Cold food poor quality - has happened before when ordered on a Sunday!!

Ordered through Just Eat. Received order and chicken burger looked like someone had squashed it together with their hand 🤮. Obviously not going to eat it so phoned restaurant and rude man put phone down on me!!! McDonald’s have got better manners!! 🤣🤣

Ordered from KFC Redhill through uber eats. The order took over 2 hours to arrive, food items were cold and stale. To make my impression of this establishment even worse they missed three key items from this order. Absolute shambles going on over there. Do better.

Literally went in the shop around 10:30pm the store manager probably Indian guy with glasses and big belly shouted at me for no reason and was being really rude plz maintain your customer service and teach that guy some manners

I remain hopeful that one day I'll order from here and they'll send all the items I ordered

Didn’t follow instructions I specifically asked for no dressing on my salad but was ignored… ruined the meal for me

Delivery window was 11:45 originally and arrived just before 13:00. Very very late and very hungry team.

KFC didn’t pack my order so the driver had to go back for to the restaurant for the food. I placed the order at 2pm and didn’t get the food till 2:50.

Ordered from KFC, only to have the delivery driver turn up and try to give us someone else's order of Fish n Chips. Then proceeded to try and stop us taking photographic evidence for a refund.

Everything was good except the Double Down! The feature item. You doubled down on poor quality. Old oil, over-cooked, dry. Disappointing that you promote something you either hate, or don't care about.

Ordered food for delivery, one of the meals was missing so one of us went hungry. This has happened every time we've ordered from kfc.

I tried ordering the wings again and they nasty boyyy, also didn't give me my tango on the order

Food quality is rubbish! food received had a very bad smell. I contacted the store for assistance and was told that they deal with many orders and the food quality is fine. I noted that the food we have received has a very weird smell and the call handler had no interest in assisting. I will be reporting this to the Food Standards Agency!

Had a delivery from Just Eat, which was fine, but the food... yuck! Out of 6 pieces of chicken, 5 were drumsticks! The other bit was vile, it didn't even look like chicken. The wife's mini fillets were ok, but later we both felt queasy. I've had KFC since the 1970's, but today's taste terrible and bears no resemblance to the original, it's now like something from a cheap halal fried chicken shop! Last time we used this KFC, items were missing, this time every thing was there, but it cost (minus delivery charge) over £25.00, for sub-standard food, so despite many chances, we won't use again!

I ordered 2 meals and only one drink was delivered by the driver. How can you collect and not confirm what you're collecting to deliver and before you deliver would you not check the receipt that you are delivering the correct items? I mean the drinks are carried in your hands not a bag, how can you not notice that a drink is missing or you're expecting the person reason receiving the order to be oblivious to the fact that their drink is missing?????

when placing the order delivery time said 10-25 minutes but ended up taking 50 from placing the order

Cold food, late, missing item. No refund given

Food was really bad ! to start it was very cold, very squashed up in a bag, not delivery person's fault, the way it was packed. I can't see how with delivery it cost me £30 ????? Never again !!¡!!!!!¡!!!¡ it was supposed to be a treat for my Grandaughter down from Liverpool for weekend, ended up having to cook ????.

My food was two hours late this is not acceptable, not only was the food late it was also cold.

The delivery never came I called kfc and was told nothing they can do complain to just it report it and wait for refund. But until then you need to order again and pay to get your food

Food was cold and arrived 1 hr after it was first ordered - time kept changing. Wish I hadn’t ordered as previous order was wrong - but hot I put that down to human error - maybe not. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The tracker constantly said “still preparing” until 2 mins before delivery! A hours wait! Food delivered stone cold. Awful delivery service! For the extortionate amount paid for two burgers, I shouldn’t have to tip beforehand to get hot food!

It was more than late. It was more than an hour late. It never arrived.

The driver was lazy I buzzed him up to come up flat stairs and we waited he never came up then when come down to get food he made me type in the code on he phone food was cold as well

The mini fillets were small and hard, overcooked. There were some VERY small pieces of the normal chicken, I wonder if they are getting more pieces of chicken per bird than they should? Disappointed, because I love KFC!

Chicken fillet was tiny, no salad and the smallest bit of mayo! Gravy was like water and absolutely no flavour! Waste of money! This is the worst KFC I’ve EVER! got food from and it’s not the first time, it’s every time! You must be saving so much money with your small portions and watered down gravy that it would pay for two shops! I haven’t used your for ages because of these reasons but thought I’d try one last time. Poor, poor, poor, rubbish and a rip off

The bag was open and not sealed. The food inside was soggy and cold. So not only did we wait over an hour it was cold and wet! So we were lett with no dinner at gone 9pm!

Would be good if when they sent your delivery they actually put in all the items you’ve paid for. They pass the buck to Uber J don’t want a refund I wanted my food. Then to be told if you come into store we can give you the missing items. What the heck did I pay delivery for.
