It would be great if I didn't wait 2 hours for them to just cancel my order! Never ordering again what a let down

Food quality is rubbish! food received had a very bad smell. I contacted the store for assistance and was told that they deal with many orders and the food quality is fine. I noted that the food we have received has a very weird smell and the call handler had no interest in assisting.

Food was freezing cold when it arrived

The food came not with a missing sandwich. I had to go by myself to the shop

Had a delivery from Just Eat, which was fine, but the food... yuck! Out of 6 pieces of chicken, 5 were drumsticks! The other bit was vile, it didn't even look like chicken. The wife's mini fillets were ok, but later we both felt queasy. I've had KFC since the 1970's, but today's taste terrible and bears no resemblance to the original, it's now like something from a cheap halal fried chicken shop! Last time we used this KFC, items were missing, this time every thing was there, but it cost (minus delivery charge) over £25.00, for sub-standard food, so despite many chances, we won't use again!

the food was cold. both chips were at bottom of the bag and cold. my wrap was cold and the the chicken dippers lid was off.

I ordered 2 meals and only one drink was delivered by the driver. How can you collect and not confirm what you're collecting to deliver and before you deliver would you not check the receipt that you are delivering the correct items? I mean the drinks are carried in your hands not a bag, how can you not notice that a drink is missing or you're expecting the person reason receiving the order to be oblivious to the fact that their drink is missing?????

when placing the order delivery time said 10-25 minutes but ended up taking 50 from placing the order

Cold food, late, missing item. No refund given

Food was really bad ! to start it was very cold, very squashed up in a bag, not delivery person's fault, the way it was packed. I can't see how with delivery it cost me £30 ????? Never again !!¡!!!!!¡!!!¡ it was supposed to be a treat for my Grandaughter down from Liverpool for weekend, ended up having to cook ????.

The delivery never came I called kfc and was told nothing they can do complain to just it report it and wait for refund. But until then you need to order again and pay to get your food

Food was cold and arrived 1 hr after it was first ordered - time kept changing. Wish I hadn’t ordered as previous order was wrong - but hot I put that down to human error - maybe not. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The tracker constantly said “still preparing” until 2 mins before delivery! A hours wait! Food delivered stone cold. Awful delivery service! For the extortionate amount paid for two burgers, I shouldn’t have to tip beforehand to get hot food!

I had to walk 10 minutes to find the driver because he was at the wrong place and didn’t listen properly to my messages, this caused my food to be cold

It was more than late. It was more than an hour late. It never arrived.

The driver was lazy I buzzed him up to come up flat stairs and we waited he never came up then when come down to get food he made me type in the code on he phone food was cold as well

The mini fillets were small and hard, overcooked. There were some VERY small pieces of the normal chicken, I wonder if they are getting more pieces of chicken per bird than they should? Disappointed, because I love KFC!

Chicken fillet was tiny, no salad and the smallest bit of mayo! Gravy was like water and absolutely no flavour! Waste of money! This is the worst KFC I’ve EVER! got food from and it’s not the first time, it’s every time! You must be saving so much money with your small portions and watered down gravy that it would pay for two shops! I haven’t used your for ages because of these reasons but thought I’d try one last time. Poor, poor, poor, rubbish and a rip off

Order wrong but correct food hot and fresh. Unfortunately beans sent instead of gravy.

The bag was open and not sealed. The food inside was soggy and cold. So not only did we wait over an hour it was cold and wet! So we were lett with no dinner at gone 9pm!

Would be good if when they sent your delivery they actually put in all the items you’ve paid for. They pass the buck to Uber J don’t want a refund I wanted my food. Then to be told if you come into store we can give you the missing items. What the heck did I pay delivery for.

Always delivers the wrong order

Yet another great meal from KFC, service was enhanced by the standard of delivery given.

The food was dry. The chicken breasts have been sitting there for a long time not very enjoyable.

I’m not sure if someone ordered extra extra sauce and it got mixed up but I’ve never had a burger so soaked with ketchup and mayo. It could have literally gone for a swim! Pretty disappointed, no one wants a wet soggy burger :0(

Came to leave a bad review, I’ve never done this before but the service was disgusting. To my surprise every review was the same. Most disrespectful staff. Appalling customer service and worth ethic. Not helpful at all. Was served by a young lady with cheeky attitude. If this store is a franchise, they should shut it down. Food was mid and dry thank God for the large gravy.

Every time I eat from this KFC there are items missing. This time there was one chicken wing less n it was extremely salty. The delivery was good.
