Ordered through Just Eat. Mighty bucket wasn’t in the bag delivered and the zinger burger was cold and missing the hash brown. Called to let the team know and they said there was nothing they can do. So here we are £30 down and no dinner. I’d stay away if I were you.

I never got my order i did report it but haven't heard anything back

I ordered this meal and was taken to my old adress at 27 pearce close .was my mistake I thought I had amended adress they told driver I live at 51 pearce close which is opposite and to deliver meal there .which your driver didn't do so 21.10 we ordered another meal to 51 pearce close sn2 7sw .it appears your driver had a nice free meal on me .

Cold drink was warm as it was in the same bag as the chicken and chips. The bag was ripped open at the bottom

I've been ill twice with eating here. It's not full on food poisoning but it did torture my soul. It was politely trying to escape my body from both ends rather then abruptly like actual food poisoning, the afters was a little like an ex, it slowly started, looked and tasted good, showed promise, then Satan of the underworld is released. Took you down a path you wish you didn't start. Your gripping everything just to feel grounded again before your sat on a hole feeling empty and have nothing to give but your there, still showing up! Ready for another bout of "here's Kfc" but rather then axing down a door its peeping out of the holes where its not wanted

Delivery incorrectly attempted at 15/SN2 1RN (Poplar Ave) Driver then delivered CORRECTLY to 15/SN2 1RR (Tulip Tree Close). If the bloke at Poplar wasn't in, I would have wasted my money. Courier was very apologetic and explained it was a GPS fault. I believe the courier was telling the truth because this keeps happening with KFC. Delay was only a few minutes so no complaints with this order, but the GPS snafu needs sorting if KFC Clive Parade want future orders from me.

I had the same order a couple of weeks back and it was great. That was why I ordered the same meal again. only this time, it was awful. The rice was quite stodgy and had lumps. The chicken strips were dry and the lemon sauce, which helps to keep the chicken miost, was practically non existent. I managed to eat 3 or 4 mouthfuls and the rest went ìn the bin! I was very disappointed. it was perfect the first time and I was looking forward to eating that again.

Told them to check all items where there before giving to delivery driver, obviously they don’t read what the customer requests, end up missing a bucket meal for one and pack of hot wings, all I got was bottle of water and portion of chips and 2 hot wings. Never again will I be ordering online

Our boxes were fresh, however there was only 5 bits of sweetcorn, 2 pieces of sweet potato and no spring onions. Bit of a let down but the dressing was nice.

Ordered for delivery, rung restaurant . Staff dismissive and could not care less that only received a small part of an expensive order. Passed blame to delivery driver and refused to help at all. Appalling customer service

delivery did not follow instructions, I specified that they leave the food by my door and leave after calling my number. they did not leave and stayed at the door till I got there after I specifically asked them not to, I payed money and they did not follow my instructions. when someone pays you YOU DO WHAT THEY SAY !!!!

everything was cold, chips were also under cooked. if I wanted cold food, I'd have a sandwich

This can be a problem if you are in a hurry. ✔️General impression: Despite some flaws, I still recommend this KFC. It's clean, it smells nice, and the food is delicious. order took 1hr 15 minutes, when it was supposed to take 15 to 30 minutes. When the food arrives, grease from the chicken leaked through the bag. Nothing wrong with the delivery, poor service from KFC.

Usually my food turns up. Disappointed to find that this food had been ‘delivered’ but not to me. Spent 15 quid and now I’ve got no food. Having to go out and request a refund because some lowlife has eaten my dinner! Questioning if I should ever order again from this place.

Amazing service and courier, actual issue is with the restaurant, ordered 3 piece meal and basically just got all the burnt drumsticks with no chicken! What a joke!

Excellent service today. Food was super fast, tasted great, and the delivery driver read the delivery notes (none normally do!) and made it all the way to the front door! This is a big deal for us - we’re always hanging out of a window shouting directions!

It was on time, but that’s cos the time kept changing. But I placed an ASAP order at 18.58 and didn’t come till 8.31. 1 and half hours later is a long time.

why is it every time it turns up it's cold or lukewarm and I have to put it in the air fryer to make it warm again

I specifically ask that the driver not knock on the door as people were sleeping, the driver knocked loudly on the door which woke everyone up and left the order infront of the door which is a tripping hazard

Delivery driver useless, had to run down the adjacent street as he drove straight past my address. I ended up having to chase him for my food. He couldn’t read the map properly. Im diabetic and had took my injection when the delivery time was confirmed. I then had to make myself a snack to prevent a hypo.

It’s KFC. Sometimes you just need that blend of herbs and spices! Delivery was 10 mins after the original latest time we were shown (just sliding the time back and back doesn’t mean it’s then on time…), but it was warm, you win some you lose some. All in all it was good!

Couldn't assign driver until well after the initial estimated delivery time.
