I went to retry the house burger and it did not disappoint - rates in my top 5. Only draw back is you cannot have a medium rare patty however still an outstanding burger. Service is very good. Will go back!

Food was so bad, greasy, nasty and no taste. Egg was oily and undercooked. We hated it and feel we wasted our money. Coffee was nasty too.

Visited this lovely Cafe with my husband and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was lovely. Thank you to all staff:) will definitely be back!

Popped in for coffee. Empty no atmosphere. Never had to pay service charge on two coffees before. So two americano with soya milk cost £8.60. Won’t be returning.

Came here a few weeks ago for brunch with my sister & I was definitely not disappointed. The food was delicious & the caramel latte was one of the best i’ve ever had! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!

This was the cosiest cafe I’ve ever visited especially during the Christmas time! I really enjoyed my food, the staff were incredibly hospitable and made my stay so special. The hot chocolate was exceptional and kept me warm. The ambience was so great, it was the perfect cosy Christmas vibes. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. The cakes are also so delicious, I had the chef’s special pineapple cake and I can’t stop thinking about it!!!!!! Love this place.

Amazing place, amazing service, amazing food/drinks! 5 stars all round. We also was here the same day in the morning, when there was building work going on at the place. I must say, the staff made it very clear that there will be loud noise during the day and works are taking place. I do understand it can be difficult however the staff were very informative with their building work and any noise on the day, and apologised in advance to us as we came in, so I do feel its not right to judge the business or its staff/owners as a whole based on that. And as customers we cannot expect a business to close when they are having certain works done in the corner of the their restaurant, without it being in any customers way. Anyhow, food was amazing, coffee was delicious and customer service by every member of the team was exceptional. I had a Mocha which was brilliant and the Cream Cheese & Salmon Bagel was to die for! Keep it up guys, will definitely be coming back regularly!

I visited for the first time with my baby and friend today. The baby highchairs were positioned out of reach, tucked away behind tables and chairs, next to the resident builders and their tools. Upon sitting and receiving our order, no sooner had we settled and taken a bite, the drilling and construction works began. We were happy to remain assuming the drilling would soon pass, but it continued throughout our visit and my baby was understandably distressed by the sharp noise, also my friend who has a hearing aid was left no choice but to turn her device right down. We simply wanted a quick coffee and lunch out of the rain and be able to hear ourselves talk, but this was too much to ask, and when we requested a refund we were denied and instead take away boxes for our lunch were reluctantly provided. My friend then had to ask again for a take away coffee cup as I had not touched mine as a result of having to take my daughter out in the rain away from the obscene drilling and chaos. Two people complained politely about the noise whilst I was inside and instead of an apology the young man working behind the counter insisted he’d also had enough of the noise. Not quite the same for a boss/owner/staff member as it is a paying customer though?? Of which I felt the need to point out. The sheer lack of interest and compassion in 2 babies of paying customers being bought to tears and distressed (my own and another visiting couple’s) just added insult to injury and made it quite clear in my mind that this man has no clue about running a business and/or looking out for his customers. An utter joke. Will not be returning. This business in my opinion should not be open while such significant works are taking place, I believe this to be a serious health and safety concern. FYI… A customer has a right to express their disappointment and a professional establishment should know how to politely and appropriately respond. This was not one of those establishments! Lastly, I ordered a tuna mayo sandwich, pretty straightforward order however the bread was stale!! Overall, don’t bother going!!

Had an Amazing chicken burger for lunch. One of the best I have had and I have had a fair few! It was schnitzel style in a lovely soft bun. Really Juicy chicken and coating. Excellent. They also do nice sandwiches and breakfasts but would recommend the chicken burger!!

Visited one January Saturday at 12:30. Friendly, helpful and efficient service. Although they usually only serve breakfast until 12, they were not busy so they did me a large breakfast. It was delicious with every component well cooked. Highly recommended.

Went in with a friend after a walk round priory park. The place looks good and has good decor and a nice feel about it. However the staff member serving us was unwelcoming and not at all friendly. We grabbed our coffees and sat down. The coffee was extremely weak and not at all what I was expecting, my friends cappuccino with oat milk was undrinkable. As I walked to the til to complain the staff member was on her mobile so I could not be asked, we just left. It was probably just a bad day but there are plenty of other shops for us to try.
