KFC can be hit and miss at the best of times but every time we’ve been to this branch the chicken has been dry and likewarm. Never again.

Absolutly terrible customer service, I was a regular here and the chicken I had for dinner was unedible. I complained and got a voucher fair enough. Yet when I went into this store they refused to take it. Always kids on property even if they do not purchase anything, they take up all the seats and the staff do not care.

Had 2 zinger burgers 1 fries and a coke.Expensive……Coke was flat and the fries was tasteless.The whole store was dirty and rubbish on the floor.Never again.McDonald’s every time.KFC has never been great but this store is shocking.

Is there anything these people can do right? The food was tasteless, the chips bland and limp and out of a bucket of 10 pieces we ordered, 8 were anorexic chicken legs and I’m not even sure what part of the chicken the other two pieces were. Maybe chicken balls, as they were so small. Very disappointing

I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(

Nutty LaneAs per title, what more do you need. You can also ask them to make some changes to bits you don't like , say like "no tomatoe" or whatever. Also the chips are epic and the welsh rarebit is the best!
