot wings are the worst of any tiny not a nice batter didn't taste super fresh either . Trowbridge and Cirencester have some impressive wings honestly huge amounts of coating massive in size and incredible tasty . Chips were better tho not too much seasoning like some and fillets were good . Burgers in there fine . Just improve your hot wings coating size and texture . 👌

Delivery decent but barely warm,came fast and only round the corner so obviously just pulled from the warmer and sent out

The service was ridiculous we ordered and they didnt even know what drinks we’ve got.The worst part is that we found fried hair in the box with the boneless filets of 4.Absolutely disgusting🤮

Hit and miss information, think the driver got lost, the whole meal was cold and the chips were soggy and inedible. Very disappointed, won’t be ordering again.

I’m not blaming the driver but the food wasn’t hot therefore, it should be kept in heat sealed just eat bag, until it reaches the customer’s front door then take out he kfc bag if u ask me. Thanks again ( just eat ) for sorting out the issue.

The location from the beginning when you come in the smell is awful,not clean the restaurant.when you order at drive thru ice cream, all the time different price.Not a pleasant location where you can eat.PLEASE clean the restaurant!!!the smell kills!!!!

I have visited this KFC a number of times. It consistently delivers wings that are smaller than my toes. It's astounding to me that chicken wings that are smaller than McDonald's nuggets exist.

I don’t want to give 1 star but have to, to be able to submit! This whole order was disgusting! 10 pieces, 7 of which were wing pieces (nearly no meat) and all burnt and dry. The flaming wraps had no sauce in either, dry and rotten lettuce £37 for inedible junk!

The staff there are full of arrogance, no service skills no greeting, no eye contact and no smile, just serving with lack of information of what they have in the bucket! We spend £60 on food at greenbrideg KFC I was given no paper plates when I purchased gravy and mash, I don't know why they didn't tell when placing an order that they did not have paper plates?? In stock? How do the customers share the liquid gravy in the group of 4?? It's ridiculous! The lady on the till was rude and wasn't apologetic at all!! I will not recommend this type of service to anyone !! The management have to learn some skills from KFC in outlet village , I think they are great will the service they provide!

Yesterday ordered a sharing bucket, with 6 pieces of chicken. On arrival it only contained 5. All of the chicken pieces were rib, so had very little meat on them. Left very disappointed, not worth the money

Not up to par with your typical KFC. Just seems like the management are running it thier own way and perhaps not exactly to franchise specification. Often chicken is a little dry or portions are very small.

Food was nice and hot,as for surroundings ..toilets absolutely disgusting ,urine and fiscses around toilet seat ..couldn't of been checked for over a week..took photos and informing relevant people,eating area dreadfull..car park bins overflowing . food good ..hygiene terrible...update...will be back in over the next few weeks will see if any different. I ordered 4 pieces of chicken, 3 of them were the same. I would have appreciated at least 2 of the same - hence the star missing. But good as expected. Wished the can of drink is not placed with the food as lowers food temperature & raises drink's

Always my go to KFC, never had a problem, never had an order be incorrect, always quick with the food and it’s always hot.

As ordered, hot and the only minor criticism is that the cold drink was in a bag right next to the hot food, but as it was delivered promptly this was not a huge problem.

The Driver I had was very lovely, he even helped me out!
