Not good had to wait will not order anything again have ordered twice in short time and both not good

My delivery didn’t arrived. Maybe the courier is too hungry and kept it for himself. I heard someone entered the entrance door, I was expecting a knock but when I open our main door no one’s there and no food too.. I was meant to give the code from the app right? But I wasn’t able to give that because again nobody delivered my order. So be cautious when using this app..

Delivered the wrong burger. I can’t eat the zinger sauce and my burger was coated in it when i ordered a standard fillet tower. So i just paid £15 for chips and a drink:(

KFC put a mini fillet as the burger meat not a proper fillet, disappointing will NOT be orsering like this again. Driver was good

Been redhill kfc yesterday (sunday) around 13.30 ,Great food.Great service❤️, i dont know his name properly but i guess a tall an asian guy supervisor,he was helpful and kind ❤️Thank you kfc redhill for great food and service.. and definately he asked me to do review if i like the customer sevice.. so i cant denied❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experience at this KFC branch, the customer service was top notched👌, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, everywhere was clean and tidy. As for the meal, it was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the fries were seasoned just right, my family enjoyed it, Definitely one of the better KFC branches I’ve visited!

Ordered from KFC Redhill through uber eats. The order took over 2 hours to arrive, food items were cold and stale. To make my impression of this establishment even worse they missed three key items from this order. Absolute shambles going on over there. Do better.

Literally went in the shop around 10:30pm the store manager probably Indian guy with glasses and big belly shouted at me for no reason and was being really rude plz maintain your customer service and teach that guy some manners

Didn’t follow instructions I specifically asked for no dressing on my salad but was ignored… ruined the meal for me

Delivery window was 11:45 originally and arrived just before 13:00. Very very late and very hungry team.

KFC didn’t pack my order so the driver had to go back for to the restaurant for the food. I placed the order at 2pm and didn’t get the food till 2:50.

I ordered take away with a 10 piece bucket, they gave me a 6 piece, should have checked while I was at the store. Now, no one is picking up the phone - I want my money back!

Ordered from KFC, only to have the delivery driver turn up and try to give us someone else's order of Fish n Chips. Then proceeded to try and stop us taking photographic evidence for a refund.

Everything was good except the Double Down! The feature item. You doubled down on poor quality. Old oil, over-cooked, dry. Disappointing that you promote something you either hate, or don't care about.

Food quality is rubbish! food received had a very bad smell. I contacted the store for assistance and was told that they deal with many orders and the food quality is fine. I noted that the food we have received has a very weird smell and the call handler had no interest in assisting. I will be reporting this to the Food Standards Agency!

6 pieces of chicken and 5 were drumsticks! The other bit was vile, didn't look like chicken. The wife's mini fillets were fine, but later we both felt queasy. I've had KFC since the 1970's, but today's taste (cheap) terrible, won't have again!
