You never get what's on your order. I had a popcorn chicken shackbox and got a small portion of fries and a small box of popcorn chicken ,why????? Can't they just do it properly. Been there a few times and asked for ice to be put in my drink. Lazy staff . Also the upstairs seating is never open all the time especially in a busy high street .

My order was in complete. Ordered a wrap meal deal, but they forgot to put the wrap in the box. Hade to order again. Which means I've now paid 2 lots of delivery charges and paid out for an extra wrap. Totally unbelievable!!!

Ordered two meals, left the restaurant and discovered later only half the order was in the bag (no chips for a meal, no burger for the other) Staff extremely disengaged and disinterested.

I ordered food through the kiosk, but after taking my money, it gave an error and told me to order again at another kiosk without even processing my order! When I went to the counter for help, the staff refused to give me the food I had already paid for, even after I showed proof that the payment had gone through on my end. Instead, the manager told me the money would be refunded before the transaction stopped pending. Well, it’s been a while, and I still haven’t received my money back! This is nothing short of daylight robbery!

I ordered food for dinner after work and upon monitoring the app it stated my driver was on the way, I kept an eye on it and now it stated my food had been delivered but no one attended my address with my order!.

Mini fillet is always too salty

This place is not as clean as it should be. Customers leave a mess but the staff don't clean it up. Floor, tables and seats are always covered in discarded wrappers and food. Staff are totally uninterested and this has been a problem since the day it opened. Very offputting.

chicken taste great, unfortunately always have missing items, both times iv ordered from KFC in the past six months iv had missing items from my order.

I ordered a Kentucky mayo wrap it came with bbq sauce instead of maybe and I also order a tub of mash and a tub of beans but I got two tubs of beans instead

This is the third time I’ve ordered from kfc to this address and items have been missing usually it’s only when I order an extra fillet or something but today got a plain boneless banquet WITH GRAVY and I didn’t receive the gravy or the drink

1.5 litre bottle of pepsi max missing no option to complain although clearly on order. will not use theiving kfc or just eat delivery again. apalling rip off of customer as no option to complain about missing drink

My husband has been wanting me to try UK KFC for a while, and I can now confidently say my first experience will not be my last! We ordered delivery and found everything in our order to be as delicious as it was satisfying. The burgers were well-assembled and full of flavor, and the cookies were a delight - golden brown and full of big, melty-soft chunks of chocolate. A wonderful improvement over USA KFCs in every way.

Order arrived freezing cold and soggy as the delivery driver hadn’t moved from the same spot for forty minutes. The driver had my order at 17:50 and didn’t arrive until 18:45.

Not a bad location however it is exclusively a digital menu ordering location that proved to be difficult for older customers to approach. Staff forget smaller alterations in meals, never removing cheese regardless of requests in ordering. There is also very limited seating inside, the upper floor is almost consistently locked off, even during the busier times of day.

ordered two 4piece meals and got 8 legs, it's a chicken not a spider!! I feel cheated paying £32 for that and if I was at the restaurant I certainly would have complained. really really not happy

Haven’t been to this particular KFC for years! We ordered our food from the touch screen stations. I wanted to know whether the popcorn chicken had egg in it as my daughter has an egg allergy. However when I clicked in the ‘i’ icon for alleged information it told me to scan a QR code so I had to look online. Why?! Why could the information not be on the screen. My phone didn’t want to load the site, it was telling me that the site I was trying to access was in service? Anyway I then decided to ask someone at the counter, whilst waiting I noticed a sign saying check online or ask a member of staff for allergen information. I asked the lady behind the counter does the popcorn chicken have egg in it. She stared at me blankly and said “I don’t know…” wow helpful… I decided I couldn’t risk it, luckily I bring my daughter’s food out with me but I like to get her something if I can so that she doesn’t feel ‘left out’. We then found a table, just, upstairs was shut. The table was dirty however luckily I carry antibacterial wipes with me. We had both ordered a filet tower box meal, only to find that one of them didn’t contain a hash brown! I asked the guy at the desk if I could have a hash brown for the tower burger that I had ordered. Instead of just giving me a hash brown he requested my burger back. I then had to empty the chips out of the other half of the box to hand him back my burger, he took it, put a hash brown in and handed me the same burger back (I know because I’d taken a bite out of it) why he couldn’t have just given me a had brown I don’t know. I wasn’t asking for a whole new burger. I would not recommend this KFC. I’ve only given two stars because I do like the food. Customer service terrible, trying to find allergen info, ridiculous!! Cleanliness, seriously lacking!!

Staff were rude just now, was just there trying to order at the kiosk and the advised me to use the touch screen things which were all taken by people who wanted to take there sweet time… I went to the kiosk and they said they don't take cash… I wasn’t trying to order with cash I was just trying to order… on top of this experience the chicken I’ve eaten here before is not great and I won’t be coming back… have one star and be sure to be nicer to people who just want some food….

Never arrived. Just under £50 of food ordered. Said it was delivered but definitely was not.
