the food was fine. the service was awful. ordered a 1200 it didn't arrive until 1320. 1 hour and 20mins is terrible when you have hungry kids

1st delivery time after we ordered at 7 was 7:45 but didn’t get it until 8:50, food was great though

More of a Just Eat review rather than KFC review, but maybe both contribute. I'm a big fan of KFC, but the delivery options are lacking. I'm not a fan if mayonnaise, it actually makes me heave if I taste it, but there is no option to customise the KFC sandwiches for delivery. I can customise the in the restaurant and for pick up, so why not delivery? I actively search for other chicken restaurants that allow me to remove mayonnaise from my sandwiches for delivery instead if ordering KFC.

I ordered it for 18:00 and I was in the shower when he arrived and didn't hear the driver knock on the door. I ordered it at a specific time for a reason, upshot, tasty food BUT not hot food, that's twice I've had tepid food from KFC through you!!!

Delivery was on a bicycle and the food came all mixed up with try a squashed burger and open all in the bag. Not enough fries either! So disappointed and never using delivery again!

Ordered the food around 745, it was delivered at 8.55pm! When the food arrived it was like warm and the order was wrong in parts. Not worth the wait at all. I won’t be using just eat again.

everytime I order the approx time is 10-30 mins, then the time increases multiple times. stop advertising low wait times and be more realistic, yes traffic happens etc but seems to be a reoccurring theme no matter when we order. The portion of fries size also needs to be reviewed for the price that you are charging.

ordered at 2.30 arrived at 4.40. when delivered the bag was completely ripped on one side and all food was cold

It was over 1 hour just on prep. It arrive 1 hour 40 minutes after order. It was freezing cold all chips soggy. Thr food was clearly packed 20 plus minutes before the driver even picked it up

We ordered 2 meals 1 was missing and the other cold. We called and were told nothing could be done.

Ordered through Just Eat. Mighty bucket wasn’t in the bag delivered and the zinger burger was cold and missing the hash brown. Called to let the team know and they said there was nothing they can do. So here we are £30 down and no dinner. I’d stay away if I were you.

I ordered this meal and was taken to my old adress at 27 pearce close .was my mistake I thought I had amended adress they told driver I live at 51 pearce close which is opposite and to deliver meal there .which your driver didn't do so 21.10 we ordered another meal to 51 pearce close sn2 7sw .it appears your driver had a nice free meal on me .

I've been ill twice with eating here. It's not full on food poisoning but it did torture my soul. It was politely trying to escape my body from both ends rather then abruptly like actual food poisoning, the afters was a little like an ex, it slowly started, looked and tasted good, showed promise, then Satan of the underworld is released. Took you down a path you wish you didn't start. Your gripping everything just to feel grounded again before your sat on a hole feeling empty and have nothing to give but your there, still showing up! Ready for another bout of "here's Kfc" but rather then axing down a door its peeping out of the holes where its not wanted

Delivery incorrectly attempted at 15/SN2 1RN (Poplar Ave) Driver then delivered CORRECTLY to 15/SN2 1RR (Tulip Tree Close). If the bloke at Poplar wasn't in, I would have wasted my money. Courier was very apologetic and explained it was a GPS fault. I believe the courier was telling the truth because this keeps happening with KFC. Delay was only a few minutes so no complaints with this order, but the GPS snafu needs sorting if KFC Clive Parade want future orders from me.

I had the same order a couple of weeks back and it was great. That was why I ordered the same meal again. only this time, it was awful. The rice was quite stodgy and had lumps. The chicken strips were dry and the lemon sauce, which helps to keep the chicken miost, was practically non existent. I managed to eat 3 or 4 mouthfuls and the rest went ìn the bin! I was very disappointed. it was perfect the first time and I was looking forward to eating that again.

Our boxes were fresh, however there was only 5 bits of sweetcorn, 2 pieces of sweet potato and no spring onions. Bit of a let down but the dressing was nice.

delivery did not follow instructions, I specified that they leave the food by my door and leave after calling my number. they did not leave and stayed at the door till I got there after I specifically asked them not to, I payed money and they did not follow my instructions. when someone pays you YOU DO WHAT THEY SAY !!!!

This can be a problem if you are in a hurry. ✔️General impression: Despite some flaws, I still recommend this KFC. It's clean, it smells nice, and the food is delicious. order took 1hr 15 minutes, when it was supposed to take 15 to 30 minutes. When the food arrives, grease from the chicken leaked through the bag. Nothing wrong with the delivery, poor service from KFC.
