Ordered online. Tapped phone to say i had arrived and the food was ready. Less than 1 minute.

customer service was amazing. very friendly staff they went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and assisted with carrying it to my car

Food wasn’t as warm as it could have been and took almost an hour to arrive. Bearing in mind we are 9mins away.

The driver was in the wrong location for 20 minutes even after me giving directions to my house! I had to take a five minute walk to the driver. All my food is cold

I usually enjoy KFC, but my recent visit was a letdown. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked the signature crispy coating I expected. It tasted like it had been sitting out too long. On top of that, the pieces were small, and the seasoning seemed off.

Ordered a fillet burger. It’s no longer a zinger. It was just a fillet burger. It just a large nugget. Proceed chicken in Mc sandwich shape. Just picture a Mc Sandwich to be honest. Boneless were ok, popcorn good Didn’t receive all my order either

A very poor meal over cooked coating on chicken was very hard & chicken very dry due to over cooking fries were cold the chicken was in edible I would like a full refund as to spend nearly £50 I would expect a decent meal

Ordered from here plenty times before but now drivers are incompetent. They will not find my address even though they keep going right past it back & forth. Kept changing their excuses and ringing me. Can't they even count? So slow food is stone cold
