Seems to be getting very pricey £19 for little more than 2 snacks seems to me charging more money for smaller portions sorry KFC you can't do both without customer's noticing

Encourages you to use the kiosk for the blue light discount to work, this NEVER WORKS and when I asked for the manager, he looked at me like dirt and did not want to help in any way. Other managers at different branches would offer some sort of gesture in place of the BLC 10% discount not working, whereas this one needs training on how to speak to people and learn to smile - majority of staff here seem hostile apart from a few. Chicken quite salty too, shame. Won't be returning

Been here several times but sadly today the staff were not that friendly I showed my blue light card & was told discount only applies if I use the app !!! I don’t want the app so no discount given Order arrived & I had to go back to confirm which burger was which. Unfortunately was spoken about as I left the counter 😌 Shame as don’t go here very often, not sure if I will return

Went with wife as we were getting petrol over road. Food and service was ok. My complaint is the menu boards were all disgustingly dirty. It looked as if they were cleaned with a oily rag. I asked for them to be cleaned as we didnt want to touch them then handle our food. It seems covid has been forgotten along with the cleanliness regime that that created. I didnt see any sanitising stations in the place. It was quiet when we went ( mid morning) so no excuse for the surplus staff to not be cleaning these menu boards. Using paper towels rather than dirty clothes.

The young man Ellis provided great service and atmosphere, as i got to have a good laugh with him and he was very polite. I believe Ellis is in deserving of a pay rise.

A bit hit and miss, had one a couple of weeks ago, and it was just luke warm, I was a bit concerned but lived to tell the tale. Had another one, and it was piping hot.

I came here to leave a review in the hopes that a manager for KFC might see this and change the way things are done and made. We have been coming here for years and actually drive out of the town to come here because it was the best KFC until today... I don't know why it was so hard to get our order right I can understand a mistake once but 4 times, was someone taking the piss or what. You need to employ people who are going to listen, learn and think about doing something with their own initiative. Your employing young inexperienced students who don't give a toss. 4 times to make a chicken zinger tower meal!! In the end we got a refund it was an absolute joke. Sort it out!!

Terrible service and when my order was running an hour late I attempted to call twice to ask if I can just pick it up instead and no answer.

Probably the best KFC I've been to. Nearly always clean and tidy staff mostly friendly food always quick. Only thing that let's KFC down at the moment is the Fries are awful especially for a small child they are too spicy/peppery... why change them!!

One of the better kfc out there ,only thing I say is is when ordering from the screen there never is number table service signs out so you have to listen out for your order number , not a biggy but if you offer it have them available

This KFC is in another level. Clean nice inside cozy, clean toilets, fast service by the time i paid my food was ready. Impressive. And stuff very welcoming. Kfc never fails. Thnx

Fries were awful with skin attached only ate one. Shame they were so good when first opened. Boneless chicken just about edible but lacked taste. Will not return in the future. Sadly we'll disappointed.

The worst kfc I've ever visited in my life. Even though it was empty, it took a while for the order to be ready. Extremely rude employees with customers. The kind of place you should avoid.

Just had our KFC and the young man that served us was very polite and the food was also great, I said it before and I will say it agin that this is the best KFC around here..

About 10 chips in a portion.... And hot chocolate that looked and tasted like dish water... And the place looks like it needs a good clean... 😕

Exactly what you would expect from KFC all good

Poor franchise. Auto order machines never work properly, then when you have to queue for a while, you get tonthe head of the queue and the order taker walks away not even an acknowledgement, i ended up walking out as it was obvious I wasn't going to be served. The standards here keep finding new ways to go lower.

Ordered through the drive through a boneless meal box. Got into it and chicken was moldy. Attached is a photo for proof! Disgusting standards.

Their staff are really rude. They should be warned to respect the customers. I tried to talk to the manager, but the manager was more rude than the staff, so my child refused to eat there. That’s why not busy at this KFC

It's okay as far as fast food goes.

Freshly made and was really nice. Girl behind the counter did seem like she would rather be anywhere but there. I had table service, but she just shouted at me from across the floor.

Extremely fast and efficient service, food as expected. Seating area clean. Staff were very busy during my visit being Friday lunchtime, but were on top of everything 👌

Very little chicken on the bones, miss the old quality, won't be buying again.

Visited twice in one week, both occasions the chicken was overcooked and dry, very small portions 👎 will not go back again, KFC is nothing like it used to be very poor quality now.

Visited this evening for a take away and though the order we explained 3 times the assistant on kiosk got it wrong. Part of the order missing just useless. Could they possibly employ people in the kiosk that listen to what the customers want

Best KFC I've been to, fast service, food was hot, and order was correct. The young guy serving me was great. Unlike most people working in the industry, he seemed to want to be there.

Place to go after work or dinner time. Quick service and delicious food. Takeaway, drive through avaliable.

Our food was going to be 8min, so the lady gave us an extra drink and cookies.

It's fried chicken,hot and tasty,polite staff and clean tables, but the toilet was messy, and the fries ,in my opinion, are horrible, so chicken yes,fries no.

Fast service usual good standard for kfc

It's truly awful if you're not a deliveroo customer. Restaurant customers are made to wait 20-30mins per order while priority is fully given to deliveroo. When asked why theyre priority, their answer was they have more orders... there were 20+ normal customers standing behind me. I feel sorry theyll be waiting over an hour

Stupidly large KFC with no one in it. Good food and plenty of seats

Never used this one before usually go to the Greyhound or Progress Road. Assistant was helpful and friendly. Order was correct! an issue I've had with KFC before with missing items from the order.

They prioritise the drive through rather than the customers inside sat waiting watching the cars from the drive through go by get served and also all the Uber eats and just eats get priority very bad service

Chips were undercooked and full of rotten ones. Had a bucket and it contained mainly drumsticks and no breast pieces. Very disappointing

Over cooked food dry and horrible

Lovely views of the petrol station and one of the worst car dealerships in Essex. The place was relatively clean and tidy and the food was vaguely warm, which seems to have been quite the challenge in other KFCs we've visited recently.

Got order all wrong complained did it again wrong again not enough staff plus food very bland what appened to 11 spices and herbs...my son wrap come in no sauce..sit at table not paper plate given and no cups for bottle of drink...not going back there ..useless

Never had a problem with the drive through but when I went in for take away the hot food was served but had to wait 5 minutes for the cold drinks in which time the food was going cold I suggest the drinks should be made up beforehand would have been 5 stars if this was the case

If you like plenty oil with your chicken this is the place

Visited this place a couple of weeks ago. This is a fairly large KFC serving the full menu of KFC chicken related products. The popcorn chicken is one of the kids favourites and the boneless banquet is my particlar go to meal that is if you don’t like gnawing on chicken bones. A bit out of town, it’s easy and quick to access but feel it closes a little early compared to the 24 hour McDonalds near the airport.

Great service from staff but unfortunately hygiene is putting me off. I understand now why customers are eating in their vehicle rather then inside the kfc store - it’s simply dirty and unpleasant to have your meal. I only took couple of photos as I didn’t want to look suspicious taking those pictures. I would have my meal in the vehicle next time .

Always find this KFC has fresh food always hot taste delicious

I've had take away and dined in this KFC and honestly it's okay, foods always okay (chips are often hit and miss) but sometimes can be on the colder side... staff are okay and it's fairly clean.

Just fast food but one of the better KFC outlets

We have always used this restaurant in the past but recently have noticed that the service we have received leaves somewhat to be desired. Last Tuesday we purchased the 10 mini fillets deal with sides. We were served by a gentleman named barry. When he called out our order I walked up to the counter to get it. He subsequently turned his back and ignored me after I said thank you. Slightly rude I thought. Then again Tuesday we purchased the same deal and was served by Barry again. Just like before I went to the counter and got the bag of food. Once again I said thank you and Barry said nothing back with his back turned. I went to the car and checked if everything was in the bag and to my surprise there were 2 portions of chips missing. I went back inside and told Barry and there was no apology. He just shouted out "2 chips" and left them on the counter and walked away. No ounce of customer service whatsoever. The chicken was dry as a bone. Almost inedible. The only thing tolerable were the hot wings we had purchased. I am sorry to say but we will be taking our custom elsewhere. As for Barry I would like to suggest he goes on a customer service course and learns some manners.

Have constantly had bad experiences with this KFC. Missing items in order, uncooked chicken. Ordered a wrap meal and got it without any lettuce and not even half full with one tiny chicken fillet in.

I have to say, this KFC is a bit hit and miss these days. Sometimes I come here and the chicken is succulent and tasty, the burgers filled with mayo and lettuce, very good. Other times it's dry as a bone and absolutely rubbish. Considering its £9 for a large box meal now, I'd expect it to be tasty every time. Must try harder KFC.

Great,local, one of the few KFCs that ain't busy which I like personally. Service of wait time super quick for meals and very friendly staff. Always my first stop for a KFC out of the many others.

Good food served by friendly staff, don't bother with the chips as for some reason KFC has changes them and they're awful !

I usually love a KFC but today .. well, the worst I've ever had, 9 piece in a bucket, so oily, literally dripping, puddle in the bottom of the bucket. Yuck.

Very busy,short staffed, waiting at the counter for 25 mins and I was the only one at the counter ! Orders coming in from everywhere so they just ignored me.

First time there, pretty impressed with the service and cleanliness there.
