when food turned up it was stone cold

the signature chips were awful. Soggy and lacking any taste. There was next to no seasoning on them. Very disappointing! This is the second order in the last month where the signature chips are tasteless and soggy. Chicken was fab though

Missing chicken popcorn , so annoying it’s every time , there is always a missing item ! When you’ve spent £31 on a takeaway you expect it to all turn up !

Out of an order for 2 meal deals they sent 2 fries, 2 drinks but only one burger.

Sadly I just want to inform that the chicken that I ordered is very clearly shows being fried in reused oil and from the colour of the chicken and taste proves it even better. Kindly do not offer food this way to innocent people who earns money with such hardship and wanting to enjoy a proper quality meal.

First time ordering for later in day, was expecting to arrive early, late or even not at all, but arrived on time. Courier was, friendly, polite and professional. Unfortunately Fries were soggy mess, chicken wasn't great, coating especially.

But l received the wrong sides, two gravy instead of the corn cobs and beans that l ordered and which was on my receipt.

Final nail on the coffin for me here. I’ve never complained about somewhere before, but unfortunately this place has made me feel like I have to to help others. Out of the last 6 deliveries there’s been 5 of them where somethings missing or wrong, most of the time they were the sauces so wasn’t overly bothered, but still shouldn’t happen. This last time though it had 1 wrong side, missed an extra mini chicken fillet (at £2.45 for a single piece), and the wrong drink. I phoned up and explained and they were nice enough and wanted to sort out issue. Fortunately I realised I had missed something off order so the opportunity to add the mistaken items into the new order was there, which they said was fine. Order arrived and nothing… at this point I’ve spent £45 and missing most of the order, which now I think what we’ve ordered is actually a lot for not a lot. Not sure if the issues is staff error, the system they use, or just under a huge workload. Regardless, I would avoid getting a delivery from here and just get in person if you really want something from here. For me I won’t go here again. Although worth noting the delivery drivers were awesome 5/5!

I spoke to a manager called Dante , he was very polite and extremely helpful. Will definitely be visiting again !

Went in today 13.03.25 for some lunch. The guy in there helped me order from the kiosk great service. I will use them again. The staff in there are a credit to KFC 🍗 thanks 👍🏻

Missed out 2 entire meals and they don’t even answer the phone. Leaving 2 children having to wait for food, having to reorder their meals and having to wait 40 mins for theirs to arrive. Not good enough

Hands down the best KFC experience I've ever had ! The staff at Sheldon-Coventry Road are friendly, efficient, and genuinely care about their customers. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend !

small order just 2 rice box 1 fries I chicken fillet only received 1 rice box that's about as bad as it was. How can you not get an order so small wrong considering the receipt is stuck to the bag poor poor poor and don't answer the phone when you want to complain. I've requested the price of the missed meal via the ap I doubt they will even read it wontbuse again just so poor

Appalling service. Long wait then Ahmed told us that we hadnt ordered what we said we had. Told us to check our receipt and didnt even know his printers were not working. Ahmed walked off and served another customer. A young girl with much better customer service skills resolved the issue without calling us liars.

Can I get bbq sauce with my meal? Yes, it costs 50p extra. Can I have some? It costs 50p extra... Yes, can I have some? *places a hand full of ketchup and mayo in the bag* But I want BBQ sauce... Yes, but it costs 50p extra... OK, can I have some? Etc etc. Never got my BBQ sauce. Chicken half not coated, wrong drink served, with ice when there shouldnt have been any. And no BBQ sauce even if you want to pay for it, but why can you get ketchup and mayo free? Joke!

Ordered at 5.11pm, delivery time went from 5.45pm then increasing constantly all the way upto 7.45pm, called the resturant 5 times finally got through at 7.15pm asked them to cancel the order as I'm not waiting any longer for my order to be told the manager can't cancel because it will come out of his own pocket, then I'm told my food has been delivered which it has not, then over half hour later it turns up! over 2 and half hours for fast food is disgraceful! KFC said this was down to just eat.

After a while been to UK this is the worst KFC I had food. Staffs are not helpful I went to order one lady she said she needs to have break contact other staff and I asked another person she says you need to order on that online 😞 it's mad 😡. After got food I started eating I saw not cooked the chicken is not cooked properly what the hell they runing a international brand never expected I would have given 0 star 😡😡😡 I posted pictures of uncooked meat you can see it's literally horrible they taken chicken on half way cook

I recently visited KFC to try one of their burger meals, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the meat. The chicken patty in my burger was dry, overcooked, and lacked the juicy, flavorful texture that I expected. It tasted bland, almost as if it had been sitting out for too long before being served. What’s worse, the meat seemed processed and didn’t have the fresh, crispy quality KFC is known for in its fried chicken. The burger bun and toppings did little to mask the unappetizing meat. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering a burger from KFC again anytime soon, as it simply doesn’t live up to the standards of other items on their menu or competitors. If you’re thinking of trying a KFC burger, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

The staff didn't show any care to the customers. The food has given both myself and my wife very bad stomachs to put it mildly. The one plus side for that shop was it was clean but I think that was because the place was near empty. Very disappointed, will not being going there again. Price was high too, can get more for less at the smaller independent chicken shops

feed up with your delivery person and asking for the code. By the time I had opened my laptop and found it the food was cold .The delivery person was most unhelpful and as I had paid with s debate card it seemed most unnecessary.

the goal posts (delivery time) kept changing. then when it finally arrived, it was cold. therefore not enjoyable, ending up throwing a lot of it away. must learn to not order KFC but we keep giving them a chance !!
